Eli is always on the defense, he has his guard up for his sake and safety. He isn't too keen on the idea of having someone try to get to him. He is very loyal to those loyal to him, and to those whom he loves and cares about. He can be....sweet sometimes, but all the time, but sometimes. He has a short temper, which sometimes, causes him to break things nearby. He is actually trying to control himself, he has gotten in trouble for his behavior. He may be impulsive from time to time. He doesn't think things through sometimes. And shockingly enough, he is brilliant academically and street-wise. Eli was born to a single-parent household, his mother only. His father was killed when he was a baby, mainly because of the gang life that he was involved in. Sadly, Eli and his mother were already sucked into that mad crazy life. Eli eventually made sure that his mother was no longer involved, and he started to take up his father's role. He became more and more involved with the gang, doing things that no kid his age should be doing at all. But hey, it made money and it saved his mother from having to do it. His mother focused on working and taking care of herself. While Eli did the dirty work and stopped showing up to school for a while. Though he knows that school is important and at the end of the day may save him from living the life he has for the rest of his life.
