Dance

Along the busy streets, LiRen walked alongside JiuTian. They were walking around to find JinGe who did not come back the whole night. "Hey," said LiRen to the girl in front of him.

"Stop," but JiuTian ignored him.

Frustrated LiRen grabbed onto her hand which reflexively JiuTian countered by grabbing his hand, twisting it and bringing it behind, pressing her own hand against his back.

"Ow, oww," said LiRen. "Hey, let go."

"I am not called hey. I have a name. I am called JiuTian."

"JiuTian? JiuTian is a man," said LiRen annoyed. He was feeling cheated by the girl.

Suddenly JiuTian realized that she had forgotten to use her illusion. "No wonder, LiRen was acting obnoxious," she thought to herself while slowly letting him loose.

"I am him and he is I. We are one person," said JiuTian honestly.

It took LiRen a while to digest the information he had received and when he did, the first thought that ran through his head was of the incident that happened in the forest.

"He is cross-dressing then if she wasn't a boy then she is a girl? Then that... which means that she saw it instead of he saw it," thought LiRen who concluded that JiuTian had been cross dressing.

His face flushed a bright red colour and he turned around and embarrassingly asked JiuTian, "You are originally a girl?"

JiuTian nodded, and his face got even redder, "Oh the heavens. Why did he do that at that time? So stupid of him. If he had just controlled his temper."

The girl looked at LiRen. He was quite flustered, but what was it that he was flustered about? She was just a girl, does knowing her gender that important? And then she remembered about the incident in the forest where his pants fell off.

The corner of her mouth moved upwards, "This is fun." She felt like teasing him and nudged him on the shoulder.

"If you can't get married. I will take responsibility and marry you," teased JiuTian with a smile and slowly walked away while waving back at him.

LiRen was about to get mad, and he wanted to retaliate her comment, but he bumped into her instead when the girl suddenly stopped and blocked his way.

"JiuTian, what's wrong?"

"Nothing, walk normally, we are being supervise," she whispered to him. "Act normal."

LiRen followed her instructions and walked beside her, normally but he too could sense something was off.

Suddenly, their surrounding had gone all quiet, before they were still some people who was walking around them but now, as JiuTian noticed while pretending to talk with LiRen, "Are you hungry?" that there wasn't a single soul. The place had gone quiet, too quiet.

"When you mentioned about it, I think I feel a little hungry too," replied LiRen who was feeling a little nervous as well, but he tried his best to hide it and continued, "What do you want for breakfast?"

JinGe was proficient in magic and JiuTian was more on martial skills. She didn't learn how to control magic or its usage from a teacher like JinGe. The utmost she knew how to do was the illusion magic that hid her appearance.

However, even though her magic was weak, JiuTian could still sense the barrier that was set around them. It had isolated them.

"Maybe some meat buns," said JiuTian casually.

"Nah, too greasy in the morning," replied LiRen.

JiuTian was thinking. "LiRen is just a scholar. He knows nothing. They must be targeting me. But why?"

The moment, they arrived in XinYe, she had not caused any troubles or had met any other person other than those form the troupe, the female doctor and JinGe. "Is this JinGe stupid master's doing?"

The relationship between them were never good, they were not enemies. She was not his equal. It felt more like hunter and prey where he was always persistently, trying to catch her, "Is this one of his traps? But why, JinGe already said that she wasn't going back with him to the realm."

The more she thought about it the more it did not feel like it was JianYu's doing. He had never attacked her so conspicuously before. "No matter what, or who is it? I am ready for them."

Her hand was sweating. Adrenaline was pumping in her veins.

"I know a place where the congee they are selling are deli-"

Before LiRen could finished his sentence, JiuTian's hand had reached for her sword and with another, she pushed LiRen out of the way as she sensed the attacker jumping off the roof and landed behind them.

Although, she could not fully transform into a wolf like JinGe, she has a stronger ability of perception partly due to having magic like JinGe.

It was useful to locate her enemies.

"There is a total of seven enemy, two at the back, four in front and another one who is on the lookout on top of the roof," thought JiuTian.

The two from the back had landed first, but JiuTian knew about their location, and guessed about their plan. The girl ran away at the sight of them and focused on protecting LiRen and the force that was coming at the front instead.

JiuTian moved fast, deflected the blades that came from the four. The girl countered it and was able to kill one of them, but the other three seemed undeterred by his companion's death and kept coming for her.

