Zara woke up with a note next to her bed it read Zara, meet me at the park, I want to show you something "Echo!" Zara shouted happily, "Echo finally came to visit!" Zara shouted happily again as she ran down, she saw her parents picking out wedding dresses but Zara didn't care because she was going to tell her parents she loved Echo.

Zara made it to the park to see an umbreon "Echo" Zara called, the umbreon turned around "I'm not Echo, I'm Zack you must be Zara" "oh... hi then..." Zara replied looking droopily at the ground "don't be sad, you're my future lover" Zack said "your parents told me about you and they must have told you that you were getting married" Zack said "will you marry me?" Zack asked pulling out a white flower "i-I- can't!" Zara called running off "wait!" Zack called after her

Echo was in his cave watching the sun rise, just thinking of the sun made him think of Zara "hello!" Everly called to Echo walking to him with a leafeon by her side "hi Everly and August" Echo said "we are dating now!" Everly said with excitement "congratulations!" Echo replied looking happy for them but deep in his heart he felt jealous, because he had no one to love and he knew he could never be with such a beautiful girl like Zara.
"Her Echo, we are going for a walk, want to come?" August asked "sure!" Echo replied.

Lyra was picking berries deep in the forest and she saw Echo and his friends walk by "hi! Want some?" Lyra asked, as cheerful as ever "sure Echo replied take three and giving two to August and Everly "thanks" said Everly "no problem" replied Lyra "can I join you guys?" Lyra asked "sure" Echo replied.

"Where is it?" Asked a flareon "no clue" replied a vaporeon "hey you two!" Lyra called walking up to them "hi Lyra!" Is that umbreon your boyfriend?" Asked the flareon "n-no just a friend" Lyra blushed then started laughing. "I have to go now guys, I have to help these two solve something" Lyra said before walking off into the distance "bye!" August called. Everyone's stomachs rubbled and they knew it was time for lunch, those berries didn't fill them up enough.

Echo escorted his friends to his home for lunch "oh your back Echo! And you brought some friends" a flareon smiled cheerfully. Everyone sat down and ate lunch, they joked and smiled and then Everly and August had to go home. Echo and his parents waved goodbye to them and Echo went upstairs to his room.

"Maybe I could write a letter to Zara" Echo asked himself. He sat down and started to write the letter.
Dear Zara, I hope you like your new life with your lover, I miss you very much, and even though I can't be with you, I still love you, love Echo.

Echo ran over to a arcanine with a bag and gave him the letter, the arcanine put the letter in his bag and ran off to collect more letters. Echo watched him run off and walked back to him room until dinner.

The arcanine reached Zara's house and knocked on the den. Zara answered the door and her parents came rushing through to give the arcanine mail, the arcanine put the mail into his bag and took out a black and purple envelope that said For Zara. Zara went back to her room, her parents still distracted by giving the arcanine mail. Zara opened the letter and read it. She cried when she finished reading it and put it on her cabinet and went downstairs for dinner, "so how was your little date?" Asked Mila, Zara didn't replied and took her dinner upstairs to finish it.

She put the finished plate on her table and read the letter again, she cried tears of sadness, joy and happiness, and then she fell asleep.
