Makes a homemade costume: (I bet Libra will be here)   Virgo, Gemini, and Libra (knew it)

Hands out candy: Capricorn

Buys pumpkin spice lattes: Pisces and Scorpio

Decorates the whole house: Sagittarius and Taurus

Eats all Halloween candy before Halloween: Aries and Leo
