Third Person's POV

No one realized that Tyler gotten into a car accident as she had just left like five minutes ago, but she was already like five miles away.

When the other car drivers saw what happened they immediately stopped traffic and one of them ran towards Tyler and busted the window just to open the car. The man saw that the teenage girl was unconscious  as his wife immediately called 911.

"911 what's your emergency." The person said on the other line as Emily pacea a little trying to keep herself calm.

Emily was the man's wife. "Hi, ma'am. There was a car accident on 5th Avenue and Henry Avenue between two people one of those people is unconscious." Emily says as calmly as possible as that's what she was told when something like this happens.

"What was the situation between the two?" Emilia says to Emily.

"The first car ran a stop light and crashed into the person that was unconscious." Emily says to the woman.

"Alright there are paramedics on their way, try to keep the girl awake." Emilia says as they both hang up, and Emily rushes to her husband.

Joshua does CPR on Tyler as she doesn't regain consciousness Emily grabbed Tyler's phone to call someone and tell them what happened. Just when she clicked on someone the paramedics just got there and put her in the ambulance and drove off.

Emily and Joshua immediately drove behind the ambulance almost as fast as they are going.

Emily clicked on someone named Roberta as she was the last person to talk to Tyler.

The phone rung and then she heard the other woman's voice.

"Hey Ty what's up?" Roberta asked as Emily has her on speaker.

"Hi, my name is Emily and I'm here to say that Tyler was in a car accident and she is on her way to the hospital right now." Emily says as Roberta started crying as Emily was trying to calm the woman down.

"Thank you for telling me, Emily. Have a great day." Roberta says as the two hanged up as they got to the hospital.

"Perfect timing right?" Emily says to her husband Joshua.

Their twelve year old Maddie asks them. "What happened to the lady mama?" She asks as she put her phone down.

"She was in a terrible car accident and we are at the hospital honey." Joshua says to his daughter as she has a sad look on her face.

"Oh. I hope she's going to be okay. That's sad how that happened." Maddie says as Josh, Maddie and Emily got out of their car and they rushed into the hospital, as Josh was right behind them.

The three of them got to a desk just as Tyler was put in a room in D2589, which is on the fourth floor.

"Hi, how can I help you?" Hailey the receptionist said as Emily took a deep breath.

"Tyler Alder. She was in a car accident and I called someone who is friends with her and they are on their way." Emily said all in one breath as Maddie and Josh were catching their breath.

"She's in D2589, that on the fourth floor." Hailey says with a small smile as the woman quickly thanks Hailey and they all dadh towards the elevator to the fourth floor where Tyler was.

Just as Maddie, Emily and Josh got to the elevator Roberta, Frank and Mary got into the elevator all out of breath.

"Let me guess, Tyler Alder. D2589 fourth floor." Hailey says as Mary is the fastest to the elevator and she sighs as Frank and Roberta eventually get to the elevator.

"Hurry up people." Mary says as just when they get in the elevator the two adults catch their breath as Mary pressed the button.

Once the other three get to the floor they rush to D2589 which is on the other side of the floor. They see some people walk into the room as Mary, Frank and Roberta are confused, as they got to the room and they immediately stop in their tracks when they see Tyler.

Frank started tearing up a little as he was the first one to have the confidence to go up to Tyler. She was unconscious as the father looked at the heart monitor and she was breathing but barely. That broke the father more he grabbed her hand as it was cold, like she was fighting for her life on the inside.

"Tyler...." Mary says as she goes on the other side of her cousin as she too grabs her other hand with tears on her cheeks already.

Emily and her husband and daughter got to the room and they stop when they see the girl that they saved but she doesn't look good...at all.

"My name is Emily, and this is my husband and daughter. I was the one who called a woman named Roberta." Emily says as Roberta turns around and nods her head.

"That's me. I'm the neighbor. Thank you for calling me. I really appreciate it." Roberta says as she's on the brink of tears as Emily is too.

"I'm a surgeon to this hospital actually." Emily says as Roberta nods her head. Just when she was going to say something a beeping noise catches her ears. Tyler.

Emily rushes to the machine as she's pressing random buttons as she exactly knows what to do.

"TYLER!!" Mary yelled at the top of her lungs as Frank grabbed the girl. Immediately there were nurses that were taking care of the girl.

A nurse named Miranda Miller was one of the three nurses that are taking care of Tyler asked the surgeon.

"Dr. Adams." Miranda says to Emily as the blonde surgeon nods her head at Miranda. Before the three nurses and the surgeon started revving the girl. But the last time they tried Tyler got breathing again.

Mary couldn't even look at Tyler as she buried her face in Frank's shoulder avoiding looking at her cousin. Frank wasn't one to be crying as he too couldn't look at his daughter right now.

"Let me know when she wakes up, okay." Miranda says as she and the other nurses walk away.

Frank looks up at the blonde nurse for a hot moment before he nodded his head and Miranda walked out of the room. Roberta was sitting on a chair near Frank and Mary.

"I hope she's going to be okay." Mary says as her voice cracked a little due to her crying since they got here which was not even ten minutes ago.

Roberta wasn't paying attention as he told Jeremy what happened. He said not to worry about it. Roberta half ass knew who the man was considering that he was Jaxon's father and Tyler constantly talked about Jaxon.

