Zera's POV

I sigh and flop onto my bed. The school day is finally over. I look over at my bag as it chills on my desk. The clock ticks away as I lay there.

"Hey Zera. How was your first day of school," M'gann ask me as she stands at my door.

"Long. How do ya guys do that every day for five days in a row an' still be a hero at night," I ask her.

"Don't worry! You will get use to it," M'gann tells me.

"If ya say so," I say.

"You want to bake cookies with me," she ask me.

"Yeah sure. So how do ya bake cookies?"

Out of no where, Ace shows up and goes: "Wad up was up!"

I shriek and fall over dead.

/TO DA STORY!/

"Yeah sure. How do ya bake cookies?"

M'gann and I walk to the kitchen to make some cookies. After we put the cookies in for them to bake, I get this great idea for a new spell. I smile and grab my spell book. It opens up to the next empty page and I grab my pen. Different books float around as I meditate in the living room. Wally enters and starts asking me questions.

"Whatareyoudoing? Whatisthis? Awesome! Itsyourspellbook! CanIreadaspellfromit?"

"Shut up and leave me be," I tell Wally as I fling him across the cave.

He lands on Robin, who groans and looks at him.

"Dude, what did you say to Zera to make her fling you at me?"

"I said nothing!"

"You were asking me questions when I'm trying to concentrate on a spell that could blow this whole mountain up if one thing is wrong. So leave me be," I tell them as I head back to work. Wally leaves me alone. He eats the cookies M'gann and I made. The Zeta Tube activates and Artemis comes in. She walks over to the living room as I continue to work. Batman enters the room and glares at us as a photo of someone or something comes up into the screen.

/The photo that Batman shows them! Also, there will be a slight crossover with Danny Phantom is dis chapter. Also, I tried using a different name than Daniel, but I couldn't. Sorry./

"A Merman," Wally says.

"Wow. Nice job stating the obvious," Artemis says.

"Who is he? And where is he," Kaldur ask Batman.

"He's a ghost Merman," Batman says and everyone, but me, gasp.

"What?!"

"Yes. He was captured by the GIW. We need to free him before anything bed happens," Batman says.

"Hey Kaldur, how come he doesn't look like an Atlanteans," Wally ask him.

"Because we Atlanteans have evolved. He is what we looked like around the time Zera was in her first life," Kaldur says.

"Oh ok," Wally says. "Then how he still alive?"

"He's a ghost. By the looks of it, he died around the age of 14," I say as I look at the photo.

"And how do you know that," Robin ask me.

"His name is Daniel. He was about 2 years old when I was killed. And who is the GIW," I ask Batman.

"They are a secret agency that hunts ghost. And how do you know Daniel," Batman ask as he glares at me.

The team looks at me and everyone waits for an answer.

"It's because he's my son."
