Jamie and Sienna stood at the formers locker early Monday morning.

"Please tell me you've talked to Eli."

"I haven't talked to him since that day at lunch."

"Ugh." Sienna groans, "That dweeb won't leave me alone. He keeps coming to me about you, it's annoying."

"Sienna, I don't think he even cares about what I'm doing anymore." She chuckles, "I think he's just trying to find a way to talk to you."

Sienna frowns as Jamie closes her locker, "Well, he needs to stop, he's pissing me off."

"Hey guys."

The girls turn and Jamie smiles, "Hey, Miguel."

"Oh, you're walking." Sienna nods

"Yeah." He chuckles awkwardly

"So, um, what class do you have first?" Jamie asks as they start walking.

"English."

"Oh, we're going that way if you wanna walk with us."

"Sure." He nods. Jamie smiles as they round the corner. Miguel frowns as he sees Demetri at his locker.

"Hey, the Comeback Kid! Welcome back." Demetri smiles, "I hope to make a similar triumphant return to the land of the mobile appendage masses."

"What's up with the cast?" Miguel asks

"Proximal radius fracture." Demetri nods. A locker closes behind him.

"It smells." Yasmine says. The girls roll their eyes.

"I'm leaving." Sienna says before she walks off, "See you later, JJ."

"Bye, Sienna." Jamie chuckles

"I put a lemon rind down there to mitigate that. The invitation for you to sign it still stands." Demetri says as he pulls out a sharpie.

"Hard pass." Yasmine scoffs as she pushes it back to him, "At least when you used to be a thorn in my tits, you were getting me an A in science. Now you can't even do that because you're defective." They all frown as she walks off

"So, uh... how'd you break your arm?" Miguel asks. Demetri looks to Jamie who raises her brows.

"We've got a lot to catch up on." He nods. Miguel furrows his brows before looking to Jamie. The girl gives a tight lipped smile in return.

Sienna and Jamie grab their trays from the line. The girls waiting for Demetri to grab his.

"You need help?" Jamie asks

"No, no. I got it." He says as he tries to balance the tray on his cast. They start walking towards the tables as he follows behind him. They, unfortunately, don't realize that he's stopped following.

"You think Hawk's gonna be pissed when he finds out Miguel knows about what happened to Demetri?" Sienna asks as they sit down.

"I guess we'll find out." Jamie says. Sienna looks up and Jamie nods towards another table. They watch as Miguel storms up to Hawk.

"Now that I think about it, he's not gonna be pissed off enough." She shakes her head

"You don't think so?"

"No." Sienna scoffs, "He's probably gonna try to give him some talk about how he needs to leave Cobra Kai." She says as she turns back to Jamie, "How this isn't really him and how he can change."

"Hey, guys. Check this guy out. Standing around with a dick in his hand." Kyler calls out as he holds up Demetri's arm. Everyone in the cafeteria starts to laugh before Demetri walks out with his head down.

Sienna turns to someone at another table who is laughing obnoxiously, "It's not that funny you stupid fuck." The student immediately shuts up as Sienna turns to Jamie, "When did he stop following us?"

"I don't know. I just assumed he sat next to Yasmine." She shrugs

Miguel sits down next to Jamie. She turns to him, "Everything good?"

"Yeah. Just trying to talk some sense into Hawk." He sighs, "I know it's not really him talking. Cobra Kai just got to him."

Jamie turns to Sienna as she tries to hide her smile. Sienna raises her brows, "Told you."

Jamie chuckles as Miguel looks confused, "Told you what?"

Jamie turns to Miguel with a smile as Sienna laughs at him, "Nothing, don't worry about it."

Miguel's frown deepens causing Sienna and Jamie to laugh harder.

Miguel was putting his books in his locker when Johnny came up and knocked on the locker next to him.

"Sensei? How'd you get through security?" Miguel says looking around

"I went to school here. Think I don't know secret ways in?" Johnny says as Miguel nods, "Hey. Got some good news. Found a pretty sweet spot for our new dojo."

"Yeah?" Miguel smiles

"How's the recruiting coming?" He asks. Miguel just closes his locker with a sigh as he starts walking. Johnny following behind him, "That bad?"

"It's just everything's changed, Sensei. Cobra Kai, they..." He pauses, "They all drank the Kool-Aid."

"Kool-Aid? What's wrong with a Kool-Aid?"

Miguel stops, "It's just... Sensei Kreese is turning them into an army of assholes. There's no convincing them to leave."

"Okay, well, what about Ms. Jackson?"

"I don't know. Jamie quit Cobra Kai right after the fight. I don't think she wants anything to do with karate anymore."

Johnny sighs as Miguel looks down. He looks past him and sees Hawk with the Cobra Kai students, "Wait here."

Miguel frowns watching Johnny walk up to them. He quickly falls into step behind him.

"Okay, listen up!" Johnny says as they turn to him, "I screwed up. And I'm sorry. I made it about me. And that's not what a sensei does. I took the easy way out. I gave up. What happened here at this school..." He says as he turns to Miguel before turning back, "it rocked me to my core. I couldn't look myself in the eye, let alone face all of you."

"Yeah. I guess it makes it easier to tell yourself that." Hawk scoffs, "But the truth is, you bailed on us long before that fight happened. You got soft and we paid the price."

"You listen up." Johnny points, "When you came to my dojo, you were softer than a baby's ass. I made you what you are, not Kreese. He doesn't give a shit about you."

He turns to the others, "About any of you. So, if you wanna whine about the past like a bunch of pussies, fine. We can play that game." He nods, "Wanna stick with Kreese? Go ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you when your life ends up in the shitter."

"Or you could sack up and join my dojo. Havenhurst and Magnolia, tomorrow at 4:00. If you wanna save yourselves, train the right way..." He says, "you better be there. And don't be late!" They watch as he walks off. Miguel sighs as he smacks a stack of books out of a kids hands.

"Sorry, kid. Old habit."

Both Miguel and Hawk stood there with smiles on their faces. Both for different reasons.

Jamie closed her locker and picks up her backpack ready to leave. Sienna left as soon as the bell rang. Whatever was or wasn't in her bag was none of her business as far as she was concerned.

She walks out of the school and starts to make her way home. She turns as she hears fast footsteps coming towards her.

"Hey." She smiles

"Hey." Jack says as he falls into step with her, "Going home?"

"Yeah, Sienna left already. She doesn't spend any more time here than she has to." She laughs

"I get it." He chuckles. "Mind if I walk you?" Jamie turns to him. He scratches the back of his head nervously, "I mean friends can do that right?"

"Yeah." She shrugs. He smiles as he walks beside her.
