addison's journey began before she even learned to walk. her parents, andrew and evelyn, were always very supportive, but her father had a secret side habit of stealing away from his clients to cover his debts as a stockbroker.

once addison upgraded from the diapers, she entered the first grade where she met serena van der woodsen and blair waldorf. of course the three girls became close but blair could never become as close to the two blondes as they were to each other. growing up together, serena and addie did everything together, including listening to addison's older sister scarlett.

scarlett was a model, that the two looked up to. and by the time they were twelve, scar was nineteen and was informing the two blonde girls on all of the ins and outs of being a partygoer like her.

keeping scarlett's words in their heads like sponges, addison and serena were seen as party girls by the time they were fourteen. there's a party next weekend? they'll be there.

now during their very eventful ninth grade summer, addison's dad's skeletons made their appearance out of the closet. all of his clients' money that he was using to pay off his own debts was out in the open for everyone to know about. it was less than ideal for him and caused him to move away to london, england out of pure shame and embarrassment.

when addison's father moved, she was beyond devastated. andrew was like her best friend and without him she just felt lonely. so what used to be a simple party drink quickly turned into a coping mechanism for her.

serena didn't think much of addison's drinking as she only thought her best friend was partying and pregaming, but serena was too drunk to even notice half the time.

and when the time came that both addison and serena's mom realized the danger the two girls were in, they were both shipped off. addison went with her father to england for a year while serena went to boarding school in connecticut for a year.

now their junior year of highschool, the two party girls are back in the comfort of new york city and are looking forward to heading back to constance billard school for girls. back in new york, the two come to realization that the guys had suddenly turned hotter and the girls had turned even messier.
