Ananya POV

I walk to Yuyutsu, and pull him in a hug, running a hand over his head in motherly affection. He didn't get the love he should have. This isn't acceptable.
How could Chachi Gandhari let this happen?

I will change this. This isn't the was my brother- in- law will stay. Not until I am here.

Oh! They are dead!

I pull away from Yuyutsu, looking at him, he looks exhausted. He needs rest like, right now.

"Bheema, ise aapne kashk mein le chalo." (Bheema, take him to your room.) I say walking to my husband.

"Ang Rani-"

"Bhabhi nahi bulaoge Mujhe?" (Won't you call me sister- in- law?) I ask.

"Par, tabhi toh-" (But, that time you-) I cut him off again.

"Tab main, Maharaj se bat kar rahi thi na. Us samey tumhe srif shant Kiya." (Then, I was talking to his majesty. At that time, I just meant to silence you.)

"OH!"

"Le chalo Bheema." (Take him, Bheema)

"Ji Bhabhi Ma." (Yes, Bhabhi ma.) He picks up Yuyutsu, ignoring the protests.
All of them start walking towards Bheema's room but I stop Karn.

"Kya Hua?" (What happened?) he asks, returning the hug and running a hand on my head.

"Use dekh kar kalega Thanda pad gaya." (Looking at him, my heart went cold.)

"Uski halat toh bahut buri thi." (He looked very bad.) He agrees.

"Mujhe yahan ke logon par vishwas nahi ho raha." (I am not able to believe this people.)

"Kon tha?" (Who was it?)

"Chalo, unke saath bata dungi. Ek bar dohrana yeh baat mere liye kafi hai." (Come, I will tell you with them. Remembering it once is enough, for me.) I tell him, he nods in understanding and we walk to Bheema's room.

Yuyutsu is resting on Bheema's bed with his head in Duryodhana's lap and the rest of them surrounding him. They all look worried.
I motion them over to a side and Duryodhana with Bheema's help places Yuyutsu's head on the pillow and walk over to the corner, to us.

"Kaise hua yeh, Bhabhi Ma?" (How did this happen, Bhabhi Ma?) Yudhishthira asks, his voice showcasing the level of his anger.

I have never seen him so angry.
I just had heard about it, and that was against Mama Shakuni in WAR!
Watch yourself, idiots.

"Aao kamre mein." (Come in to the room.) I instruct them. They close their eyes and I let the events, I saw, play for them.

Once it's done, everyone starts to shout, bloody SHOUT, in the head.
I clap gaining their attention.

Aise hi karte Rahe toh, kuch achcha nahi hoga. (If you guys keep acting like this, nothing good is going to come out of it.) I scold the lot.

Par... Par... (But... But...)

Bas Bas... Bas. Aram se kam Karna sikho, har jagah gussa sahi nahi hota. (Enough. Enough.... Enough... start to learn to do things calmly, everywhere anger doesn't give good results.) I tell them.

All of sit at the chairs around, because there was a seat less, I calmly walked to Karn and sat in his surprised lap. I am so giddy inside.
The Ashwini twins grin at me, and so does Arjun. The two mace warriors look surprised at my action. While Yudhishthira looks away a little, uncomfortable, I guess. I simply smirk at them.

Iski adat dal lo, aise halat Mein tum bahut bar padne wale Ho. (Get used to this, you guys will find yourselves in these kind of situations a lot.) I tell them truthfully.
Feeling Karn freeze a little, when I sit but he wrapped his hands around me, and further freeze when I said that.

I turn to him, he looks at me surprised, before turning back to his brothers, I laugh lightly at all of their expression. Karn places his chin at my shoulder and look at the people in front of us.

Ab aise hi ghurte rahoge, ya kuch Karna hai Yuyutsu ke liye? (Now, are you guys going to stare at us all day or you people want to do something for Yuyutsu?) I ask, pointing at my brother- in- law in bed.

Instantly the impassive faces return, they look guiltily at Yuyutsu.

Ise badlo, jo Ho chuka hai, tum use nahi badal sakte. Ab us par vichar karne se behtar hoga agar bhavishya ke bare Mein socho. Ki kaise woh chij fir se na Ho. (Change this, whatever has happened, you can't change it. Now to think on it will do no good, better would be that you think about the future. So, that the thing doesn't occur again.) I guide them.

Agar glani ya apradhbodh Mein rahoge toh aage wohi chij hone ke adhiktar sambhavnaein Hain kyunki tumne uske liye koi kadam nahi uthaya hoga. Theek hai? (If you live in guilt or blame, then that thing may occur again in the near future, just because you didn't do anything about it. Ok?) I say.

Ji Bhabhi Ma. (Yes, Bhabhi Ma.) They all chores together.

Agar aise hi chalta raha na, toh kasam se Maine Bacchae nahi karne. (If it goes on like this, I swear, I won't have kids.) I sigh at the brothers.
And they froze, behind me, Karn chocked on his breath.

Very fast, I went through whatever I said in brain. Oh!
I couldn't help it this time, I laugh out, instantly clamping my mouth, remembering Yuyutsu.

Kya yaar, tum log bhi na Bacchae ke tarah karte Ho, mazak kar rahi thi. (What man, you guys na, act like kids, I was just joking.) I wheeze out, giving them annoyed looks.

Lekin Hume mat bhulna Bhabhi ma. (But, do not forget us Bhabhi Ma.) Nakul says grinning.

Nahi bhulungi bhai, tum sab toh mere pehele Bacchae Ho. Lekin yaad rakhna mere hatthoan pitai bhi Ho sakti hai, agar backwas karoge. (I won't forget man; you guys are my first kids. But remember I can beat you all up with my hands, if you guys misbehave.) I shown him my palm, shaped like a slap.

Main bhag jaunga. (I will run away.) He says confident.

I reach ahead, slowly and twist his ears.

OW! Bhabhi Ma! He whines.

As his brothers laugh at him. He pouts.

Bas karo, Yuyutsu ki nind toroge Kya? (Stop it, do you guys want to break Yuyutsu's sleep or something?)

We had wasted time, coming to no particular conclusion. And decision.

Yuyutsu woke up and he protested of us being fighting against his half- brothers but Duryodhana scolded him and then promptly pulled him in a hug. Saying that he was sorry for the scolding but he could not and will not stop fighting for his brother, half or full.

A solider informed us that the Queens were looking for us, the lunch was ready. So, together all of us head to the dining room.

The strange thing was that without anybody saying anything, we had set ourselves in an order. Karn on the front with me on his left side. Followed by Bheema and Duryodhana, and behind them were Arjun and Yudhishthira with Yuyutsu in between them and covering at the back were the youngest twins.
We were practically like an army ready to raid an empire.
