Ding dong

"I'll go get the door!" Tohru called from the kitchen.

Its Christmas Eve! I'm so happy all the Sohmas will be joining us to celebrate! Even Uo and Hana!

Kyo and Yuki were in the dining room setting up the wonderful feast. Shigure was in the living room counting all the presents under the Christmas tree. It was lightly snowing outside, creating small white powders on the ground. Definitely a white Christmas. The house was decorated inside with colorful lights of red, blue, green and yellow.

Tohru opened the door and saw Hana and Uo standing on the porch.

"Merry Christmas!" Tohru exclaimed, hugging her friends.

"Merry Christmas, kiddo." Uo said ruffling her hair.

"And happy holidays." Hana said hugging her back.

Tohru welcomed them in.

"Wow this place looks awesome." Uo breathed, looking around.

"Indeed." Hana agreed. "Are those ginger bread houses?" She pointed on the table in the living room.

"Yes! Don't they look great?" Shigure exclaimed, as he walked inside the room.

"Merry Christmas." Uo and Hana greeted.

"The same goes from me to you." Shigure smiled. "Those ginger bread houses were hard to build. Especially when I was hungry during that time."

"Are the other guests here yet?" Hana asked.

Tohru shook her head. "Not yet, they'll be here soon."

Suddenly the four heard a glass break, coming from the dining room.

"Dammit! Can't you do anything right?"

"Your the last person I want to hear from right now."

"Well its not my fault your so clumsy!"

"Shut up you stupid cat, the more you keep talking, the more other fragile items will break.

"Oh so you're blaming this on me?? That's it! Let's take this outside!"

Shigure sighed. "I better go see what those two are bickering about. Please make yourself comfortable." With that he walked out the room and towards the dining room.

"Do you need any help with decorating Tohru?" Uo asked.

"I think we're all good here, but thank you anyways." Tohru smiled.

"You have our presents under the tree, right? The ones we wrapped yesterday?"

Tohru nodded. "Yep! All ready to go!"

"Well it seems like you have everything under control." Hana observed. "Good job Tohru."

She blushed. "Well I did get a lot of help from—"

"Now look what you did!"

"Stop blaming your accidents on someone else, you stupid cat."

"Don't call me stupid, ya damn rat!"

"Enough both of you! Today is Christmas Eve and we're having guest over, so quit acting like a bunch of kids."

"—them." Tohru finished.

Uo giggled. "Well sounds like Shigure has everything under control."

"Cat."

Tohru winced. "Eh, what did you say Hana?"

"Have you noticed that Yuki would always call Kyo, 'stupid cat'?" She asked.

Oh hehe...

"Uh yes I do actually." Tohru laughed nervously. "Its.. Um. Its a name that Yuki would call Kyo when they were little."

"Yes, and it matches him perfectly." Yuki added, as he walked inside the living room.

"Merry Christmas." Uo greeted.

"And Merry Christmas to you too." Yuki replied.

"Hmm." Hana thought about it. "I guess that makes sense."

Whew. Tohru sighed. I'm glad we were able to pull that off without her knowing... She is psychic.

Shigure walked inside the room. "Well that's settled. Oh! Look at the time, the guests are almost here. We should all go change and get ready." With that he turned and speed walked towards his room.

"Well I'll see you later, love." Yuki said kissing Tohru on the cheek. "I'll go upstairs and change."

"Okay!" Tohru replied. "Bye."

"Hey kiddo, how come I never saw you and Yuki kiss?" Uo asked when Yuki was already upstairs.

"What do you mean?"

"Like on the lips." Uo winked.

Tohru blushed. "Um well..."

"Arisa, I don't think they're the kind of couple who would do that much PDA." Hana explained.

Uo laughed. "I guess your right. But who knows, they might do it tonight since its Christmas. And when there's Christmas, there's a mistletoe!"

Tohru covered her face in embarrassment.

