"Yibo, are you alright?"

Wang Yibo heard Meng Yao asking but hw did not want to hear that voice right now. All that he wanted to hear was, Xiao Zhan!

Yibo waited and waited but Zhan's voice never came. Finally growing impatient, he called out,

"Xiao Zhan...?"

Meng Yao's breath hitched. He had been here all this while just for Yibo but Yibo did not even bother himself to speak with him. He had just asked for Xiao Zhan!

With clenched teeth, Meng Yao replied, "He us not here?"

"Where.... Where is he?" Yibo asked.

"He had gone home."

"H..home..?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"Because he doesn't want to stay here."

"Meng Yao, could... could you please take me home?"

"Home?! What for?! You are still not discharged." Meng Yao cried.

"Please talk to the doctor and discharge me. I want to go home. Please..."

"You can go home once the doctor says."

Mrng Yao tried to convince Wang Yibo but Yibo was very stubborn on going home. Finally giving up, he called Xue Yang and asked to take Yibo home.

Seeing them off, Meng Yao swore to himself that he would destroy Xiao Zhan's life for taking Yibo away from him!

"Xiao Zhan."

Xiao Zhan whipped his head around to that voice. He thought he was seeing things!

There stood Wang Yibo holding onto Xue Yang.

"Yi... Yibo...!"

Xiao Zhan did not know why but seeing Yibo made him cry. He thought what Meng Yao said was true. That he had failed Yibo. But seeing Yibo there! Yibo had come to him! 'To him!' his omega cried.

Xiao Zhan ran up to Yibo and held him, took him into his arms and made him sit on the bed.

"Yibo, what are you doing here?" Xiao Zhan asked wiping away his tears.

He looked at the doorway but Xue Yang had already left.

Yibo rested his head on the bed rest but Xiao Zhan placed a pillow for Yibo.

"How are you feeling now?"

"Better by your side." Yibo replied.

Xiao Zhan's heart clenched at that. But he hid it. He did not want his voice to sound like crying so he cleared his throat and asked,

"Shouldn't you be staying at the hospital?"

"Why did you leave?" Yibo asked without answering his question.

"I..." Xiao Zhan could not tell anything. He did not want Yibo to know the conflict between him and Meng Yao at the hospital today so he kept silent.

"I thought you would be discharged in the evening." Xiao Zhan said instead.

"I wasn't discharged. I discharged myself."

"Why?!" Xiao Zhan yelled.

"It's your fault. You should have stayed at the hospital with me."

"I... you had others with you."

"Others doesn't feel like you." Xiao Zhan could feel his heart lighten at that.

He finally accepted what the omega in him had said, 'Yibo had come to him and only him!'

Xiao Zhan smiled. He felt so happy right now. He could not word out his happiness. And he knew even of used words, that wouldn't be enough to describe his happiness.

"Sorry for leaving."

Wang Yibo held his hand tight, saying,

"Just because there are specialized doctors at hospital doesn't mean you could be cured. Sometimes, all you need is, our love and care for you to get healed. Xiao Zhan, will you please stay with me now?"

Tears threatened to fall but Xiao Zhan restrained himself from crying.

Without answering Yibo, he got up from the bed, made Yibo lie down and sat beside him, still holding hands with Yibo. Once everything was done, he finally bent down and placed a very gentle and soft kiss on Yibo's eyes, screaming on his heart, 'I want to stay with you forever'.

Xiao Zhan did not know what overtook him then. He did not know if he would have kissed Yibo if it was some other time. He did not know if he kissed Yibo because of what happened today. He did not know if he kissed Yibo out of love. He did not know if he kissed Yibo because he felt like kissing. He did not know if it was just because he felt very emotional. He did not know anything! But he knew way too well that he would never regret this kiss!

For this kiss made him finally realize how he really felt towards Yibo. As much as he wanted to deny it, he no longer could deny it. He no longer could keep his eyes blind to his heart. He knew how his heart screamed for Yibo. Called for Yibo. Yearned for Yibo. He knew how his heart belated for Yibo!

It was only two weeks since their marriage and he never thought he would fall in love with Wang Yibo so soon! Everything seemed a miracle but he did not dislike it. He liked it way too much! He liked the way how every little thing reminded him of Wang Yibo! Wang Yibo!

"Xiao.... Zhan....?" Wang Yibo called out for he could not what just had happened.

'Did Zhan really kiss me?' Yibo asked himself.

"What is it?" Xiao Zhan asked as if nothing was unusual.

"You... did you... did you just...."

"Wang Yibo, seems like, you have hit your head very hard." Zhan said laughing.

"N.. No.... Zhan tell me. Did you really...."

"What do you want to tell me?"

"Tell me if you kissed me."

"I did not kiss you."

"Then... just now...."

"Did you forget our agreement already? You said that I have to act like a proper husband for you for one month. So now that you are not well and said that that pure love and care could heal you, I just checked if it really worked."

Xiao Zhan lied. That wasn't the truth. He did not kiss Wang Yibo just because of the agreement. He kissed Yibo out of our love but he was not going to tell it. No, somethings should not be spoken out loud. There are things that should be understood. It was up to Wang Yibo to figure out his feelings and decide to either reciprocate or not. Although he would love it if Yibo reciprocated his feelings, he would still be helpless if Yibo chose to reject his feelings. Either way, now that he had accepted his feelings, he will live with it for his life! There was no going back!

Wang Yibo felt a little dejected by Zhan's reply but he was glad that his agreement was already working well. He just hoped by this month, he could make Zhan fall harder for him.

"Liar."

"Who is a liar? Zhan cried.

"You."

"When did I lie?"

"Just now. You told me you kissed me just because of our agreement."

"And that's the truth."

"I know the truth. The truth is, you couldn't control yourself looking at my handsome face and appearance. Right?"

"Handsome?!"

"Am I not handsome?"

"Normal. Nothing extraordinary."

"Seems like, you are the one who is blind here."

"Excuse me?!"

"Yeah, how can I help you?"

"Did you just call me blind?"

"Did you just call me 'nothing extraordinary'?"

"I said the truth."

"I too said the truth."

"Wang Yibo!"

And so went on their little fight and the room was filled with giggles and laughter of the couple. The air in it seemed so refreshing and they both were very contented.

After ages, Xiao Zhan really happy. His smile and laughter were not fake. They came from the bottom of his heart! He felt very grateful for Yibo to making him feel this way.
