Sienna was over the moon with excitement. She was supposed to be with Eli as he got one of his tattoos covered up, but she didn't care. Jamie had just made it back home. She rushes up the stairs and toward the door before knocking rapidly. The door opens and Amber stands there with a smile on her face.

"Hello, Sienna."

"Hi, Ms. Jackson." She says as Amber lets her in, "She's here, right?"

"In her room." Amber says pointing toward the hall. Before she knows it, Sienna runs toward Jamie's door.

She doesn't even knock. She just bursts through the door causing Jamie to jump from her place by her bed. Sienna squeals as she tosses her keys on Jamie's desk and runs toward her. Jamie laughs as Sienna engulfs her in a hug.

"Hi to you, too." Jamie says

"Omg, you have no idea how much I missed you." Sienna sighs. She pulls away from Jamie with a smile, "You okay?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

Sienna plops down on Jamie's bed, "You've never come home early before. Not that I'm mad that you did, but I've tried so many times to get you to and I never could."

"I just didn't want to be there anymore." Jamie says as she starts unpacking her bag

"Did something happen?"

"Yeah, actually." Jamie says as she puts some clean clothes away

Sienna looks up at her quickly with wide eyes, "Really?"

"Yeah."

"Okay. What was it?"

"My dad showed up."

Sienna raises her brows, "Wait, what? How? I thought-"

"He wasn't stationed the whole time. Only for a year and then after that he went on about his life."

Sienna frowns, "Okay, wait. If he wasn't enlisting, then where was he?"

"With his other family."

Sienna gasps, "What? Are you serious?"

"Yeah." Jamie chuckles, "Wife and everything."

"Oh, JJ. I'm sorry."

"Don't be." She shrugs, "Not your fault."

"Yeah, but it still sucks. What an asshole."

Jamie smiles as she takes more clothes out of her bag. Sienna turns as Jamie's phone chimes. She notices a text from Miguel.

"Miguel texted."

"I know."

Sienna frowns and looks at Jamie. She noticed the girl wasn't too eager to answer the text, "Does he know your back?"

"He knows I'm coming home early."

"Has he come to see you?"

"No, I haven't told him I landed."

"Why not?"

"I don't know. I just wasn't really ready to talk to him."

Now Sienna knew something was definitely wrong, "Okay, what happened? Because I've never heard you say that before."

Jamie sighs as she stops, "He just found out that his dad isn't who he says he is and I just found out that my dad evidently wants nothing to do with me. I don't want it to be a huge argument between us because of our emotions."

"Well, it won't be if you're not mad at each other. You guys need to talk considering he just ran off without telling anyone."

"What am I even gonna say?"

"Don't worry about that. Just tell him you guys should meet up to talk. Then when you're there, you can say whatever you need to him." Jamie looks down at her clothes as Sienna tilts her head. She reaches over and grabs Jamie's phone as she looks up, "Your password is still the same, right?"

"Yeah, why?" Jamie says as she puts her shirt down and sits by Sienna.

Sienna doesn't say anything as she clicks on Miguel's contact and starts typing.

Miguel sighs as he checks his phone again. He had been texting Jamie all day and got nothing in return. He sets his phone back on his lap as he bounces his leg up and down.

"Hey, Miguel." Demetri says causing the boy to look up, "You good?"

"Yeah. Uh," He says as he stands up and walks over to them, "tired from the trip is all."

"Yeah, you spent how many hours in a car with Robby?" Eli says

"I've never seen you around him for more than 2 minutes without a John Wick-style fight." Demetri says

"For sensei's sake, I'm trying not to let it get to that. Even if he deserves it. Robby says he's done with Cobra Kai. We'll see how that goes." He sighs as Eli and Demetri scoff

Miguel pulls his phone out as it chimes.

"Is that Jamie? She finally text back?" Eli says

"Yeah. Says she wants to, uh, talk tonight."

Demetri hisses as Eli's eyes widen, "What did she say exactly?"

Miguel looks back down at his phone, "We should talk tonight." Eli and Demetri turn to each other, "What?"

"It says, "We should talk?" Demetri asks and Miguel nods, "Oh, brother, you're in deep."

"I mean, she's right. We should talk. Last time we spoke, I could tell something was wrong."

"Yeah, but "We should talk" is code for "I want to break up."

"What? It is?" Miguel says frantically

"Not necessarily." Eli says holding his hand out as Miguel sighs, "Contrary to popular belief, Sienna is really big on communication. Maybe Jamie does actually wanna talk?"

"No, no. We need more information." Demetri says as he grabs Miguel's phone, "Uh, we should send a trial balloon. Something that puts the ball in her court."

Miguel nods as Demetri starts typing, "Can't wait to see you tonight." Um, "How are you?"

"That's good." Eli nods as Miguel starts to bite his nails.

"Right? Yeah."

"Yeah."

"It's gonna be fine. It's fine." Demetri says as the boys gather around the phone to wait for an answer. They watch the three dots come up before disappearing again as a text comes in.

I'm okay.

The boys sigh as Miguel starts to walk away.

"Dude, that's bad. There's not even an emoji." Eli says

"Yeah, man, she is not okay. You need to do something to turn this around stat." Demetri says

"What do I do?"

"I think I have an idea." He says as Eli and Miguel look to him. Miguel nods slightly as he starts to rub his hands on his pants.