The martial art skills that JinGe had learned and polished for the past eighteen years wasn't merely a hobby she did for health reasons. They were meant to protect her and rendered her enemies powerless.

Now they are inherited by JiuTian who manifested them even more splendidly as the time she spent clashing with JinGe's master, JianYu. The skills she possessed now was even more graceful, dynamic, and more impressive than ever before.

Two men came over, they were heading straight for her with their swords, and she blocked them both, she pushed her own sword to the centre and using blade of the sword, hitting, and pushing one to the right and then another to the left.

Taking opportunity that they were unbalanced, JiuTian crouched down with one leg extended to trip the men on right and left respectively.

Her plan succeeded, but she didn't stop.

The girl spun another half turn and using the sword as a weight she got up and immediately struck the attacker in the centre.

The person saw JiuTian coming, and he took a step back, but the attack was actually a feint, and the girl twisted her hand smoothly and aimed at the one on the right instead.

She perfectly deceived them, as the first feint was continued by another feint.

Again, the sword did not reach the man on the right but changed direction yet again, from being horizontal into vertical and aimed again at the one at centre.

"Caught you. One down," thought JiuTian as the one in the middle was dead.

While JiuTian was busy fighting off the two, LiRen was looking for an opening to land a hit with a dagger in his hand.

It was when JiuTian pushed him aside that she also pushed a dagger into his hand, and he used the dagger to stab at the one who was nearest to him, the left one which was pushed by JiuTian when she was fighting.

The scholar although was weaker than JiuTian, took the chance and successfully killed the attacker on the left.

With the other dead, JiuTian slashed at the last one.

Those in the front were all dead.

The two at the back was unfazed.

"They are a relentless bunch," said JiuTian.

"Yeah."

"Take care of my back," said JiuTian and she began fighting again.

JinGe was a dancer and in a way, JiuTian was a dancer as well, a dancer of the sword.

Her fluid movements and timely evades rendered her enemy powerless against her.

Her moves were accurately and landed as precisely as she wanted them to land and moved the battle to her own advantage, while doing all that with a smile that resembles the goddess.

However, while JinGe resembles a goddess of beauty, she resembles a war goddess. There was no mercy in her eyes, only the purity of enjoyment of the fight that giving her.

It was not something that had naturally born in her but made by all the years of live or near-death situations where it was forced into her by JianYu who taught her that every fight and battle would be her last.

"To survive is to enjoy. To enjoy is to survive. If I am thinking of death, death will seek me," thought JiuTian.

JiuTian moved again, with agility, as she closed in with consecutives attacks while defending herself. She gave them no openings to counter her at all. Left, right, right, bottom, left and a kick, without a moment of hesitation, she landed another right slash. Both the men were not much a fight as they were considerably slower compared to her.

No stone left unturned, JiuTian even uses the back of her sword to land a blow on the men head when she fooled them, by pretending to step back but had actually stepped forward.

One of them fainted when she hit him.

Without losing a moment, before he could even land on the ground, she switched the sword onto her other hand and stabbed him in the back and pulled out her sword with both hands and advances to the next attacker.

The man avoided her and as they fought because he tried to move to join his buddy who was fighting with LiRen.

The hidden attacker had joined the fight since four of them had died and were clashing weapons with LiRen.

Although, LiRen was at a disadvantage as he was using a dagger to attack him, but he still managed to block him and was standing on his ground.

When JiuTian noticed her surrounding and knew what he wanted to do, she quickly blocked off the ones in front of her. "I won't let you," she said to the attacker, and she thrust her sword towards him. He, who was backed against the wall, gave a final effort, and used a wide area slashed.

"It was your own mistake which killed you," said JiuTian as she bent over to deliver the final blow to his stomach with her sharp blade.

There was no time to wipe the blood off as she headed to where LiRen was.

She arrived just in time to fend off the attack on his right side.

"Thank you for the help," muttered LiRen who was slightly out of breath.

"Good job, taking care of my back. You can rest now," said JiuTian as she took over the fight from LiRen, however, just as she raised her weapon, suddenly the sound of arrow could be heard.

The attacker was hit by an arrow and dropped dead.

JiuTian could not tell who it was, but he was sure that the person was a man. "Damn," she thought to herself, she was too careless. His presence disappeared, the moment the arrow was launched.

