After one winter, snow never stopped falling. The world turned into a frozen wasteland somehow and during the long ass winter, people were infected with a disease which had started before the whole world froze. They had zombie like attributes plus they looked horrible, it was scary.

It was about a year into the apocalypse or whatever you'd like to call it and currently you were waking up from a blizzard night. You gazed out of a window and watched as lots of snow fell down. You got up and had slid out of bed, leaving to go find more supplies that could be useful.

You couldn't see clearly as you exited the place you were bunkered up in. As you made your way to the city where stores were held, you ran into a bundle of something. You stared at clothes, it was a person but they were just laying flat in the snow with their face first.
