yes hello. if u read the title you may be wondering "what does feminism and god have to do with each other???" or maybe not. i dont know.

well, you see, i once heard a claim, "feminists wants God to be a woman" or "feminists believe God is a woman". i cant really remember which, but it was somewhat in that field. i dont remember where i read it, but im pretty sure it was from some article, i cant really remember. again. my memory is terrible.
thing is, i had forgotten about this until 4 minutes ago as i was brushing my teeth.

ok, lets's get started, shall we?
first off, feminists dont actually believe that God was a woman, and that the bible got it wrong.
when a feminist speaks of God as "could be female", what they mean is that they're not opposed to the idea that God can female. c a n.

second, canonically (lol) in the bible, God has no gender. Basically, God is non-binary, i guess. But he's referred to as Him and Father bcus they didnt have fancy ass words back then and nobody said them/they. plus, i mean, this was 2000 years ago, and Man was obviously viewed as More, and women as Less.

so there u go. a brief explanation of god and feminism. i was gonna say more but i forgot lol :-)

again, (most, bcus i obviously cant speak for all) feminists like to play with the idea of God as a woman, bcus hey y not, but they arent gonna shove it down your throat  and force people to change the bible so that god is female like wtf
