Half day of classes had just ended and I was in my dorm just chilling with my thoughts.

I can't believe I just asked out Rose Weasley that sudden. I'm so nervous, it's been like two weeks since then and OH MY GOD MY HEART EXPLODES, whenever I'm in a 6m radius from her. It's been 2 weeks so I guess that's a rejection. I told her to take her time but 2 weeks is just too much.

Hogsmeade is coming up but I was obviously banned from it because of the whole time turner mess but that got undone for me and Albus as we promised McGonagall not to go on such rampages again.

"I HATE MY LIFE" I groaned as I rolled in my bed and screamed into the pillow. "What's there not to hate about life?" Albus asked me. "You're making things worse" I said, giving him a straight face.

"Who needs enemies when you have friends?" Albus asked smirking. "You should get a girlfriend" I suggested him. "You could have suggested me to suicide" Albus said as he tried cramming the potions syllabus. "We have day after test tomorrow right?" I asked him. "Yeah, and if I fail, I might not move on next year due to lack of internals" Albus said, sighing.

"Tomorrow is Hogsmeade, so you better get a date" I said. "I have you, that's good enough" Albus said. "What do you mean? I'm going to ask Rose about her decision today and if she accepts me I'll be going with her and you're not tagging along on a date" I said. "I have full confidence that she's gonna reject you so, can't wait for us to hangout tomorrow!" Albus said, giving a thumbs up and smiling.

I gave him a bored look. Am I really not boyfriend material? I mean, I got the looks and I am more caring than most of the people around here these days. I don't treat anyone like crap and neither am I a nuisance to anyone.

I got up from my bed and changed into my comfortable clothes. I'm going to ask Rose about her decision and if she accepts me I'll ask her on a date.

I impulsively got ready to meet Rose. I was halfway through the corridor when I realized how awkward it would be if I just went up to her and asked about it.

I was outside the Gryffindor common room entrance where the fat lady told me, "No access to other house members dear". I knew that already. So, I asked a Gryffindor boy who was outside to call Rose for me.

In two minutes Rose came out from the portrait. She looked so pretty. Her bushy brownish red hair and her chocolate eyes and her cute baby blue sweater. "Yes?" She asked softly as her cheeks turned pink and she kept twisting and tangling her fingers.

"I-I- just" I stuttered as I enjoyed watching Rose acting shy and cute. OH SHIT I'M BLUSHING. "I-" I said as I started again with my whole face red and flustered. Oh no I'm making a fool of myself AGAIN.

"Yes?" She asked again, looking away from me as she tried to stop herself from blushing. I CAN'T DO THIS SHE'S JUST TOO CUTE TO FACE. "Rose, I was wondering if you have made your decision about the question" I said, putting off my sense of embarrassment. "Well, isn't it quite obvious Malfoy?" Rose replied.

WAIT AM I GETTING REJECTED? SHE DIDN'T CONTACT ME IN 2 WEEKS THEN OF COURSE THAT WAS REJECTION. WHAT WAS I THINKING? ALL THOSE MADE UP FANTASIES IN MY HEAD WAS BREAKING. "I'm sorry" I said.

"I don't know what you're sorry for because I'm the one who owes you a real apology" she said confidently as she continued, "I'm sorry I hated on you for no reason, I'm sorry I disrespected your feelings for me before, I'm sorry I'm too late, I'm sorry for all my stupid ego clashes, I'm sorry I-I-I-  couldn't love you earlier" she said as hiccuped on the last of her few words.

"What" I muttered awkwardly. WAIT DID SHE LOVE ME? WAIT WHAT? And two seconds later she pulled my collar and pulled my face opposite to hers. She hesitated.

I just observed her cute freckles on her nose, her brown eyes and her hair brushing against mine. Her cheeks turned pink. I placed my cold sweaty palm on her cheek and moved closer. I could feel heat on my skin in every single place her skin was on mine.

After counting all the days, all the days she would take to love me or to be exact, accept that she had feelings for me. I was now counting the centimeters between us. She was trembling and a few seconds later, she closed her eyes in fear.

"Why are you scared of me? I won't let anyone hurt you, not even me" I whispered. I could feel her breath on mine. "I-just-" she let out a few squeaks. "I'm done holding back" I said as I pressed my lips against hers.

OH YES IT WAS PARADISE! SIX YEARS! SIX FUCKING YEARS FOR THIS! IT WAS SO WORTH IT.

I enjoyed every moment of her soft and delicate lips on mine when we were rudely interrupted by a comment of a passer by, "Don't eat her" he commented. It was definitely Lysander.

I didn't have any time to spare though, after a few sunlits we pulled away from each other. "I love you Rose '' I told her as I tucked some of her hair falling on her face behind her ears. "Idiot" she muttered playfully as she turned away to the otherside, embarrassed and she started walking away.

I was literally punching air and smiling and laughing like an idiot all by myself. Oh gosh this is INSANE. OH SHIT I FORGOT TO ASK HER ON A DATE TO HOGSMEADE!

"ROSE GRANGER WEASLEY!" I screamed across the hallway. Rose along with a couple of students turned around.

"WILL YOU GO OUT TO HOGSMEADE WITH ME?!" I screamed in happiness with my face filled with my smile.

I think she was embarrassed because I called her out in public. She gave me a glare and then it melted into a sweet giggle and she mouthed me a yes by making a heart shaped symbol with her hand. She turned back and started laughing as she left for her prefect duties.

Oh shit, I forgot I'm a prefect too I better be getting to that meeting too. "ROSE WAIT UP, LET'S GO TO THE MEETING TOGETHER!" I screamed running after her.

All the trouble I went through was so worth it. I'll keep running like this even forever if Rose is the one I am going for. It's worth it if the end destination is with her. Yes, we might have bad times too but all the happy memories are going to make up for that darkness which will remain hidden in the dark.

I love her. I will always love her till I die. I knew that at the end that all the pieces would fall right into place and I'm so glad that I was right. I am so grateful to find a girl like Rose. The one I could die for.

I caught up to her. I was walking beside her and this time she wasn't complaining. She was rather in a jolly mood. I was admiring her beauty as we walked. "Stop looking at me like that" Rose said, still facing forward.

"Why? Can't I admire the beauty of my girlfriend" I asked in a flirtful way with my head above her shoulders. "Slow down boy, you're not going to catch a train" Rose said blankly as she looked at me. "I'm very serious, Rosie" I said.

"Already on nickname basis?" She asked. "I have no time to waste '' I said. "We have many years to waste on each other Scorp, just don't get over excited and make things go sideways" she said nonchalantly.

"Either way, Albus said I had no chance with you. I can't wait to see him react to this plus he owes me a bet of around 10 galleons" I said smiling. "I'm glad everything fell into place" she said looking at me with the sweetest smile with her eyes squinted.

"Just warning you, don't be so cute or I might kiss you" I said as I adjusted my hairstyle. "I don't mind it" she said, pursing her lips and trying not to cringe at her own dialogues.

I can't believe why I fell so hard for this girl, it's cause no one as imperfectly, perfect as her can even exist.

She came closer to me and put her fingers through mine and interlocked them as she leaned on my shoulders. "Let's go star watching today shall we?" She asked. SOMEONE PINCH ME AM I DREAMING?

"Sure, love"

I can't wait to count stars with her my whole life...
