Title: Find You

After: Book 8.5 Unlocked

Summary: Lord Cassius Sencen learns that his son, Keefe, has run away. Desperate to make things right between him and his son, he rushes to find him in the Forbidden Cities against the Black Swan's advice. Before he manages to slip away undetected, he meets a Black Swan member he never met before, someone named Lark. She insists on coming with him, saying she knows how to find Keefe. 

During his journey, they uncover more truths about Cassius' shrouded past. Lark manages to do something no one was able to do: get Cassius to admit he loves his son. 

Conclusion: Cassius reunites with his son and admits why he never showed affection towards Keefe and says that he does love him. Cassius apologizes for everything. That's when he realizes that he also loves Lark, too.
