i'll revise the judging criteria for you,

points are given;

10 ☽how original your cover is i.e. how different it is from other participants.
10 ☽the overall look, does it look balanced i.e. one or is it just a clustered mess?
10 ☽effort, whether you've just slapped a font on some existing picture or actually put effort to edit
10 ☽how close it is to the topic and if it follows the theme
10 ☽neatness+how quick you were to give the entry (punctuality) [5 - neatness, 5 - punctuality]
