DISCLAIMER: THIS IS ALL MY OPINION, SO TAKE THE ADVICE HOWEVER YOU LIKE. MY ADVICE IS NOT A PERFECT DEPICTION OF WHAT OCS SHOULD BE LIKE, THIS IS ALL IN MY POV.

It makes sense to make Mei around the age of 8-12 since Frisk kind of looks to be that age. LVL is accurate, as in the beginning of the game, you start at LVL 1.

Other than that, no problems here!

I'm a bit confused about Frisk's situation. What I can pick apart is that Frisk chose to go through the Genocide run, then restarted and Mei fell into the underground afterwards... That's what I got. Is Frisk in the underground? Or did they not fall in this timeline? I would really like a clear timeline so I can judge this correctly :3

The story is good, but I would have loved going into more detail about Mei herself. It feels like the story revolves around William, so it might be better to make the backstory focused on her instead :3

Conclusion: Mostly okay, just clear up a few things in the backstory and I'd like a clear timeline for Frisk to be able to judge Mei's placement in the story correctly. Once that's done, the oc will be good to go! :3
