Zera's POV

I chill in my room after we went shopping. The cave seams cool and I can't wait to see what else will happen. I got cleaned up and now I'm just relaxing. Someone knocks on my door.

"Ya can come in," I say and the door opens to Fate.

"I heard you use magic," he say.

"Yeah. What's that 'bout," I ask him.

"Well if you every need help you can come to me. I can me your mentor and help you change and get use to the new world you live in," Fate tells me.

"That would be nice. Thanks for the offer. I'll take ya up on it. So, ya wanna see what I can do? I can show ya my spell book, though I don't know if ya will be able to read it," I tell him.

"That sounds like a great idea Zera," Fate says.

So we sit on my room as I explain the different spells and 'bout spells I'm thinking 'bout making. We send the whole day there just talking and chilling.

"Well it was nice to talk to you Zera. If you need anything you know how to contact me," Fate says as he stands up. "I better go. I'll see you later."

I nod my head as Fate disappears. I get up and stretch as I head out to get something to eat. I start school tomorrow and I'm a bit scared. I also have a journal to bring and write in at school. I'm leaving my spell book here locked up in a dimension only I can get to.

"Hey Zera! You ready for school tomorrow," Megan ask me.

"Not sure. A bit nervous since I've never been to school...at all. We didn't have school when I was alive 400 years ago," I explain.

"Everything will be fine! And I know you are going to make friends!"

"Thanks for believing in me," I say as I smile.

"No problem! So, what's your last name?"

"Well I'm not gonna use my old 'cause this is a new life. How 'bout Redfox," I say.

"Redfox? Sounds cool!"

"Yup," I say.

"So you want anything to eat?"

"Sure!"

I sit on the stool as Megan gets me some dinner.

"So what did you and Fate talk about that kept you in your room for the whole day?"

"We talked 'bout my magic and the spells I created. And that's 'bout it," I say.

"That's cool!"

I nod my head and start to eat. Connor, Wally and Robin are playing on the TV on a console that I don't know the name of.

"I feel so out of place in this time," I say as I place my plate in the sink.

"Don't worry Zera. You will get use to everything," Megan tells me.

"Yeah. It might just take me some time."

"Well that is reasonable," Megan says.

"Hey Zera! You want to play with us," Wally ask me.

"So yer asking the Zombie Girl from 400 years in the past to play a game I don't know how to play," I say.

"Yeah."

"Ok sure," I say.

"Yes! We will show you the basics," Robin says.

"Alright," I say as I take the controller and sit down.

"Ok so...."

(A FEW ROUNDS LATER)

"I WIN!!! AGAIN," I say as I throw my hands up in victory.

"Really Zera?! You just started playing this and have almost won every single round," Wally says.

"I must be that lucky. Anyway. I'm gonna go to bed now. I got my first day of school tomorrow. See ya," I say as I stand up and walk towards my room.

I hum a song as I get ready for bed. After I'm all ready I turn the light off and I fall asleep.
