ok so i used to be like this (the title) like ,,3 years ago, but today i had a revelation (bcus during the last three years ive started listening to a lot more different and diverse music instead of like idk lets say the emo trinity), and if you really wanna go to a concert or a gig but you dont feel like flying for hours to another state or country , my solution is:

get into new bands. get into bands from your country, from your state, from your city.
(if youre from the US getting into bands from your country isnt really gonna help lol)

support your local bands and artists!! chances are also that tickets prices are gonna be slightly lower lol. theres ALWAYS someone from your area.

its basically a win-win situation?? you get introduced to a new band and new music and interesting gigs/concerts will be slightly more available, AND you support a local band who needs appreciation??

im honestly not expecting anyone to actually follow my tip but i just felt like saying it and also because i love norwegian bands so muchhh and the only bands ive been to conserts to are norwegian bands.
also i love Sassy Kraimspri so much theyre my favorite band atm and theyre from Norway and barely anyone knows them and theyre punk af i love them.
