You stood up from your bed and stepped over to Chuuya, who was standing alongside the closest wall to the door. You hesitantly opened your arms and embraced him once you were close enough.

"I'm so sorry."

You discovered that all Chuuya ever needed and wanted was a hug from you. He absolutely lost it while hugging you. He collapsed and sat on the ground, his head burrowing into your shoulder with your hands resting on his back. You felt terrible seeing him break down in front of you because you had abandoned him.