Jeremy said that he was on his way with Jaxon as Jas was going to be at the vet as it was a slow day anyway. Jeremy was heartbroken of what happened to the girl that he considered to be his daughter. As he loved her that much as he would sometimes (when she's not in school), he would hang out with her. Take her places that he knows that she never been to. To actually see her happy and smiling of pure joy. They would go to the fair together and Tyler would literally beg Jeremy to come on the rides with her and them screaming of joy on the rides.

Jaxon hopes that his girlfriend will be okay also knowing that she's a fighter, and that she's fighting for her life. He will be devastated if Tyler doesn't make it as he's loved her since he laid his eyes on her.

Not even twenty minutes later Jaxon and Jeremy got to the hotel room. Jeremy and his son stopped in theit tracks almost simultaneously and they locked eyes on Tyler. Motionless on the bed with tons of different machines struggling to keep this fighter alive.

"Oh my....." Jeremy says as Jaxon finishes what his father said.

"Fucking God." Jaxon says as his eyes are welling up with tear as is his father's.

Before anyone can say anything what sounds like a sad knock on the door. The group slowly turns their heads to a early-thirty year old woman. Jeremy instantly recognizes the woman but Jaxon does not. The woman's golden brown eyes advert to the teenage boy she had a tight knit smile on her face.

"Hi, Jaxon." The woman says as Jeremy slowly has a smile on his face despite of the whole Tyler thing of being in the hospital. It was his Aunt Alice.

The one where Jeremy thought he wouldn't see again in his entire life. Because she was kidnapped and abducted when she was eight years old.

Jeremy couldn't believe that his younger sister was here in this room. Right now. He almost didn't reognize her but the reason why he did was because of her hair. She always had the right shade of brown hair as it is lighter than his own brown hair. He also recognized her mesmerizing brown golden eyes.

"Dad, who is she?" Jaxon asked as he wiped his tears from his already tear stained face. He looked between his father and this beautiful mesmerizing woman.

Jeremy couldn't find the right words to say as he still can't comprehend that his little sister who was abducted and kidnapped when he was twelve or eleven is standing by the door. At this very freaking moment.

Jeremy didn't know what to say as his mind is still processing what's happening right now. He went to open his mouth but apparently his sister was impatient of the silence. She beated him to it.

"I'm your Aunt Alice." The woman said as Jaxon's mouth gaped open in complete shock as Mary snickered at the reaction as no one expected that Alice would show up, as neither does anyone know this woman. All except for Jeremy and that's his little sister. Whose name doesn't begin with a J.

There is James, he's the oldest he's 38, then you got Jamie she's the only other girl beside Alice. Jamie is 36, then Jeremy is 35, and then you got Alice who is 31. Alice smiles faintly at her older brother as she took a step forward so that's she's completely in the room and not just by the door.

Maddie, Emily and Joshua left shortly before Alice walked in the room. Emily forgot that she had plans for dinner. She gave Frank a goodbye and her number incase anything happens as she had a little connection of Tyler.

Jaxon looks at his father confused like his newly discovered Aunt is speaking in a language that he doesn't understand. Jeremy looks away from his sister and back at his son. He takes a deep breath before talking to calm himself down.

"I thought that she was gone for good." Jeremy says as Jaxon's eyebrows furrowed of pure confusion. He wanted to say something stupid but obviously now isn't the time to be saying anything like that.

"Dad, what's going on?" Jaxon asked his father as his eyes are glued to his father's face as everyone is looking between the three well besides Mary and Frank. Who are glued on their cousin and daughter.

Jeremy looks back at his sister as they are now looking at each other. Once again Alice beated Jeremy to it and she talked.

"I was kidnapped and abducted when I was eight years old all in the same day. The kidnapping happened first but I escaped easily out of that van. Then not even four hours later. I was playing in the yard and your father was babysitting me and he went in quickly and next thing that he knew was that when he came back out I was nowhere to be founded. He searched every corner and inch of that yard to find me. But he founded nothing. Not a single clue. Then a day later missing posters were plastered all over the town, so the police thought I was completely gone for good and it was a Cold Missing Case." Alice says as she's trying not to cry and Jeremy had already beated her at that. As that day still pains him among other days of the 365 of the year. He never not once talked about it not even when that occurred. He was afraid that if he did that something will happen again.

So he never did. He tried to forget about the entire thing as he pretty much did up until today when his long lost sister basically showed up out of nowhere.

"Then Mom and Dad swore to never have anymore kids after that. Because they didn't want the same thing happen to the kid like what happened to me." Alice says as Jaxon finally understands the whole thing of his dad. On why he was always so protective when he was younger as it makes sense now as he didn't want his only son to be like his little sister.

Mary and Frank are basically watching Tyler as the nurses did say that she's coherent so that's a good thing. But it's not the same as Mary had baby tears on her cheeks as she thought that she was really going to lose her cousin. Even if they haven't gotten along at all basically but Mary still loves Tyler. Even if Tyler doesn't show it she still loves her cousin to pieces.

What they didn't know is their lives will change for the worst when Evelyn comes in and tries to take Mary away from Frank and Tyler's life. What will happen? Will Mary forgive Tyler for what she's done? Will Tyler wake up from her medically induced coma?

Wait to find out!!
