"Two minutes. Stay close." Steve said to Clint and Natasha after they dropped Caroline and him off. Caroline argued with the three of them about wanting in on the mission, in the end they were done arguing with the blonde. Steve glanced down at the blonde, who's hair was pulled back.

"Are you ready?"

"I'm not girly little Caroline anymore, I can handle myself." Caroline replies to him giving Steve a look, before letting out a small chuckle before giving her a kiss on the head.

They quickly burst into the main lobby of Dr.Cho's office. The couple sprint through the building, making their way up to the main lab. When they got up there, the first thing the vampire saw was the dead bodies of scientists lying around. Steve rushes over to Dr. Cho, while Caroline breaths in and out trying to control herself.

"Dr. Cho!" Steve exclaims, making Caroline rush over towards the two of them, seeing blood trailing down her forehead, and a nasty gash on her shoulder. Caroline bits into her wrist, holding it up to the doctor's mouth, who was hesitate at first but accepts.

She pulls away, wiping her mouth, "He's uploading himself into the body,"

"Where?" Caroline asked and the doctor didn't have to answer for the two of them to know exactly what she meant. Just about when Caroline and Steve leave, Helen pulls them back in

"The real power is inside the Cradle." Helen states. "The gem, it's power is uncontainable. You can't blow it up. You have to get the Cradle to Stark."

"First, we have to find it." Steve states

"Go," Helen says, urging them as they turn around and leave

"Did you guys copy that?" Steve asked Clint and Natasha through the earpiece

"We did," Clint answers

"I got a private jet taking off across town." Natasha states. "No manifest. That could be him."

"There. It's a truck from the lab.' Clint states. "Right above the both of you, Cap. On the loop by the bridge. It's them. You got three with the Cradle, one in the cab. I could take out the driver."

"Negative. That truck crashes, the gem could level the city." Steve replies to him as Caroline and him climb the ladder up towards one of the streets. "We need to draw out Ultron." He turns to Caroline and exhales, "Ready?"

"Ready as I'll ever be." Caroline replies to him as he grabs her hand, pulling her forwards as they both sprint through the bust streets, before jumping off of the bridge and onto the truck from the lab. Caroline lands, hitting hard against it but Steve grabs a hold of her, pulling her upward.

She inhales deeply as she glances around herself, her hair blowing in her face.

"Great day to be an Avenger."

Steve starts climbing down one of the doors, only for it to be flung open by Ultron. She watches as the door suddenly is thrown off as Steve is thrown into the air.

"Well, he's definitely unhappy." Steve mutters. "I'm gonna try and keep him that way."

"You're not a match for him, Cap."

"Is this your way of making me jealous, Steve? Because it's failing." Caroline joked

"Thanks, babe." Steve pants before he starts crawling back up, only for Ultron to throw him back against a car. Caroline's eyes widen as she watches Steve leap onto the side of another truck, and then swing himself back onto the Lab's truck trailer. Caroline's eyes look up to see Ultron in front of her.

"You know what's in that Cradle?" Ultron asked as he flies up to the two of them as he fires at Steve, blocking it with his shield. "The power to make real change. And that terrifies you."

"Wouldn't call it comfort." Caroline states as Ultron goes to attack the two of them, the couple blocking his attacks the best they could.

"Stop it." Ultron snarls, before throwing Steve's shield to the road below them and then firing at the,. The attack hits Caroline's shoulder , knocking her off of the top and onto the hood. Steve follows her by quickly grabbing ahold of her and pulling her along with him as he garbs the rearview window of the truck, before swinging the two of them back on the top.

Steve rushes at Ultron, putting him in a headlock, while Caroline starts attacking with her vampire strength. Ultron reaches out for her and grabs her by the arm, throwing her off the truck's top. He places his metal feet against her chest, she gasps as she looks up at Steve. Ultron had his hand around her boyfriend's throat, just as Natasha comes in with his shield. She throws it up to him, catching it, and smacking Ultron in the head with it.

Ultron stumbles back, and Steve knocks him to his stomach. Ultron glances over to Natasha before pulling the ground out of the road and throwing it in front of her, making her stop. Steve rushes over towards Caroline, helping her to her feet.

Clint suddenly appears in the Quinjet, firing at Ultron while the other Avengers ducked. They both glanced up and watched as the two guards fly out of the truck and follow Clint off. Ultron turns his attention back to Caroline and Steve, attacking them once more. He dives in at Steve, who tackles him into the train car that was speeding past them.

"Seriously!" Caroline sighs before speeding all the way to the train car, watching Steve throwing his shield at Ultron, who fires back at him.

The robot snaps his head over towards her as he wraps his hand around her throat again, slamming her against the wall of the train. But suddenly she's taken aback by a blue blur. Once the blur is gone, she glances up to see the sliver haired man, Pierto, who she fought off back in Sokavia, Her eyes snap back up to Ultron, who was struck behind a barrier, created by the other Enhanced twin, Wanda.

"Please, don't do this." Ultron begs them.

"What choice do we have?" Wanda asked

Then Ultron blows a hole through the windshield of the train, before flying off. Caroline quickly rushes after Steve.

"We lost him! He's headed your way!" Steve yells as he and Caroline reach the front of the train. Steve took the conductor's seat, while Caroline tried to figure out a way to stop the train. She could feel the train going off the rails.

"It's in time like these I miss fighting aliens." Caroline shouted

"Cap. Car, have you seen Nat?" Clint asked

"If you have the package, get it to Stark! GO!" Steve orders.

"Do you have eyes on Nat?" Clint asked once more

"Go!" The couple screamed

Steve turned around to face the two Enhanced, "Civilians in our path." Steve states, and Pierto speeds out of the train. Steve then turns to Wanda, "Can you stop this thing?"

Wanda snap her hands towards the floor of the train and traces of red energy explode from their fingers as they use them to stop the train. The energy tangles up and start acting like brakes, just as Pierto speeds around outside of the train, saving people.

Steve lets out a sigh as he glances towards Wanda and Caroline, giving his famous Avenger smile. Caroline gives a small smile to Wanda before she rushes out over towards her brother, who gasps for air.

"I'm fine." he states as she stands by his side before taking a seat on the nearby crate. "I just need a minute."

"I'm very tempted not to give you one." Steve states as Caroline and him walk towards the Maximoffs.

"The Cradle," Wanda states. "Did you get it?"

"Stark will take care of it." Caroline states as the twins look up at them

Wanda shakes her head, "No, he won't"

"You don't know what you're talking about." Caroline shakes her head, "Stark's not crazy. He wouldn't do that."

"He will do anything to make things right." Wanda points out as Caroline and Steve glance at each other, before he turns away.

"Stark, come in. Stark." Steve says through the comm.

"Anyone on comm." Caroline says

"Ultron can't tell the difference between saving the world and destroying it." Wanda states as Caroline glances over towards Steve, who glimpses over his shoulder. "Where do you think he gets that?"