If she hadn't, she might have noticed his presence earlier and she wouldn't have let him get away or allow him to get away.

JiuTian had meant to collect information from them, but now there are dead, they are useless. "Is he an enemy or a friend?" she could not tell.

"They are wearing white," said LiRen, pulling JiuTian's attention back to her surroundings.

The girl looked at each and every attacker and, evidently just like LiRen had said all the men and the woman was wearing white.

"Just like the time they were attacked when they were in WanYue Forest," thought JiuTian. JinGe had told her about her current situation, although she hasn't decided whether to help her or not, but it seems, currently, she is already involved in the situation and has no way to back away.

The white group has already set their sights on her.

"What are we going to do with their bodies?" asked LiRen, who knew that they were all already dead, there was no way any of them would have survived.

"I do not know," said JiuTian. "Let's run for now."

"To where? To get a change of clothes," said JiuTian casually. LiRen looked at his clothes, there were blood on them, and he nodded. They both ran away from the scene as JiuTian opened a small hole in the barrier which they escaped from.

It took two hours for the barrier to finally disappear but when it did, the white group dead bodies were already nowhere to be found.

Meanwhile, JinGe got back on her feet and walked slowly back to the inn. She was feeling a little weathered down; in a bad condition, with the sudden exhaustion physically and mentally, she could not handle it anymore. In addition, with the sudden rain, it had become even worse.

"I need to go back to the inn," thought JinGe and she dragged her weary body back to the inn.

When she arrived at the door of her room in the inn, she saw her stepbrother, BuDao which made her very happy, and she can't help smiling at her bald brother.

In return, the man beamed a giant smile at JinGe, rushed to her side and held her in his giant arms and swung her around in the air. When they finally stopped, and she was back on her two feet.

JinGe looked at his tan face, still smiling at him. It was her stepbrother, BuDao. Right now, to her, he was the closest person to a family to her.

BuDao had wanted to meet JinGe and therefore, had rushed to the inn at dawn but when he reached the inn, he had already missed everyone as JiuTian and LiRen had went out not long ago after he had reached.

The tea in the room was still warm when he entered the room; seeing that there was not a single person in it so he decided to wait. It was better to wander around the city to look for JinGe.

It was a long time since they have met and because he had waited for her just now, his longing was doubled, so the hug just now was not enough and he hugged her again which she hugged him back as well. JinGe too had missed him a lot.

While hugging each other, BuDao felt the abnormal heat that was emitting from JinGe's body.

"Are you still sick?" BuDao was one of those who knew about JinGe's ability to heal, therefore was a little confused and surprised that she was not already healthy.

"Not enough," she told him and he understood that it meant the moon essence in her body.

BuDao nodded but unable to help himself, he still looked worriedly at JinGe. If he was the closest family member to JinGe then it was the same for him, after his mother death, she was his only support as well.

She knew what he was thinking and wanted to tell, to comfort him that she would be alright but when she wanted to talk, she coughed instead which made everyone rushed over to her side. Everyone's face was full of worried, looking at JinGe who was a little bend over due to the pain caused by the incessant cough especially BuDao who was standing closest to her.

He could tell that she looked extremely pale but she assured everyone, "I am fine," JinGe finally said.

JinGe wanted to divert their attention from her and she stood straight and straightened her clothes and said to him, "It is fine. I just need some rest and until the full moon blooms again and get some essence and I will be back to myself."

"Let's go back home," said BuDao and JinGe nodded.

However, before she left with BuDao at her side, she turned over to look at ShiBa and ordered him to find JiuTian and LiRen, "ShiBa invite my companions to the hideout. The two people whom you have meet earlier." ShiBa understood, bowed and he went to the opposite direction when they left the inn as JinGe and BuDao headed back to the hideout first.

JinGe was worried about them, after entering the room and hugging BuDao, she had already noticed that JiuTian and LiRen weren't in the room and JiuTian's sword was missing as well.

Brothel

JiuTian and LiRen who escaped from the barrier, quickly tried to find clothes as they had intended to, however, the barrier somehow malfunction.

When they came out from it they seemed to be in another place.

JiuTian looked around and it seems they were in the red-light district, "It's easier to get clothes here," she thought to herself, and she ran to the closest brothel they could find.

