Idk if this is a trigger but I'm talking about the whole BLM and the cops thing

so basically I SUPPORT BLM so much I've been educated I've watched peaceful protests I've signed petitions but I've been trying to stay away from footage of cops throwing tear gas and everything because I knew that it would upset me and I was scrolling on tik tok and I saw a BLM video of cops doing horrible things there were explosions and tear gas a cop kneeling over who I think was George Floyd (May he Rest In Peace) and I'm just feel sick to my stomach that they are being treated like this
