"W-What are you doing here?" Kyo stammered.

"Surprised to see me, eh?" Akito chuckled. "I just came by for a short visit, that's all if you don't mind."

Uo stared at him. Its like he's hiding something but I don't know what.. Why is Kyo so cautious around him?

"Well its nice seeing you." Kyo muttered. "You can go now."

"Tsk tsk tsk." Akito shook his head. "That isn't the proper way to treat a family member, especially the head of the Sohma family."

But what I don't understand is..

"How do you know me?" Uo suddenly blurted out.

Akito turned to her, his dark eyes gazed intently. "Why I know everyone who's friends with the Sohma's. Like that one Tohru Honda girl for an example."

Uo stiffened as he mentioned Tohru.

Akito smiled. "You don't have to tense up. I come in peace."

Uo slowly relaxed her shoulders but kept a high alert just in case.

"Anyways Arisa, is it okay if I call you that? But never mind." Akito smirked. "I was was wondering if you and I could have a little talk. Just the two of us."

"I..."

Kyo stepped in front of her protectively. "Whatever you have to say to her, I want to hear it."

Akito laughed. "Dearest Kyo. I'm not gonna hurt her if that's what you think."

"How do I know you're not lying?"

"You don't." Akito confirmed. "I'm unpredictable that way."

"Then hell no to you." He growled. "I'm not leaving Uo's side and you can't do anything about it."

"Or can I?" Akito sighed. "Fine, as you wish, Kyo."

Akito walked towards a broken log and sat down.

"Wait, we're talking outside?" Kyo asked.

"Yes. Now stop asking stupid questions."

Kyo glared at Akito, his eyes full with hate but he looked away.

"Before we get started." Akito said. "Where is Yuki and that Tohru Honda girl?"

"They went out." Uo responded. "But that's not important." She quickly added.

Akito stared at her for a while then turned his head to Kyo. His eyes flashed.

"Now shall we get on with our chat?"

Tohru laughed as she watched Yuki slip on the ice and plop on the ground. The couple was spending time together in the central park ice skating.

"I'm not very good at this." Yuki chuckled brushing off snow from his pants.

"Its alright." Tohru smiled. "My mom used to take me ice skating all the time. I'm sure you'll get it too."

"No wonder why you're such a pro at skating." He commented.

Tohru blushed. "I wouldn't say that."

Yuki got up from the ground and slowly skated towards Tohru who sat on a wooden bench near the ice skating rink.

He kissed Tohru on the nose gently and sat down next to her.

"Are you having fun, Miss Honda?"

Tohru nodded enthusiastically. "Yes I am. I'm glad we can spend time together, Yuki."

Yuki wrapped his arm around Tohru's small shoulders. "Anything for you, love."

Tohru nuzzled her head in the crook of Yuki's neck and closed her eyes. She felt safe in his arms and wished they could stay in that position forever. Tohru opened her eyes again and exhaled. She watched as her warm breath turned into a misty fog.

Yuki did the same and Tohru giggled.

Beep

Yuki flinched and got his phone out of his pocket.

"So sorry, Miss Honda." Yuki said.

"No its alright." Tohru smiled. "Go and answer the call."

Yuki nodded and brought the phone to his ear.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Hi Yuki."

"Oh Shigure, hi."

"How's the date going?"

He heard Shigure chuckle.

Yuki blushed. "Its going good. Is everything okay?"

"Er, you could say that."

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing its just... We have a visitor."

Yuki tensed up. "Who?"

He heard Shigure take a deep breath then finally responded.

"Akito."

Yuki hung up and quickly slipped the phone in his pocket.

"Who was that?" Tohru asked.

"It was Shigure." Yuki replied. "We need to go back."

"Why? What happened??"

Yuki paused. "Akito is there."

Tohru's eyes widened. "B-But why?"

Yuki shook his head. "Its probably something to do with Uo about her finding out the Sohma's curse."

"Then we need to back now!" Tohru exclaimed slipping off her ice skates.

"Wait." Yuki placed his hands on her shoulders. "If Akito's there then that means trouble."

"But we have to go back." She protested. "Uo and Kyo might be in endangered."

"I know but I can't risk losing you." Yuki whispered. "Remember the last time we encountered him?"