They went to the back alley of a brothel. "I will jump and open the door for us," she told LiRen. The scholar understood and gave her a hand by giving her a lift by clasping his hands together. She stepped on them, and he pushed her upwards and got a hold on the wall and climbed over it.

Once on the other side, JiuTian opened the back door so LiRen could enter. When the both of them were safely inside the compound, JiuTian looked for clothes.

They were in luck as JiuTian spotted, some clothes drying out in the sun not too far from where they stood. JiuTian had taken a prostitute's beautiful but flimsy clothing while LiRen on the other hand took a male servant's clothing. "With this, we will look less conspicuous," said JiuTian as she handed the clothes to LiRen.

"Yes, and I have to be a lowly servant to you," said LiRen annoyed.

She laughed and said, "Don't worry. You have the looks for it."

Divided by a piece of bedding hanging out in the sun, they both changed their clothes. LiRen took a piece of cloth and packed all their clothes and carried them.

When they were done, they thought they would just go out through the opened back door. However, an old woman in her forties, got out from the brothel's kitchen and caught onto LiRen's hand.

She looked at him and began scolding the young man, "You are such a lazy man. The Missus hired you to work, not to flirt with the girls. Come here, follow me, and help wash the dishes. We need them spotless and clean to serve to the guests arriving tonight."

She looked over to JiuTian and scolded her as well, "Now you are new too. I haven't seen your face as well but never mind," said the woman and then she called out towards the kitchen, "MuDan (Peony), get the girl something to eat or drink and have her practice the dance with the others."

The girl came out from the kitchen, as she wiped her hands on her apron. She looked at JiuTian and said, "Follow me."

The old woman saw JiuTian's sword and snatched it away from her, "I will keep this for you. Go on now."

The woman dragged LiRen away while JiuTian was led away by MuDan. "Miss, please follow me," repeated MuDan when JiuTian wasn't following her. JiuTian wanted to argue with the middle-aged woman for taking her sword away, it was an important keepsake, but LiRen told her before he left, "Do not make a scene. I will come find you later and then we will escape."

The girl, MuDan was sold to the brothel at a young age. Her parents were poor and in order to feed the rest of her brothers and sisters, her parents decided to sell her to brothel as a servant, however she knew that eventually she would become an entertainer as well because right now she is already being trained by the Missus in dancing and music.

She bought JiuTian to the training area where all the dancers were practicing and brushing up their skills for the upcoming performance. MuDan opened the door and JiuTian saw that the brothel was actually really big because the practice room was actually the stage where they would be performed, and the room was huge.

There were two floors where the stage was set in the centre where it was lifted to the middle point between two floors, with red cloths decorating the handrails of the stairs connecting the second floor to the stage and to the ground floor.

Lanterns were hanging down from each corner and every eave, however the most eye catching of them all was the biggest lantern that JiuTian had ever seen which was hanging in the middle of the room just above the stage where thin pieces of cloth were connected to its end and were joined to the side of the open top of the brothel and then extended downward, almost touching the centre stage.

The room right now was also filled with so many girls who were following the directions from their coach and it seem to JiuTian that the coach must also be the owner of the brothel. MuDan bought her next to the coach.

MuDan introduced her to the coach, "Missus, the new girl." The woman turned around to look at the newcomer. "Hmm, she looks beautiful. Good another gem. We do not have enough girls here after some of them got pregnant or married off."

While she was talking, JiuTian was looking at her; the woman somehow seems really familiar. She did not realize it yet, but the woman was actually DanFoong.

After her humiliation by JinGe who was LiQin, five years ago, she had left that brothel as all her customers were all teasing her about her defeat to a common girl and her popularity had since plummeted.

DanFoong's pride was hurt too; feeling dejected, she left the city and came to XinYe to find her sister who was at that time working for the brothel.

After two years of working there, the owner suddenly wanted to sell off the place and DanFoong and her sister decided to buy the place. They are now currently the brothel's owners.

DanFoong continued to talk JiuTian, but JiuTian appeared to be daydreaming and she did not answer to any of DanFoong's questions.

"Hey, what is your name?" asked DanFoong again and again but there was still no response until she snapped her fingers in front of her.

"My name is-" she stopped, even JiuTian knew that she mustn't let her know about her real name, so she looked at hanging red cloths and the beautiful faces of the girls there and thought of a name, "YanRong. My name is Su YanRong."

