- Chapter 31 :

Min So treaded after Taehyung to an empty bench and sat next to him, studying him with worry in her eyes. She was extremely worried about was was wrong with him.

Lately he'd been avoiding her and even when talking to her, he'd be distant and try to get away. He didn't kiss her or hug her or cuddle with her like he usually did and Min So discovered that she actually missed that. He'd changed altogether.

It hurt Min So as well. She felt like she did something wrong and she couldn't figure out what. She just wanted to go back to how they were before everything happened. The other members clearly suspected something but were wise enough not to interfere.

"You wanted to talk?" Min So questioned as she placed a hand on Taehyung's shoulder. He stiffened and Min So felt yet another stab to her heart. She snatched her hand away and looked away when Taehyung look to her, looking guilty.

"What's wrong with you?" She asked as gently as possible, loads of concern in her words. Taehyung sighed before slouching against the wall and looked away. "It's hard to say." He mouthed and Min So looked at him.

"Just tell me want to do to fix this. Please." She pleased and Taehyung nodded. "There is something." He said and she nodded, smiling eagerly. He turned his head to stare at Min So, memorizing her every feature in awe.

"Let's........break up."

Min So felt the world around her stop as she stopped breathing for a moment, her eyes widening. Taehyung watched her guiltily, a wave of sadness consuming his eyes.

"That's not a funny joke." Min So quietly commented, knowing deep inside her heart that it wasn't a joke. "Min So it wasn't—" Taehyung started but Min So stood up, trying to keep her tears from falling.

"It's fine. I'll respect your decision. Goodbye, Kim Taehyung." She repeated before cursing in her mind as a tears escaped her eyes. Taehyung looked heartbroken seeing the droplet of water water traveling down her cheeks.

Min So quickly turned and ran back to the dorm, opening the door and closing it with such force she was sure it'd break. She then proceeded to sob loudly, hugging herself like a baby. There were various sounds before she heard gasps and a warm pair of hands wrapped around her.

"Min So! What happened!" Jin loudly asked through the hug as he pulled her chin up. The members who'd surrounded her suddenly stiffened at her flushed face, tears dropping like rain. "What happened?" Jimin cried and Min So had a coughing fit before answering in a dry and teary voice,

"He broke up with me."

Taehyung was not happy at all. He thought it'd be fine. He thought it'd fix everything and that she's look relieved sinse the tension would be gone now.

How wrong had he been.

Maybe it was when Min So she's a year in front of him, but he felt his heart twist and toss. He hates seeing her run away like that and being able to do nothing. What he did was for the best right?

Drop inside of him though, all he wanted was to hug Min So and tell her he was sorry and that he loved her. But he couldn't do that, not anymore. Plus he couldn't protect her. He was useless. He couldn't save her from Saeran, how was he supposed to save her anytime when she needed him.

He lost everyone before this, and he wouldn't let it happen again. Distancing himself would keep her safe. Taehyung was still unsure, partly the reason why he was in front of the Got7 dorms, knocking on the wooden door.

The door swung open and Taehyung was greeted by Bam Bam and Youngjae, smiling at him. If only they knew what he'd done. He smiled and walked in, rehearsing what to say without getting assassinated. Then again it was him who'd called Bam Bam, asking if they could talk.

"You wanted to talk?" Bam Bam asked, sitting on the couch as he patted for Taehyung to sit across from the duo. Taehyung sat and looked around, feeling cozy already. He could imagine Min So here, when she was still with JYP, smiling and prancing around with the boys.

She's probably never smile now.

"No one else is home?" Taehyung asked, not wanting his assassination to involve more than two assassins. Youngjae shook his head and Taehyung nodded, sinking into the mattress. "Don't kill me after I tell you." He cleared and the two boys slowly nodded, suspiciously eyeing him.

"I made a big mistake." Taehyung slowly said and the boys squinted their eyes, beginning to get worried at what the boy in front of them had to say. "Spit it out Taehyung." Bam Bam said impatiently, forgetting all honorifics as he began to panic.

"I might or might not have broken up with Min So...."

Hey! Expect a few more chapter tonight and hehe I needed to get some drama. Also after this book ends I will be making an epilogue, a bonus chapter from me and one KJ will write (she wanted to write a bonus chapter for this book lol)! I've also clarified that after this book, I'll be working on Droplets, Sumgyeojin, and a new book muahaha....Enjoy! (Hope you liked it Yoonie❤️)
