God. The night was awful. The rain poured on me and my wounds. My head hurt. My mind was spinning. I gulped down the rain. At least I can stay hydrated, and the sun isn't completely burning down on my face. It was still really hot though. I look around. The soldiers were still in their previous places. Do they only come out at night?

"What is this place?" I mutter.

I felt a little pain down in my chest. I look down. I see a little brown animal. It looked like a marsupial with wings and pointy ears. I look at it. A bat. Has to be a bat. It was sucking my wound like a baby. It was a vampire bat. I see more on my arms. They were sucking away at the blood on my wrists. I nearly forgotten that the chains weren't that smooth. It was jagged and had mini sharp edges.

This place was vile. It was so creepy. What am I supposed to do here? What is this place? What was that dragon? God. Although no matter how my wounds are and what this place looks like, I can't help thinking I deserve it.
