it was dark so dark. Nothing was in sight. Not even the paws of the light brown tabby. The Bob tail turned her head to right and left, down to up, back and fourth. But nothing was to be seen "Bumblewhisker" she called out for her mother "Stoneflight" she called out for her father "Birdpaw, Russetfang" Brothers "Badgerpaw, Dapplepaw" sisters. Not a single reply, from them at least. Only a single groan and tried and drawn-out groan "Lynxpaw, wake up fatty" I'm not fat then in a heartbeat the voice switched from the groan that had terrified her to a cheerful voice that made her want to vomit. "Lynxpaw help me please, Lynxpaw, Lynxpaw,Lynxpaw" it all came back to her she was reliving that horrible day where she lost her best friend Scalepaw. They were out on a patrol Scalepaw like usual was teasing her about being fat and having no tail. Lynxpaw like usual was laughing it off, they were on a patrol with their mentors Yarrowfang and Eelcry.

"Hurry up your going to miss it fatty" the bright ginger tabby teased she ran off by the trashing river "you know I can't run that fast" Lynxpaw paused she had to catch her breath "shouldn't we be with our mentors right now" Lynxpaw puffed out StarClan is she a WindClan cat. "Yeah but you can't miss the sunset, I have the perfect spot to see it" Scalepaw replied she was tapping her paws ready to rush off to the Mystery Spot they were going to. "I think I'm ready to go now" Lynxpaw's head and paws were sore from all the running the two did. "Catch me if you can" Scalepaw ran off into the right direction following the River, "oh StarClan".

Lynxpaw felt the bile rise up into her throat she wanted to say something,do something, anything to save her dear friend. But she was only seeing the event in her dreams powerless to change anything about the past.

Lynxpaw had halted with Scalepaw they were far away from camp and their mentors. They were on a small Sandy spot were the sun started to set. Lynxpaw Sat down on the sand "beautiful isn't it" Scalepaw commented "it's nothing special" Lynxpaw snarky replied. Scalepaw gave the plum Bob tail a smile "I wish I could say the same for you".

A sharp growled emerged Lynxpaw looked behind her to see rustling in the bushes

Adrenaline took over when Scalepaw yelled at Lynxpaw. She made a run from it following the River. She heard growling and hissing behind her and yowls of pain. Then a sudden silence. This was unusual,  a battle with a badger was longer. Lynxpaw stopped dead in her tracks and looked behind her.

NO! Lynxpaw had wakened up from her nightmare. StarClan I think I'm going to vomit.
