Jamie jumps up as she hears someone knock at the door. Sienna was with Hawk and although Jamie didn't want to, she was going to meet up with everyone to hang out. As she pulled the door open, she's met with a frantic Miguel. She steps out, "Hey. What's wrong?"
"Um, look, I know you're upset with me right now, but I needed to come tell you." He starts. Jamie frowns as he sighs, "My mom's in the hospital. I'm going back home with Sensei."
Jamie's eyes widen, "What? Is she okay?"
"We don't know. Something happened with the baby and she's being rushed to the hospital."
"Oh my god." Jamie mutters
"I just wanted to come tell you that we're leaving before you hear from anybody else."
"Yeah." Jamie nods, "Be safe, okay? And text me to let me know if she's alright?"
"Yeah." He nods before turning to leave
"Miguel?" Jamie calls out. The boy turns back to her, "I love you."
Miguel's face softens, "I love you, too."
Jamie smiles lightly before he turns the corner.

The team was able to find a spot mainly for teens in town. They decided they'd hang out there and try to relax before their busy schedule the next day. Jamie found herself sat at a table with Robby. The two hadn't said much to each other, but with everyone finding out about Carmen and Miguel and Johnny leaving and their own problems with their relationships, the two had found a sense of comfort in one another.
"I hope Carmen's okay." Robby says as Jamie repeatedly stirs her drink, "Did you talk to Miguel before he left?"
"For, like, 30 seconds. We were so excited about exploring Barcelona together. And now..." Jamie starts before she remembers the argument a few hours prior, "How are you feeling?"
"Not great." Robby says, "Thinking about adding rum to this Coke."
"Yeah, right. You don't drink." Jamie scoffs
"Now might be a good time to start." Robby says, "I've been screwing everything up since Tory put us on a break. And you know what makes it worse is it's not even affecting her. She's fighting better than ever."
"I'm sure she's just channeling it differently than you are." Jamie tries before she feels her optimism fade away, "Tory chose the other side. And I feel terrible for her. But we can't keep letting her get in our heads like this. I guess it's time to accept that she's against us."
As Jamie finally lifts her cup up to take a sip of her drink, she stops. Robby notices and follows her line of sight. The two watching as Tory and the rest of Cobra Kai walk in. Jamie places her cup back down, "I'm gonna get some air."
She gets up from the table as Robby tries turning away from Tory. Jamie misses the way Tory looks to her as she exits the building.

Sienna sets her cup down as she glares at the girl on the dance floor. A girl who had yet to stop looking over at them. Demetri seemed entranced by her despite his girlfriend back home. Sienna also noticed that Hawk had seemed to sneak glances.
"What the hell is she looking at?" Sienna snaps
Hawk jumps as he looks towards her. Demetri hits his arm, "Remember, you have a girlfriend."
"Yeah, so do you." Hawk says, "Oh shit, she's coming over."
"We have girlfriends. We love our girlfriends. Think with that head." Demetri says as Sienna's eyes widen.
"Qué tal, boys? Having fun tonight?" The girl smiles
"Yeah." Demetri nods
"Yeah. Fun night." Hawk says
"I like your hair. It's so cute." She smiles
"Isn't it?" Sienna says. A fake smile taking over her features.
"Thank you. I have a girlfriend though." Hawk stammers pointing towards Sienna
"Well, how about you, tall man? Do you want to dance?" She asks turning to Demetri
"I thought you'd never ask." Demetri says jumping up
"What...?" Hawk mutters
"I'm on vacation." Demetri says as he lets the girl pull him along
Sienna shifts her body towards Hawk, "Do you wanna die?"
Hawk looks over to her, "What? No. I-"
"You were staring at her like you wanted to die."
"No, babe-" Hawk says before Sienna hits his arm, "Ow!"

"What should we do when we make it to Barcelona?"
Jamie looks up at Miguel from her place on his chest. She chuckles, "What? You wanna make an itinerary?"
"Sure." Miguel smiles as Jamie giggles, "I mean, it's Barcelona. And as much as I wanna focus on the tournament, there's no way we're missing out on sightseeing."
Jamie shrugs, "I don't know. I haven't really thought about it. I've never been out of the country."
"Me either. Except, you know.."
"Yeah." Jamie smiles. She rests her hand on his chest before placing her chin on top of it, "We have time to figure it out."
"Yeah." He mutters as he looks down at her. The hand that wasn't wrapped around her comes up to caress her cheek.
Jamie smiles softly as his thumb moves back and forth across her cheek. As a comforting silence envelopes them, Miguel can see her brows furrow lightly. Instinctively, his thumb lifts up and rubs between her brows. Jamie's eyes flutter closed before opening again.
"What are you thinking about?" He asks as his hand falls back down and lands on her shoulder.
Jamie shrugs, "Us."
"Us?"
"Mhm." She hums with a slight nod
"What about us?"
"How we're gonna change."
Miguel tilts his head, "Good change or bad change?"
"Good. I hope." She smiles
"Yeah." He nods, "Doesn't matter what happens."
"But we're gonna change." She says, "Sienna said people who don't accept change, don't grow. They just watch as the people around them live life while they're too afraid of experiencing what they're not used to."
"Sienna said that?" Miguel scoffs
"Yeah." Jamie chuckles as Miguel laughs, "She can be insightful when she wants to be."
"Okay, so what does that mean in our context?"
"Means as things change, I wanna grow with you." She says softly
Miguel smiles, "I want that, too."
"Really?" Jamie smiles
"Yeah." He mumbles, "Why wouldn't I?"
"I don't know. Things happen." She says, "I just- I don't wanna end up like my parents."
Miguel frowns, "What do you mean?"
"Somehow their entire relationship fell apart. My mom spent so long at a standstill and my dad moved on and had a whole new family." Jamie explains, "They both changed, but they grew apart. I don't wanna grow apart."
"We won't." Miguel reassures, "We won't let it happen."
"I don't think it was something they just let happen."
"Not necessarily, but if we talk and keep in mind that we're growing and changing on our own as well as with each other, we'll be okay."
"Promise?" She says holding up her pinky
Miguel smiles hooking his pinky around hers, "I promise."

