"How are you feeling Yuki?" Hatori asked.

Its been a week since Yuki was sick and he was feeling much better now. His fever was completely gone.

"I'm feeling great thank you." Yuki replied.

Hatori checked his temperature. "Hmm this is good, yor fever is gone and your body temperature is normal." Hatori placed a small bottle of medicine next to Yuki's bed. "Here, just in case you need it, I'll be back in a couple of weeks to check on you again."

Once Hatori left Yuki's room he went straight to Tohru who was making lunch in the kitchen.

"Tohru?" He called.

She turned around. "Oh hello Hatori! How's Yuki doing?"

"He's improved a lot, thanks to you too."

Tohru blushed. "Oh no, I'm sure its gotta be your medicine that helped him! Not me all I did was bring him food and watch over him... I'm not a doctor unlike you, oh, I mean yes sure I wanna be a doctor.. But that's not what I meant-"

"Tohru." Hatori interrupted.

She stopped talking and blushed even more. "I'm sorry! I was blabbering too much and I didn't know you were still here..."

Hatori laughed. "No its alright. I just wanted to say that it was also you who helped Yuki feel better."

Tohru blinked. "Me?"

"Yes, you were always there by Yuki's side watching over him. And showing him that you care so much encouraged him to get better. Its not all just about medicine. But also care from other people especially who are closest to him. And it was also because of your influence."

Tohru thought about it. "That's true... I guess I did help Yuki.."

Hatori nodded. "Well I better get going now Tohru, goodbye." He turned and walked out the kitchen.

"Oh wait!" Tohru called.

Hatori stopped and turned around. "Yes?"

Tohru looked down. "Thank you for helping Yuki too... You know I was so worried about him, I didn't want to lose him.. Seeing him sick those past days made me want to do my best to help him. And now he's better, and I'm grateful. So thank you so much Hatori, thank you."

He smiled. "Your welcome, but, thank you too." He turned around and walked out the kitchen.

Tohru stood there as she heard the door close when Hatori left. She sighed in relief.

Knock knock knock

"Hmm." Shigure got up and walked towards the door. "Who could that be?"

Tohru, Yuki, and Kyo looked up from their dinner and watched Shigure open the door.

"Shigure!! Good evening my friend!!" A voice greeted out the door.

Yuki face smacked himself. "Don't you dare let-"

"Ayame!" Shigure let him in. "What a lovely surprise, what brings you here?"

Ayame stepped inside. His long gray hair swayed behind him. "I heard that poor Yuki was sick and now is feeling better! So I came to see how my little brother is doing!"

Tohru got up and bowed. "Hi Ayame! Do you want me to get you anything?"

"Tohru!!" Ayame jumped in front of her. "Its nice to see your pretty face again!"

Tohru blushed. "Oh haha thank you."

"But no thanks, I ate a while ago already and now I'm very full."

"Full in your head that's what.." Yuki mumbled.

"Aw Yuki that's not very nice." Ayame pouted. "But no worries! I'll come and give you a big hug!"

Yuki eyes widened. "Oh no worries, you can just leave now."

"Yeah, were in the middle of having dinner here until you interrupted." Kyo growled.

"Oh I'm sorry Aya." Shigure apologized. "It looked like Yuki and Kyo are having a bad mood, we should meet again sometime."

"Oh its alright, dear friend." Ayame said. "We shall now part ways." Ayame walked towards the front door.

"Good bye my friend!" Shigure waved dramatically.

"And to you as well! We shall meet halfway someday!" Ayame waved back.

"Would you just leave already!" Kyo yelled.

"Yes, yes, hold your horses Kyo-san. I haven't said good bye to everyone yet."

"Just hurry up and go." Yuki grumbled.

"Okay goodbye little brother! Goodbye orange cat-"

"Don't you dare call me that!" Kyo's cat ears perked up.

"-and goodbye to you lovely Tohru!"

Tohru waved. "Bye Ayame, come again soon."

His face brightened. "Oh yes I will! Probably next-"

"JUST LEAVE ALREADY!" Yuki and Kyo shouted.

Ayame giggled and ran out the house.

Once Tohru was done with her dinner and washed all the dishes she went upstairs to Yuki's room.

"Hmm since Yuki is feeling much better now I should move back into my room."

Tohru gathered her blankets and pillows from the floor and moved them back to her room.

"I should also tell Yuki that I'm sleeping in my room now so he won't wonder where I am." Tohru walked out of her room only to bump into Yuki.

"Oh." Yuki gasped. "I'm sorry, Miss Honda"

"Oh no its okay! I should've watched where I was going."

Yuki smiled. "No need to apologize."

Tohru smiled back then suddenly remembered what she was gonna tell Yuki. "Oh right! I'm going to be sleeping in my room now since your much better, is that okay?"

Yuki laughed. "Of course it is Miss Honda. You don't need to ask me permission. I appreciate you for being by my side when I slept though."

Tohru blushed. "Oh it was nothing, really."

"I was wondering Miss Honda.. Um.. Well if you wanted to go to the Winter Festival in town this weekend with me.." Yuki stammered.

Tohru brightened. "Oh I'd love to go!"

"Really?"

"Yes of course!" Tohru sqealed.

Yuki smirked. "I can see your very excited, have you been to the Winter Festival before?"

Tohru shook her head. "No I haven't, I always wanted to go, especially Uo and Hana too."

"Oh well you can bring Uo and Hana too if you would like."

"Really?? I can?"

"Sure!" Yuki replied.

Tohru jumped up and down. "Thank you so much! I can't wait to tell Uo and Hana!"

Yuki laughed. "You'll love it there, they have rides, great food, ice skating ring, and a sledding competition."

"Competition?" Kyo poked his head out of his room.

"Yes!" Tohru exclaimed facing Kyo. "Isn't it amazing?"

Kyo smirked. "Yes a competition.. Something I'll be able to beat that damn Yuki."

Tohru turned around. "Is it alright if Kyo came along?" She asked Yuki.

He hesitated. "Sure Miss Honda, as long as that stupid cat doesn't do anything stupid."

"Don't worry, I wouldn't want to be stuck for the rest of the day with you damn rat." Kyo growled.

"Then its settled!" Tohru said. "I'll go and call Uo and Hana." She walked downstairs leaving Yuki and Kyo shooting daggers at each other.

"A Winter Festival you say?"

"Yes its gonna be great! What do you guys think?" Tohru asked Uo and Hana over the phone.

There was a pause before. "Sure! I asked my parents and they said yes." Replied Hana.

"Okay, my parents are out of town this weekend so they don't really care." Uo said.

"Great!" Tohru exclaimed. "We'll pick you up this Saturday in Shigure's car."

"Cool, who else is coming?" Uo asked.

"Just Yuki and Kyo."

"Ohh so orange top will be there, huh?" Uo chuckled.

"Yep! Well I've gotta go now, bye Uo and Hana!"

"Bye Tohru!" They said before hanging up.
