A girl who just wants to have fun. Billie is the adopted daughter of Bill Denbrough and Eddie Kaspbrak. She took after both of her parents, being both germaphobic and crazy at the same time. There are days when she will get her hands dirty anytime if she's having fun, but others she will absolutely refuse to do anything that involves getting dirty. She takes after her godfather, Richie Tozier, and is the biggest trashmouth you will ever meet, second to Richie, of course.