Tohru slowly nodded. "Yes.. I do..." She sighed. "But Uo and Kyo need us. We have to make sure they're okay."

Yuki hesitated. "Alright." He closed the gap between him and Tohru and wrapped her in a hug.

"Whatever happens." Tohru said. "Remember I love you, Yuki."

"Of course." He planted a kiss on her forehead. "I love you too."

Tohru closed her eyes.

"Forever and always."

"So Uo." Akito started. "I hear you know about the Sohma's curse, is that correct?"

Uo nodded slowly.

"And who told you this?" He asked, eyeing Kyo carefully.

"Kyo did.." She replied quietly.

"My my I never knew you two had a thing going on." He chuckled.

"There's nothing." Kyo said quickly. "We're just friends."

Even though Uo knew Kyo was just saying that to protect her, it still hurt hearing him friend zone her.

"And you agree with this, Arisa?" Akito smirked at her.

"Yes." She choked out.

He didn't seem convinced but he brushed it off.

Uo glanced at Kyo who glanced back. They both exchanged a pained look and Kyo was the first to look away. Uo did too then realized Akito was eyeing them carefully.

"Did Kyo mention what the punishment was for people who found out about the curse?"

"Actually.. He did. He said that they would get their memories erased." Uo said.

"Correct. What a smart girl you are, Arisa." He complimented. "Your parents must've raised you well."

Uo flinched. "Uh yah."

"They're very nice people if I do say so myself."

"How would you know that?" Kyo asked.

"Dear Kyo, you don't know how many people I know." He smirked. "I also know Uo's former leader Minako from her gang, The Ladies."

"You sure know a lot of people.." Uo replied.

"Oh you have no idea." Akito smiled. Though it wasn't a comforting grin.

"Oh and I apologize for your injuries from the incident." He continued.

"You about that too?" She asked.

Akito nodded proudly. "I would share a juicy piece of information with you Arisa and you Kyo. But I don't know if your ready to hear it."

"What is it?"

"Oh you want to know?"

"Spit it out." Kyo muttered.

"Calm down, Kyo. Be patient." Akito lectured. "Though I'll save the juiciest information last. Shall we start with the most mysterious?"

Uo and Kyo glanced at each other then turned back to Akito who was waiting for their reply.

"Okay." Uo said.

"Great!" Akito exclaimed. "Let's rewind a little bit. Uo, have you noticed the black and white beaded bracelet Kyo always wears?"

Uo looked at Kyo's wrist and back at Akito.

"Yes I have. Why?"

"Save questions till the end." Akito said. "Now, you know that Kyo's Zodiac form is a cat, right?"

"Yes.."

"Hehe, that's not his true form."

Uo looked confused. "What do you mean?"

Kyo shifted uncomfortably next to her.

Akito grinned. "You see, Kyo's curse is not like the others. He's... Special. He wears that bracelet to conceal his true form. And I guarantee you, its not a cat."

"Kyo what is he talking about?" Uo asked.

"Nothing its just-"

"Oh please, you didn't tell her?" Akito chuckled.

"I was planning to." Kyo defended.

"Tell me what?" Uo asked again.

"Oh you oblivious girl." Akito smirked. "Why don't you see for yourself?"

"No Akito stop!"

Uo, Kyo and Akito turned around to see Shigure, Tohru and Yuki standing behind them.

"Or what?" Akito scoffed. "You all can't do anything about it. I am the head of the Sohma's!"

"Not for long." Kyo muttered.

"Silence!" Akito glared at Kyo. "I've stayed calm for far too long." Suddenly he whipped around and grabbed Kyo's arm.

"Hey!" Kyo yelped.

"Leave him alone!" Tohru cried.

"And you!" Akito turned to stare at Tohru. "I should've got rid of you a long time ago!" He snarled. "You and your friend!"

"Akito stop! This won't accomplish anything!" Shigure shouted.

"Oh yes it will." He countered back. "This is a lesson to to Uo and a punishment for Kyo. None of the Zodiac members deserve to find love! That's why I was furious when I found out about Hatori and Kana. No one will ever accept the Sohma's family! I'm doing everyone a favor by dying soon anyways."

Akito tightened his grip around Kyo's wrist. He gritted his teeth in pain.

"Stop!" Uo couldn't stand watching Kyo suffer.