Uo hugged her. "Awe I'm sorry kiddo... I didn't mean it like that."

"Its okay..." Tohru mumbled in her hands. "But its also a good thing too."

"How?"

She uncovered her face from her hands. "That means if you and Kyo end up under a mistletoe, you both have no choice but to kiss each other!"

"Anyways! I'm gonna go change!" She finished her sentence while running up the stairs.

Uo stood there shocked. "She said what now?"

"Did she tell you?" Hana asked.

"Tell me what?"

"After the incident that happened with Kyo, she's trying to pair you two up so he can be happy with someone."

Uo blushed furiously. "Me and orange top? Hell no."

Hana shrugged. "Well if you say so."

5 minutes later Yuki and Tohru walked down the stairs hand in hand.

Tohru was wearing a blue and white lace dress with blue ribbons in her hair. Yuki was wearing a black suit with a blue tie.

"Well, well, well isn't it the Prince and the Princess." Uo bowed.

Tohru blushed. "Awe no.."

Yuki kissed her forehead. "No need to hide it, Miss Honda."

Tohru smiled.

"Awe." Hana cooed. "My little Tohru is all grown up."

Uo laughed. "She's not little anymore."

Ding dong

Tohru got up from the couch. "I'll get it!"

Ding dong, ding dong, ding dong

"The hell would that be?" Kyo grumbled.

"Hmm" Yuki thought. "I think that would be—"

"Momiji!" Tohru greeted. "Merry Christmas!"

"Merry Christmas too, Tohru!" He replied skipping inside the house. "Hello Yuki! Hello Kyo!"

"Hi Momiji." Yuki smiled.

"Whatever hi." Kyo grumbled.

Uo elbowed him in the arm.

"Hey! What was that for Yankee?" He shouted, rubbing his arm.

"Keep your voice low and your bad attitude under control, or I'm gonna have to do it for you." She muttered. "Its Christmas Eve, for crying out loud."

Kyo glared at her but kept his mouth shut.

Tohru stared at them stunned. Kyo never listens to anyone like that. Especially Uo...

"Hey Tohru!" Momiji called by the Christmas tree. "Is this where I put the presents?"

"Yes, just right under the tree."

"Okay!"

Ding dong

"I think they're all here." Tohru said, as she opened the door revealing Ayame, Hatori, Hatsuharu, Hiro, Kagura, Kisa, and Ritsu. The other members of the Zodiac.

"Merry Christmas!" Tohru greeted warmly, opening the door wide.

"Hello Tohru." Hatori greeted.

"Sissy!" Kisa exclaimed running up to Tohru and giving her a big hug.

Tohru hugged her back. "Aw hi! And Merry Christmas everyone!"

"Hey Tohru." Kagura whispered. "Do you know where Kyo-san is?"

Tohru looked around. Kyo wasn't sitting in the living room anymore. Probably hiding from Kagura.

She shrugged. "I'm sorry, but I don't know where he is."

"Oh okay then." She said. "Merry Christmas, by the way."

When everyone was settled inside, and all the presents were placed under the tree, everyone gathered in the dining room around the table.

On Tohru's right sat Yuki and on her left sat Hana, Uo, Kyo, Momiji, Kagura and Kisa. On Yuki's left sat Hatsuharu, Shigure, Hatori, Hiro, Ritsu and Ayame.

"This food is amazing!" Momiji commented. "Who cooked all this?"

"Tohru did." Shigure replied. "She's a very talented chief."

Tohru blushed. "Oh no really it was nothing."

"All this nothing?" Hiro said disbelievingly. "Nah, its pretty good."

Everyone murmered an agreement.

"Well then thank you." Tohru smiled, still blushing.

Hatori noticed Yuki and Tohru leaning against each other.

"So Yuki, how long have you and Tohru been dating." He asked.

There was a clatter of utensils and eyes all turned towards the couple sitting awkwardly in the middle.

How does he..??

"I.. Er.." Yuki stammered. "Since last week." He finally said.