"You have a nice name," praised DanFoong. "But do you have the skills to back up that name? An entertainer's worth is how she is trained and skilled in the arts or she is just the same as any prostitutes. Could you dance? Show me some moves."

JiuTian wanted to leave the place, so she answered, "No, I do not. I do not know how to dance."

Without looking at JiuTian, "No, thank you. We do not need you. I only need dancers. Those who can't dance are useless to me. ErQing, send the guest away," commanded the woman to a shy and timid dancer who was standing at the side of the room.

DanFoong turned her back against JiuTian and clapped in the air to signal others to get ready again.

"Lucky. Didn't have to anything and got kicked out," thought JiuTian as she got back out from the door where MuDan was waiting for her.

ErQing closed the door from inside as JiuTian gave one last look before walking away. She could still hear some of the words said by DanFoong who sounded very frustrated, "Next time do not get HuangFu to recommend any girls to me anymore. They are all so 'untalented'. They are all just face, no intellect at all."

"Yes, Missus," said the timid girl.

Gladly, JiuTian walked down the long corridor and thought to herself, "What do I do now? Go and find LiRen and escape or go back to the inn first? But I need to get my sword back as well. Where is it kept?"

While thinking about her next step, without realizing it, she seems to have already reached the front door.

"Miss, you can leave now?" said MuDan as she opened the front door for her. JiuTian looked at her, and her stomach grumbled. But MuDan was not affected by the sound of it. She does not feel pity for others and continue to send JiuTian out.

"Please miss, you can leave now."

"No, I still-"

She hasn't finished her sentence because something caught her eye. JiuTian saw the woman from the kitchen from before with LiRen. They were smiling and were talking happily.

"And just now I was worried for him," thought JiuTian who was glaring at the man.

"Miss, please leave or I will have to get the guards," said MuDan, threateningly towards JiuTian although she wasn't the least intimidated by it. JiuTian knew that there were empty threats anyway.

LiRen pointed towards the door, grabbing the woman's attention and then they both came over.

Suddenly, the old woman placed her hand on the girl's shoulder and said to her little assistant, "MuDan your delicate hands are needed in the kitchen. You know how my eyes are not as good as yours anymore. I can't cut that well and my shaky hands."

The woman displayed her old worn hands caused by washing dishes and clothes over the years.

MuDan touched her hands and looked at her and then at JiuTian, "But-"

"It's alright. I will see them leave. You better hurry off to the kitchen or the chef will be furious with you." The girl nodded and hurried away.

However, before she left, she caught onto LiRen and tried to drag him with her, "Hey, you should work in the kitchen as well. Come with me. I know there a pile of vegetables needed washing."

However, as he was dragged away by the little girl, JiuTian's caught onto the man's other end which halted the both of them. MuDan looked at JiuTian and she returned her stare and said to her, "He's my man. You cannot take him away."

LiRen was troubled by her words and he quickly looked over to the auntie to explain, "What she meant is that I am her man-servant."

The middle-aged woman smiled and came over, and said, "Now, now. Everything could be solved no need to fight."

She turned to face MuDan and told the girl, "The boy is not a kitchen helper. We had a little misunderstanding. He really is this girl's servant," said the woman while stressing on the word 'servant' while looking at LiRen who looked away when she did.

"Fine, if madam says so," said MuDan, annoyed and feeling a little defeated by JiuTian. She gave another glared at JiuTian and left towards the kitchen.

After the girl left, LiRen looked at JiuTian, feeling very much embarrassed by JiuTian's sudden outburst. "Why did you say that?" asked LiRen.

"Now, now. There is no need to fight over such a small thing," said the woman who made LiRen even shyer and he quickly wriggled his hand away from JiuTian's grip.

"I already know who you people are," said the woman.

It surprised the both of them and then JiuTian looked over to LiRen which he shook his head in denial.

"You two should leave now, before you get caught. I know how it feels to run away from home with the person you loved," said the woman as she looks at them.

"I think she had misunderstood about us," whispered LiRen to JiuTian. "You just follow my lead." And he stepped forward and grabbed hold of the woman's hands.

"Yes, it is just as you had said. We are lovers but please do not tell anyone that you have seen us. We tried to hide it from others because we are actually running from her family. I am just a lowly servant and she comes from a good house and her family is against our marriage," said LiRen, even faking a little bit of tears for the woman to see. "That's why we ran away together, in hopes that our love wouldn't be caught."

