The girls and Johnny did a multitude of things. Face masks, pillow fights, and even started using an ouija board which Jamie was not a fan of. She had her hand on the planchette as Johnny asked his next question.

"If Jamie could describe Tory in one word, what would that word be?" He says

Jamie's brow raised as he started moving the planchette.

"B...I...T..." He spells before Jamie and Tory sigh and lets go of the planchette. The two get up from the table, "What? It could've said "bitching.""

Devon sighs as her head falls in her hands.

Johnny watches Tory and Jamie show videos to each other on the couch. He and Devon stood at the island in the back.

"This night really took a turn for the worse. Literally, there's no drama." Devon says

"Have faith, Lee. I know how girls think. It just takes one little spark." He says before pulling out a phone.

Jamie frowns as her phone starts vibrating and Robby's name pops up. Tory leans over, "Why's Robby calling you?"

"I don't know." Jamie mutters

"What did you do?" Devon whispers as Johnny pulls out another phone

"Stole Robby's phone. It's a nuclear option."

"Probably just a butt dial." Jamie chuckles. She looks over as Tory frowns, "What is it?"

"It's a text from Miguel."

Jamie leans over, "What does it say?"

"Hola, Mamacita. How about you drop the zero and... get with the hero?" Tory reads. Jamie's face scrunches up as Tory turns to her.

"That's not Miguel. He would never talk like that." Jamie cringes. The girls turn and notice Johnny whispering to Devon. Jamie gets up first with Tory following her over. Johnny sits up and places his hand behind his back.

"Hey, hey, what's going on?"

"What's behind your back?" Jamie says

"My hands. Nothing. Just my hands." He mutters. Tory pulls her phone out and dials Robby's number. A ring is heard. Johnny keeps his eyes on them, "Lee, your phone's ringing."

Jamie raises her brows before pulling out her own phone and dialing Miguel's number. Another ringtone is heard as Johnny turns to Devon, "Oh, wow, multiple lines. I didn't know you were such a social butterfly."

"You're catfishing us." Tory says as the two hang up

"I don't know what that is, but catfish is gross." Johnny says

"You've been messing with us all night. Now you're trying to get us to start fighting." Jamie says

"We just wanted to help you get your edge back so things can go back to the way they used to be." Devon says

"You think things were better when we hated  each other?" Tory says

"No. Maybe just south of that, like a really strong dislike." Johnny says

"I thought you were Miyagi-Do now." Jamie says

"I am Miyagi-do. Look, we're inside with pillows, chocolates, and air conditioning. I want you to hate each other, but in a friendly way."

Jamie scoffs, "I'm calling an Uber."

"Same." Tory says as the two turn to grab their bags

"I can't believe that didn't work." Johnny groans

"My Uber's five minutes away." Jamie says

"Yeah, mine too."

"My guy's got, like, a 4.99 rating. That's gotta be double Sensei's."

"And three times his rating for hosting a slumber party."

Jamie scoffs, "Can't believe he stole their phones. He actually thought we would fall for that."

"I don't know. It's not like I haven't stolen from you before."

"What are you talking about?"

"The tournament." Tory says, "But I mean I guess it could be payback for you going to date Miguel despite being my friend."

Jamie furrows her brows, "Tory, I'm not Sam, alright? I didn't take him from you. We started dating way after you broke up with him."

"So, what, that makes it okay?"

"The shit you pulled after wasn't."

"Oh, yeah, here it comes." Tory scoffs, "Little Miss Perfect Jamie."

"Tory, I don't have a problem with you. I was always nice to you and considered you my friend. You were the one who wanted to stay at Cobra Kai."

"You should've too after what they did to Miguel."

"Robby did that to Miguel. I was never associated with Miyagi-Do. I joined Eagle Fang right before the tournament." Jamie says as Tory looks off, "Look, I'm sorry about dating Miguel. I just, I liked him way before all of this. Before you, before Sam. I was just happy to finally get what I wanted, but I didn't think about how you would feel. Especially since we were friends at one point."

"Yeah, well... I'm sorry too." She says, "Things went too far. And if I'm being honest, it was my fault. You were someone that I had admired and trusted. Someone that I wanted to be like. You seem to always come back stronger no matter what happens."

"So do you." Jamie says stepping closer, "I mean, after everything that happened with Silver, look at you now. You're one of the strongest people I know."

"I-" Tory stammers. Jamie's brows crease as Tory wipes under her eye, "I liked you, Jamie."

Jamie's face falls, "What?"

"Yeah." Tory chuckles, "I remember when I first saw you in the dojo I thought you were one of the prettiest girls I'd ever seen. And then at the country club when I met Sienna. You were always so nice to me, but then you got with Jack. So, I went after Miguel."

Jamie's face softens as Tory continues, "Seeing you and Miguel together after that hurt. Because I lost two people I cared about because of how stupid I was. I can't believe what I did to you at the tournament."

"It wasn't your fault." Jamie says shaking her head, "It's all behind us now. A lot like this thing between us. Right?"

"Yeah." Tory nods, "I really am sorry."

"Me too." Jamie smiles softly before wrapping her arms around Tory. Tory lets out a sigh before wrapping her own around Jamie.

Jamie and Tory took their fighting stances as Johnny looked back and forth between them, "Fight!"

Tory swings first which Jamie blocks. She tries kicking, but Jamie dodges. Jamie sends a kick causing Tory to step back. She sends another which Tory dodges before kicking at Jamie. Jamie sends her arm out blocking it before swinging at her. Tory blocks the two punches before Jamie eventually kicks her arm.

"Now, that's what I'm talking about." Johnny says, "What the hell got into them?"

"I guess their breakthrough last night took care of whatever was holding them back." Devon smiles, "Remind me to never doubt you again, Sensei."

The girls grunt as they send a kick at the same time. Jamie smiles as the two stumble back. Johnny turns to Devon, "It's like I always say. Girls are easy."

"Hey, everybody. Gather 'round!" Eli says, "The announcement just came out. All right. Who's ready to find out where we're going for the Sekai Taikai?"

Jamie and Tory step down and stand beside Robby and Miguel as Eli holds the tablet up for the teens to see.

"Congratulations on your admission to the Sekai Taikai. We're excited to finally announce the host city for this year's competition. Martial arts has always had a rich history in the East. And the Sekai Taikai has held many tournaments throughout Asia."

"Soup dumplings, baby." Chris says quietly

"But in recent years, European teams have shaken up the competitive landscape, bringing a whole new style to the event."

"I'm feeling Germany." Kenny says

"Within that region, there's one nation that has continued to stand tall amongst the pack for its growth and dominance in both junior and senior competitions. It gives me great pleasure to announce this year's Sekai Taikai will be held in Barcelona, Spain."

Jamie's eyes widen as the teens cheer. She turns to Miguel and smiles before turning back to Eli.

"Sick!"

"All right. Yes!"

"That's awesome." Robby says

"As you prepare for your journey, we'll also present the rules of registration. We intend to test your dojo's quality, not quantity, and each dojo must select eight fighters to compete."

"Wait, eight?" Eli says as Jamie frowns

"These eight fighters will participate in team events, with one boy and one girl serving as captains to enter into the individual competitions, which will be televised around the world. We wish a hearty bona sort to all competitors, and we look forward to seeing you in Barcelona."

"What exactly does that mean?" Robby says as the video ends

"It means we don't all get to go." Miguel says. He looks down at Jamie who looks back at him before her eyes trail over to Tory. The blonde sharing the same expression before the two look away.