Tohru noticed Kyo found a new interest in the table cloth on the table.

"So." Hatori continued. "You broke his curse, Tohru?"

She gulped and nodded.

There was a quite a silence that lingered for some moments until..

"Yaya!" Momiji exclaimed. "Yuki and Tohru! Yuki and Tohru!"

Kisa and Hiro joined in afterwards.

"So you're all fine with it?" Yuki asked nervously.

"Of course!" Momiji said excitedly. "Its great that you both are happy!"

"Yes." Hatori agreed. "If it makes you both happy, then we're fine with it.

"Oh! My little brother has found love!" Ayame squealed.

Now all eyes were turned on him.

"Do. Not. Do. That. Ever. Again." Yuki grumbled.

Everyone laughed and started eating again.

Tohru gazed over at everyone around the table, smiling.

I'm so glad everyone has accepted us that me and Yuki are dating. Hatori must understand, its like what happened with him and Kana...

When everyone was done eating, and all the dishes were washed and put away. They all mingled around the house socializing and celebrating Christmas with everyone.

"I didn't know the Sohma family was so big." Uo commented.

"Yeah isn't it great that some of them were able to visit us?" Tohru smiled.

"Some of them?" Hana asked.

"You mean there's more relatives?" Uo asked shocked.

Tohru laughed. "Yes! There's the extended family too. But we only invited the ones who we know."

Speaking of the Sohmas.. At least Akito isn't here.. He gives me the creeps.

"Presents time!" Momiji exclaimed.

Everyone gathered around the tree and passed each other their own presents and started opening them.

Tohru got everyone who was in the Zodiac, a small porceline animal of their Zodiac. Kyo was surprised to receive a present from Uo which were nun chucks. And a punching bag from Tohru.

Yuki gave Tohru a kiss on the cheek, thanking her for the next seven books of his manga, Forbidden.

"I'll show you your present after the party." Yuki whispered in her ear. "Its a surprise."

Tohru blushed an nodded.

Haru received a book Shigure wrote called, How to control you're black Haru.

Everyone laughed and so did Haru.

Uo got a samurai sword from Tohru. Hehehe.... And Hana got more of Shigure's mangas from Tohru.

Tohru received tons of accessories from Hana and a blue dress from Uo.

The kids, Kisa and Hiro received a bunch of stuffed animals. And everyone else received theirs and so on..

After everyone was thanking each other for the presents they all went back chattering with each other.

Tohru stood to the side with Yuki, hugging. None of them said a word but was fine because they both enjoyed each other's comfort and warmth

Merry Christmas, mom. You must be having a wonderful party too. I'm so happy that everyone came to celebrate with us, I love you.

Suddenly everyone started laughing and giggling.

Yuki looked around confused. "What are you all laughing about?"

Shigure chuckled. "Why don't you two look up?"

Confused Tohru and Yuki slowly looked up. Hanging above them was a mistletoe.

Tohru started blushing, even Yuki.

"You can't back out you guys!" Uo laughed.

"Yay! Go Tohru and Yuki!" Momiji exclaimed.

"Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Everyone started chanting.

Tohru looked up at Yuki smiling shyly.

"Merry Christmas, Miss Honda." Yuki whispered.

"Merry Christmas too." She replied.

Tohru closed her eyes and leaned forward until she met Yuki's lips. She could feel her face burning. Everyone started cheering. It wasn't an aggressive kiss, but a gentle one. Tohru's hands wrapped around Yuki's neck, as he held her close. She felt like she was flying, her heart beating faster and she wanted this moment to last but eventually they started running out of breath.

They both pulled away at the same time smiling at each other.

"Yay! Go Yuki and Tohru!" Momiji exclaimed.

Yuki hugged Tohru and picked her up from the ground. "I love you." He stared in her eyes, smiling.

Tohru never felt so happy before. She gave Yuki a quick kiss on the nose. "I love you too."
