Sydney May Reid, is the only daughter of  Spencer Reid and Catherine Adams. A lot of people think that their little family is normal. But it's by far from normal. What is even the definition of normal anyway? Definitely not this family. The reason why it's not normal, is because of the secrets behind closed doors. The dark secret isn't Spencer and or Sydney. It is Catherine Adams.

Catherine Adams is an evil person that should be banned from Hell, but that's pushing it. Of course her only daughter Sydney was in the middle of everything, that Spencer didn't want her in. He's always desperately trying to save his daughter from Catherine, from doing harmful things to their daughter. Her own blood. Sometimes even Spencer can't save Sydney in time and loses her. He always finds ways of saving her from her wicked mother.

A lot of people actually don't like Miss Catherine Adams. One of those people is her daughter Sydney. Sydney is a girl who is quiet and reserved and would rather be reading a book with her Dad than going through all the shit with her mother. All she wants is a happy family living peacefully in a house where she has tons of animals to take care of. But sadly that isn't a dream by any means, but an imagination.

The only place where Sydney can get away from the crazy drama in her life no thanks to her mother, is after school at the BAU. But even that's not safe, considering her mother has broken into the place more than once, getting the one thing that she wanted; her daughter. But when her mother gets arrested for her crimes and executed for her crimes and countless of murders (would you even call them murders? idk), for once in her life, Sydney doesn't know where to go. It's up to Spencer and the rest of the team to help the girl lost in her own headlights to her dream family. Especially since Spencer has a girlfriend.

Spencer's new girlfriend is finally Sydney approved, but that doesn't mean that she can't trust the woman. She herself is finding the true meaning of love, and non-toxic people, as for that'sa ll what she knew. For her entire life, but when Spencer is sadly accused of murder and he is taken away from Sydney, she doesn't stop finding her father like he would when Cat would kidnap their own daughter.

It's up to Sydney and the force of love to get her father back and take back what was rightfully hers. Her father.
