Barbara's POV

Dick chased Zucco into the back stage of the tent. I figured D finally got him. I cut me and Alfred free with the batarang Dick gave me then ran off the help the team.

I just got the power dampers in there cell to turn off just as Dick and Zucco reappeared. Zucco was dragging Dick. I rushed to trying to get the doors on the cells to open.

"Night-night little bird." Zucco said, I looked down to see the gun pointed at Dick's head. 'No' I thought. I wouldn't make it in time. A gun was fired and I closed my eyes I couldn't watch Dick die.

"What?!" Zucco cried out. I looked down to see Alfred holding a handful of my batarangs and he had just hit the gun from Zucco hand. The bullet had be fired through the top of the tent.

I freed the team from the cells and we attacked Zucco. He didn't even stand a chance. 10 seconds and he was out cold, then we tied him up. I looked over to Dick. Alfred crouched over Dick whispering something.

Just then Batman ran in and he took in the scene. "Robin." He said and ran towards Dick and Alfred. Robin's body was shaking all over. "What's wrong with him?" Wally asked, "fear toxin." Batman whispered and I felt my eyes go big.

Batman gently picked up Dick. "Bring Zucco." He order in a low growl then started to walk from the tent. Alfred pulled me aside, "do keep me posted on the Young Master's condition." Alfred looked like he had aged 10 years in the matter of seconds. "I will." I saw him press a button calling the bat mobile. Then I followed the rest of the team.

We all climbed aboard Megan's space ship and she took off not even waiting for us to get a seat. Dick was looking worst and worst by the second. He looked like he was trying to hold back a scream. Batman wiped a piece of hair from his face and whispered something to him and his body relaxed a bit. I smiled, Dick and Bruce always had such a cute relationship.

PLEASE READ SECOND HALF OF A/N

Yeah I know this is a super short chapter, but I plan on posting the last chapter of this story later tonight. It's also taken me longer to update then I would have liked it to cause I have been super sick.

Also in a off topic question that definitely doesn't not have to do with a possible book idea, how many of you like the suicide squad. (Doesn't have to be the movie version just the general squad)

Ok well till later tonight when I post again.
