~Middle Earth~

There is a land faraway

where children live and play

But further beyond

Is a forest without a song

No one dares to enter there

for everyone is filled with fear

There is shadows on every wall

Bones scattered along the hall

Elves of evil dining in the night

Orcs laughing and causing fright

But there are nine who dare to enter there

Saruman's protected lair

Their presence causes a riot

Although they are very quiet

Their journey takes up three books

Tolkien's getting strange looks

Now he is gone

Peter Jackson is carrying on

With Elijah Wood

Who always could,

Play a hobbit.
