So this is their original art for the character, and it says that they were inspired by Velvet Crowe from Tales of Berseria. I really like the design, and your art is awesome :3 I'm pretty sure I follow you on Instagram, I really like your art bro OwO

Okay, no problems so far, but just one thing. This is just my opinion, but naming a character after their power / trait is a bit cliche. Especially if this is this guy's birth name, because he didn't *have* this power before. Unless you want to do a foreshadowing thing early in a story with this character in their, I advice just changing his first name.

No notes here, no problem :3 

The personality thing is good, a understandable trait in someone who is forced into a position they never wanted. The powers, however, are a bit of a problem; they don't have flaws to them. AKA, each flaw is covered by another power, which can come off as a Mary / Gary Sue trait. I suggest limiting the OC to Blood Blade Manipulation and Regeneretion. That way, the regen isn't fast, but it's still there.

Overall, great character design and characteristics, just needs a bit more polishing in terms of powers, and your OC is golden (For me, that is. My opinion only, please take my words however you want, just don't hate me for it plz)
