You heard whispers as soon as you walk into the school. Not about you, but totally about some girl crying in the classroom.

A crowd formed around a table in the corner of the class. Boys outside and girls on the inner circle. 

What the hell was happening.

You pushed your way through the circle and saw a girl crying.

Her face was buried in her palms as sobs erupted from her mouth. She had straight long hair that fell way past her shoulder. She had a promise ring on her right hand with the letter 'S' engraved in it. She wore a white uniform with a green jacket on top. 

 "What happened to her?" You whispered to a boy beside you.

"Her boyfriend cheated on her" The guy whispered. 

"Omg, that's so sad..." You replied. Boys just don't get it sometimes. All they do is play with feelings and when they're bored. Boom. You're no one to them anymore. And it's not just one boy. All boys are the same. They think toying around makes them a cool dude but really, they just look more pathetic every time. 

They think it's manly but men don't do that. Men take care of their girls, treat them right and respect them...

Just like Jungkook. 

I didn't say all men are the same. I said that about boys. There's a difference

You thought.

You were snapped out of the lengthy train of thoughts when the girl pried off her hands from her face. 

The face was awfully familiar. She had big, round glasses that complimented the triangle face structure, making her look adorable. She had almond shaped eyes that were currently blood-shot red due to the excessive crying.    

The moment she made eye contact with you, her sobs got louder. She buried her face in her palms, again, and started crying...again.

Wtf?! What did I do?

"E-Erhmm...you okay?" She sobbed louder. The girls who were comforting her, covered their ears, wincing.

"She's the girl my boyfriend cheated with!!!" She pointed at you as gasps were heard all across the class, including yours.

"What...?" You whispered, to yourself unlike the others who whispered to each other...about...you.

You hated to think this but there's no way Jungkook would...

No no Y/n. Shut up

"Excuse me?! I barely know you!" You scoffed.

"Yes! Obviously you don't hang out with the person your boyfriend cheated on!"

"Because he didn't! Look...umm...I don't even know who your boyfriend is! Plus I have my own boyfriend...Who isn't even in this school!"

"Stop lying. It's obvious y-you-

"CHANRI?! BABE?! WHY ARE YOU CRYING?!" All heads turned towards the familiar voice.

"SANGMIN?! Just get away from me!" ...Chanri sobbed.

"Ok guys...I think all three of us should talk..." You took the girl's hand and dragged her outside the classroom, and into the janitor's closet.

"What's happening" You ran fingers through your hair and huffed. 

"Oh so now you're gonna play dumb?! Clearly, you and Sangmin are dating"

"We're not! What the hell?! Babe! I'd never cheat on you"

"Then why are you all over the school blog?!" She sniffled.

"Blog? What?" You furrowed your eyebrows.

"If we were all over the blog, then why are you the only one who knows?!"

"I-I don't know! But that's not the point! The point is that you and Sangmin have been shagging behind my back!" She sniffled.

"Sangmin can you leave for a while?" You sighed.

"Bro shut up, it's my girl friend!"

"LEAVE YOU EXPIRED MUSTARD" He flinched.

"Fine! I'm leaving! B-Because I want to! N-Not because y-you asked me to. Y-You don't scare me" he scurried off, leaving you and Chanri in the Janitor's closet.

"I don't know what makes you think we're dating but these pictures you saw on the school gossip blog are not real. People edited it and well- Look, Chan, when I joined this school, I was a lonely and lost pup. Until Sangmin and I met. I swear, he was my first best friend ever. And we are as close as we look to others. But that doesn't mean I'm dating him. Like, I have higher standards" You sassed as Chanri chuckled through her tears.

"But I won't lie to you. I had a phase where my standards dropped so hard that I had a crush on Sangmin. But trust me, that lasted like 4 days. But what you have with him, will last not 4 days, not 4 months...but 4ever"

(I am so sorry for the 4ever thing-)

"He loves you. I've seen it in his eyes." You squeezed her hand.

"Really?"

"Yes...Really. And if he does hurt you, I will make sure to whack his ass for you. I promise." She hugged you.

"God, I'm so sorry...I embarrased you, and myself. I'm so dumb" She whimpered.

"Oh come on! I get jealous when my boyfriend breathes around a girl. And he likes that. Sangmin was worried that you cried. But I bet he's blushing right now" You both chuckled.

"I'm sorry again. I just...you're so pretty and I-,"

"You are prettier. In fact, way too pretty. Ew what are you doing with my best friend anyway?" You scrunched your nose up, making laughter errupt from the brunette's mouth. 

"Listen, you don't have to be insecure about anything. And I'll do something to get those pictures down from the blog. Okay? So just go back to class and relax." She nodded.

"So I told her she had nothing to worry about" You shrugged, sipping on your cold coffee.

"What you did was right. I loved the bit where you clarified that you had higher standards than Sangmin." Jungkook spoke from the other side of the screen. 

You stuck your tongue out.

"I bet that's the only part you heard" He chuckled.

"Babe I miss you so much" He pressed his lips into a thin line exposing his under-lip mole.

"I knowww I miss you too. But you're caught up with work and well, I'm just caught up" 

"Yes but I think we sho-,"

"JUNGKOOK I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD PUT YOUR PHONE ON SPEAKER WHEN TALKING YOUR GIRLFRIEND. AT LEAST PUT ON SOME HEADPHONES" You heard a faint voice yell.

"Ugh" Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"Stupid phone"

"Kook! Don't tell me you didn't get it fixed!"

"Baby, I actually have no time!" He sighed.

"Really?" You narrowed your eyes. 

"Ye-,"

"Shoot! My brothers are home. I gotta go. Bye Love you See you later!" You blew a quick kiss and ended the call before skipping downstairs.