Akito cackled. "I'm sorry but you need to know Kyo's true form. You put yourself into this position by finding out about the curse. Its your fault!"

Uo squeezed her eyes shut trying to calm down.

"Oh yes. Do you wanna know about your parents, Arisa?"

"My parents?"

Akito smirked. "I know you found that letter by your door. And do you know how I know? Its because I forced them to write it."

Uo collapsed on the ground. "What..?"

"Everything they said on that little paper is a lie. I wanted you to suffer to punish you for finding out about the curse. No one ever gets away with knowing! I sent your parents both on a far away vacation and you won't see them again!"

"You bastard!" Kyo spat.

"And it gets better." Akito continued ignoring Kyo's remark. "I also sent Minako and her gang after you. Surprise."

Uo heard Tohru gasp behind her. She felt hollow inside, like someone just stabbed her heart and pulled it out. She felt no pain only numbness. Uo stared at the ground trying to process everything at once.

Akito laughed. "Oh don't be so sad. You're better off on your own anyways."

"How could you say that?!" Kyo yelled. "She almost died in that accident!"

"Well that was unfortunate." Akito shrugged.

"Your sick!" Yuki growled.

"Am I?" He chuckled.

Uo didn't know what to do whether to cry or scream. She just felt... Nothing.

"I've been stalling too long." Akito muttered. "Its time for you to see the star of the show, Arisa."

He turned to Kyo and grabbed the black and white pearled bracelet. Then finally he yanked it off his wrist throwing it to the ground. Akito slowly let go of Kyo's arm and took a step back.

Kyo screamed. His body started shifting and transforming. He began to grow taller and his skin turned dark orange. His shirt ripped apart but only his pants stayed. Kyo's head grew into a dinosaur-like head with two horns and a long mussle. Teeth bared Kyo roared.

Uo couldn't believe what she saw in front of her. It wasn't Kyo anymore... But a monster.

"You see!" Akito chuckled. "Even Tohru wasn't able to handle the truth herself before! Now look at you staring like a wide eyed owl."

Kyo turned to look at Uo who crouched on the ground unable to move. They made eye contact with each other for only a second, until he turned around and sprinted into the forest.

"Kyo!" Uo screamed.

"He won't come back now." Akito snickered. "He's too ashamed."

Tears streamed down Uo's face. Tohru came and sat next to her, crying.

Yuki glared at Akito. "What have you done?"

"A favor." He said simply. "That cat is better off alone. Its what he wants."

"No its what you want!" Uo abruptly stood up and faced Akito. Her eyes full with hate. "Kyo was right about you. You are a stupid bastard!"

"I would watch your tone, Arisa." He smirked.

"You can't tell me what to do you back stabbing asshole!"

"But I can end your life." Akito shot back. "I can also end Kyo's life with just a simple word. I have my own private assassin. So don't you try making a move."

Uo bit her lip trying hard not to scream. She didn't want Kyo getting hurt or anyone.

"Looks like my work is done here." Akito turned around and walked calmly to the front of the house as if everything was normal. After his footsteps weren't audible anymore Uo let out a loud sob of distress.

"I shouldn't have found out about the Sohma's curse.." She cried. "Its better off if they would've erased my memory."

Tohru hugged her. "Don't say that.. Meeting the Sohma's was a big thing for you. For everyone. You got to know Kyo more than just a student at school. You changed a lot of things."

Uo shook her head. "Didn't you hear Akito? This is all my fault.."

"Nothing is your fault." Yuki said walking towards her. "He's evil that way. Don't listen to him."

Uo sniffled. "I wish Kyo was here..."

"He is." Tohru insisted. "But we just need to find him."

"Do you think he's okay?"

"Absolutely." Shigure chimed in. "He's a tough guy."

Uo nodded then slowly got up. "Its hard you know.. Finding out what Akito did to me. To my parents.. How I almost died because of Minako and Akito.."

"You stayed strong." Tohru said. "And we helped you along the way. Kyo needs you right now Uo. Remember we'll always be here to help you."

She wiped her tears. "Thank you."

Tohru hugged her one last time.

Uo faced the direction forest where Kyo fled off to. "Let's go and bring him back."

Because I need you here with me Kyo... More than ever now... Please be okay..