"That was lame, the plainest story that I have heard before," thought JiuTian as she looked upon LiRen but she had to give it to him, at how he could say those embarrassing words without a shred of shame.

He was literally lying to an old woman.

"It's wonderful," said the woman who was deeply moved by the speech that LiRen sprouted off on the spot. She clutched onto his hands in return and said, "I understand your feelings. My husband and I have experienced the same thing as well when we were young. How did you meet?"

"I-" it seems that LiRen had problems continuing his facade and in haste, JiuTian got next to him and tried to help him.

However, LiRen gazed into JiuTian's eyes and said, "We met in a forest. She was injured and I save her. And I promise to marry her on a beautiful moonlit night. We use a sword which I used to save her as the sign of our love."

"Oh you mean the sword that I had taken," asked the woman.

"Yes, that is the one," replied LiRen turning his attention back at the woman. The woman went inside to search for the sword.

"Good job getting my sword back," whispered JiuTian as she nudged his arm when the woman was out of sight. "Yes but you do not have to nudge me. It hurts," said LiRen who was rubbing his arm.

The woman bought the sword with her and then handed it back to LiRen. "Thank you so much," replied JiuTian as LiRen passed the sword to her.

"Anyway you should be going now or else you might be caught," said the woman as she sent them out through the door.

While standing on each side, the woman said to LiRen, "Good Luck," said the woman as she tucked some money into LiRen's hands.

"Please madam. We shouldn't take your hard earned money," said LiRen.

"Please do not mind it. It's just a small sum. Anyway thanks to you I feel young again," said the woman as she pushed the money back to the man.

"Goodbye," said LiRen and JiuTian as they bid her farewell and they left the place as she closed the door behind her.

"You are a pretty bad liar," said JiuTian to LiRen as they walked along small alleyways.

"But it worked did not it. Nothing matter as long it is believable even if it was a little cliché."

"Part of it anyway. I do not think the confessing part was made up," pointed out JiuTian who wasn't looking at him. He only smiled, in agreement.

After they left the place, they walked out from the red light district and went in the direction of the inn district and coincidently met with ShiBa who was looking for them.

ShiBa bought the both of them to meet up with JinGe and BuDao who was on their way to the hideout. LiRen walked up the incline and from the bottom he had already noticed someone bald as sunlight was reflecting upon his head.

LiRen walked faster and faster, as he was excited to see JinGe again.

When he and JiuTian reached flat ground. They saw that the bald man was actually with JinGe, standing beside her. The both of them were a little afraid to approach JinGe.

However, when she saw them, she approached them first and hugged JiuTian.

"Let's move on to the introduction. LiRen, JiuTian, my brother, BuDao," acquainted JinGe as she placed her hand on his elbow.

The introduction of course surprised both JiuTian and LiRen who both did not knew that JinGe had a brother.

JiuTian who only had bits and pieces of JinGe's memories and although she was informed by JinGe that she had a stepbrother, she never knew that her brother was this gigantic and huge.

LiRen was truly terrified, of the fact that JinGe had a brother, and a brother like that as well so muscular, so athletic. "What if he didn't approve this marriage?" thought LiRen who still remembered about the promise he made to JinGe even though she doesn't care or mention about it, but it was something he must do.

He had made a promise to himself and that is to marry JinGe.

A man's word is not retractable once said. And in an inexplicit way he had somewhat said those confessing words in the brothel just now.

"This is an obstacle that I have to overcome," thought LiRen as he stared at the hulking bulk in front of him. "I can do this. I am not that bad. Just not as muscular and big like this."

"Hello, nice to meet you," said LiRen trying to sound brave, but his voice came out a little squeaky.

"Nice to meet you too," said BuDao to LiRen a little crudely while smiling when he said it to JiuTian. "Nice to meet, DaJie's friends."

"DaJie!" said LiRen. "You mean you are JinGe's little brother?"

"What?! Can't she be my older sister just because I look bigger," said BuDao, a little bit taunting towards LiRen which made him took a step back, almost hiding behind JiuTian.

"Brother, stop teasing him. He is my saviour, I owe gratitude towards the young man," said JinGe to her brother.

"Anyway, let's go back to the base first," BuDao suggested to her. "It's hard to talk here."

JinGe nodded, as she too doesn't want people to overhear what she was going to tell to BuDao about the information she had gotten from her last venture to the enemy's camp.