Jamie looks out to the water as her arms rest on her knees. She watched as the waves crashed on the shore over and over again. Her mind drifting back to the past few days. Thinking back on how she had treated the people she cared about the most. The same people she was terrified of losing were the same people she continued to push away.
She couldn't understand why she let her parents have so much power over her. Jamie had always been her own person. Even if she enjoyed lying low and hiding in the shadows, she never let anyone tell her how she should live her life. Always marching to the beat of her own drum and whoever wanted to march with her, would. Whoever didn't, didn't matter to her.
But now, as she grew up and things changed, she found herself allowing self doubt to creep into her mind more than it ever had before. Although she never wanted to end up like her parents, she knew if she kept letting things go the way they were, she would.
Jamie's snapped out of her thoughts when she hears grunting. She had noticed someone else there when she arrived, but hadn't paid much attention to them. She looks over noticing it was one of the teens from the tournament.
She frowns as he practices a kata she hadn't seen before. Without realizing, she had began to stare. He quickly picks up on it turning to her. She blinks rapidly, "Oh, sorry, I... Sorry, I... I didn't mean to startle you. Um... I'm Jamie, by the way."
"Axel." He nods. Jamie immediately takes note of his accent.
"That's a pretty cool kata. What's it called?"
"I... I am not supposed to speak with opponent."
"We're not on the mat." Jamie chuckles, "It's pretty late to be training."
"Always time for training." He says before leaning down to grab his shirt
Jamie frowns at the bruises on his back, "Whoa, whoa. What happened to your back?"
"Uh, from bo staff competition." He says pulling his shirt on
"Nobody's been able to land a point on you yet."
"My sensei wants me to be the best. It's because of him I never lose."
Jamie realized what he was hinting at, but didn't want to push, "There are other ways of teaching. I mean, I gotta admit, your dojo's pretty great."
"Thank you. You're pretty-" He stammers, "Your... your dojo's pretty good too."
Jamie shrugs, "We try."
"Mind if I join?"
"You wanna switch dojos?" Jamie says
"To sit. I meant."
"Oh, yeah." Jamie chuckles as she shrugs, "Yeah, sure."
Axel smiles lightly before walking over and taking a seat next to Jamie.

Hawk presses post on his video he had taken of the club. He sets his phone down before turning toward Sienna. The girl sat with her hand on her cheek and a pout on her lips. Hawk wraps his arm around her hip, "What's wrong?"
"Nothing." She mutters
"You're gonna say that when you're pouting?"
Her brows furrow, "I'm not pouting."
Hawk smiles, "What's wrong?"
Sienna sighs, "Jamie and I got into a fight."
"About what?" He asks softly
"I don't even know." She sighs as she leans back against the booth, "I could tell something was wrong, so I told her she could talk to me and she blew up on me."
"Seriously?" Hawk asks. Sienna hums in acknowledgment, "I told Miguel to talk to her. I just figured she was pissed at Priscilla."
"What do you mean?"
"Priscilla tried giving some fake ass encouragement the other day. None of us were feeling it, but of course she only called out Jamie and she snapped at her." Hawk says, "And the other day in the locker room when she blew up on her."
"What the hell?" Sienna says, "Something's going on. Why won't she tell me?"
"Maybe she's trying to deal with it on her own." Hawk shrugs, "Or it's something with her parents."
Sienna sighs as she brings her hands up to her eyes, "I wish she would just tell me."
"Whatever it is, I'm sure she'll come to you." He says, "She probably felt bad about it as soon as she blew up on you."
"Maybe." Sienna sighs as her hands fall in her lap. Hawk looks over as his phone chimes. He picks it up and his eyes widen, "What?"
"Oh shit." He says as he looks toward Demetri. Sienna leans over and watches as Demetri dances with another girl. Hawk's eyes widen, "I got him in the video."
"Huh?" Sienna says before Hawk shows her the phone
Yasmine
Is that Demetri??
"Oh shit." Sienna chuckles as he sets his phone down
"Fuck." Hawk sighs as Sienna giggles
