Brooke felt like she was going crazy. She hadn't heard from Isaac since school the day prior and he was usually good with texting her to let her know he was okay. Especially since she always worried about him being home with his father. No one else would be freaking out about not getting a text back right away, but it wasn't normal for her and Isaac.

This is how she found herself sitting to watch lacrosse practice. Since Isaac was on the team, she figured he had to be at practice. Her leg bounced up and down as the players filed onto the field. Her eye catches Scott and Stiles walking over to the bench engrossed in their own conversation. As soon as Coach passes, she steps down the bleachers toward them.

"Guys." She says. Before she can make it down, Stiles runs off. She sighs as she stands beside Scott. The boy looking up at her from his place on the bench.

"Hey, Brooke." He smiles

"Hi." She says quickly, "Have you seen Isaac? I haven't heard from since yesterday."

"Uh, no." He frowns, "But he has to be around somewhere right?"

"I would think so, but I haven't seen him." She says looking around. Scott jumps slightly as Stiles plops down beside him with extra gear.

"I told Coach you're switching with Danny for the day." He says

"But I hate playing goal." Scott says

"Remember when I said I had an idea? This is the idea."

"Oh."

"There we go." He nods

"What's the idea?"

"I seriously don't understand how you survive without me sometimes." Stiles says as Coach blows the whistle.

"Wait, what's going on?" Brooke asks

Stiles turns to her, "I'll tell you later."

"Wait-" Brooke tries, but is cut off when they run onto the field. The girl sighs before making her way back to her spot on the bleachers.

"Let's go! Line it up! Faster! Make daddy proud." Coach yells

Brooke didn't understand much of what was going on, but she knew that the team lined up to try and make the goal and all Scott had to do was block it from going in. So, when Scott started running out of the goal, it confused her even more. And it seemed like it confused everyone else too.

"McCall!" Coach yells

"Yeah."

"Usually the goalie stays somewhere within the vicinity of the actual goal."

"Yes, Coach."

"Let's try it again." Coach says as Scott runs back to the goal. As soon as he blows the whistle, Scott runs out of the goal again and tackles the next player.

Scott bends down and starts sniffing him before standing up and running to the goal again. Brooke's brows furrow as she looks towards Stiles. Her brother already looking at her with embarassment written on his features.

As she holds her hands out to ask what was happening, he points ahead of him. Her eyes follow his hand and her heart races as she spots Isaac. Her shoulders fall in relief, but immediately tense at his demeanor. He seemed to be angry, which wasn't the usual that she's seen for him.

"McCall!" Coach yells, "The position's goal keeper. Not goal abandoner."

"Sorry, Coach." Scott says

"Let's go!" Coach says before blowing the whistle again. The other player blocking Scott steps out of the way as he runs out again. Tackling the player that just came out of the line. Coach grunts as Scott gets down again. He storms over toward Stiles.

She watches him grab him by his helmet for a few seconds before letting him go and turning toward Scott.

He walks back to where he stood previously before blowing his whistle again which causes Scott to run out. She recognized the player he was running toward as Danny who also gets tackled.

Scott bends down to sniff him as Coach stomps over.

"McCall!" He yells, "You come out of that goal one more time and you'll be doing suicide runs till you die. It'll be the first ever suicide run that actually ends in a suicide. Got it?"

"Yes, Coach." Scott says walking back toward the goal.

"Yeah." Coach nods

"Uh, Coach, my shoulder's hurting. I'm gonna - I'm gonna sit this one out." Jackson says before walking to the back of the line. Brooke rolls her eyes as she rests her arms on her legs. She immediately sits up as she notices Isaac was the next person in line. His shoulders going up and down rapidly as he stares ahead at Scott.

Stiles looks over toward Brooke, but she keeps her eyes on Isaac.

"Isaac?" She says to herself. She's taken aback when the boy turns toward her before quickly looking forward. Her brows draw inward as Coach blows the whistle. Scott and Isaac run toward each other, but as Scott tries to knock him down, both boys land in front of one another in a stare down. Coach blows his whistle in frustration.

Scott and Isaac turn to find Stilinski and two sheriff's walking toward the field. Brooke and Stiles turn and their eyes immediately widen at their dad walking over.

"Shit."

When Isaac is pulled away to talk to the police, Brooke steps down to talk with Scott and Stiles. She makes quick steps before stopping beside Stiles.

"What's happening?"

"His father's dead." Scott says

"What?" Brooke exclaims

"They think he was murdered."

Brooke breathes heavily as she looks towards Isaac. Her boyfriend looking at her as Stilinski pulls him away.

"Are they saying he's a suspect?" Stiles says

"I'm not sure, why?" Scott asks

"Because they can lock him in a holding cell for 24 hours." Brooke says frantically

"Like, overnight?"

"During the full moon." Stiles says

"What does the full moon have to do with anything? They're saying he killed his dad." Brooke rambles

The boys eye her and she keeps her eyes on Isaac walking off the field. Stiles then realized, they hadn't told her he was the werewolf they were looking for.

"Brooke." He says causing the girl to look toward him. She was immediately met with serious looks.

"What?"

Scott steps closer lowering his voice, "Isaac is a werewolf."

Brooke's eyes go wide, "What?!"

"That's what Scott was doing." Stiles explains, "Trying to pick up on who it was."

"Oh my god."

"How good are these holding cells at holding people?" Scott asks

"People, good. Werewolves, probably not that good." Stiles says

"Stiles, remember when I said I don't have the urge to maim and kill?"

"Yeah."

"He does."

Isaac turns to them again as he's being walked off the field. Brooke lets out a shaky breath, "I think I'm gonna have a panic attack."
