It was getting hot outside. Really hot. The teachers said it was getting to be about 102*F, and they were heading back to school early. Gemini kept apologizing when he heard anyone say it was hot out, and Aries kept slapping him on the face. Pisces took a nap, so Taurus carried her onto the bus. Libra passed out, so Scorpio carried her. "Hey Aries, you're a fire sign, right? Aren't you used to the heat?" Virgo teased.
Aries sighed and sat down in her seat, arms crossed. "Evidently not." She answered.
Gemini smirked, "Well it ain't my fault I'm too hot for you!" He teased.
"Another joke like that and you'll be kicked in the groan!" Aries snapped.
Gemini chuckled and just sat in his seat, feet on top of the seat in front of him, which had Pisces sleeping on top of Libra. Pisces was always smaller than the rest.

As the bus started moving, and air was blowing into the bus, everyone felt better in about five minutes. The Zodiatic Stars were singing jingle bells again, but they stopped when the bus driver yelled at them. "You say the word 'jingle' one more time and the windows go up!" He snapped. Eventually, the group were talking together. Pisces and Libra woke up, and joined the conversation.

They started playing the game Whadya Think. It was a game that they made up. Aquarius always started the game. "Whadya think about cookies?" He stated.
"YUM! Im hungry now!" Aries said.
"I actually have some." Capricorn said, and she pulled out her bag to get a container full of chocolate chip cookies. "I brought them for lunch, but we can have them now!" She said cheerfully.

While everyone ate their share of cookies, Cancer started talking. "I was thinking of painting The Pit walls." She said. Everyone looked at her.
"That is not a bad idea." Aries said. "What color should it be?"
"Yellow! Yellow is a happy color!" Virgo suggested.
Gemini shook his head. "Nah, we should do green!" He said.
"Kick me in the rump, but I have to agree with Gemini." Aries admitted.
Libra gasped, "You cant possibly be thinking of painting it green! We should make it red, like a curtain!"
Scorpio scratched his head, "Well, I think dark blue would be better."
Sagittarius face-palmed, "If we do any blue color, we should do light blue. Dark blue is depressing."
"Not in my book it aint!" Taurus said. "I agree with Virgo, it should be yellow!"
"Now hold on a second!" Pisces said.
"What color do you think?" Aries asked.
Pisces thought for a second, then answered, "Instead of one solid color, I think we should create a more artistic wall that actually looks like something, like a forest of a waterfall."
Everyone thought for a moment, the Sagittarius spoke up. "Yeah, that would be perfect! We could do a forest, and there could be a waterfall going down the doors!"
"And we could put fake grass on the floor as a carpet!" Aries added, squealing like a child.
"Yes, we can become cows!" Virgo teased, "Or a ram. They eat grass, right?"
Aries thought for a moment, "Yup! They eat grass!" Everyone chuckled and started to add ideas to their fort as the bus drove on.

Once the group got back to The Pit, they started working right away. Sagittarius, Taurus and Aquarius went out to get some paint and painting supplies, while Aries, Virgo, Gemini and Pisces started to take their things outside so that it wont get painted on. Libra, Scorpio, Leo, Cancer and Capricorn took out the television and radio. Then they started taping the doorknobs, since they all agreed that the doorknobs are fine the way it is.

It took about two hours, and Sagittarius, Taurus and Aquarius was back, carrying a bunch of paint and other supplies. Aries was the first to notice, "Great! Now we can start painting!"
"Not so fast, I think we should sketch it out first." Virgo suggested.
Aries shrugged, "Alright. Lets start working!"

They spent the next couple hours sketching the walls, and they finally got to paint it. Gemini started to complain as it got darker outside. "Why cant we finish this tomorrow, it is the weekend anyways!" He whined.
Pisces rolled her eyes, "You idiot, all of our stuff is outside!"
"Then why cant we just bring it in!" He complained and laid on the ground, face down.
"The sooner we get this done, the sooner we can sleep." Aries said, not taking her eyes off the wall she was painting. Gemini groaned, but did not argue any further.

They got done paining when at the breaking of dawn. Everyone was exhausted, and Pisces passed out. They were too tired to bring their things back inside, so they silently agreed to sleep outside on their things. The sun rose high above their heads, and Taurus was the first to wake up. He looked around, then smirked. He went back into The Pit, and brought the toothpaste outside. He went over to Gemini, and squirted a toothpaste-mustache on him. He smiled and went back to the bathroom to return the toothpaste.

"I smell mint..." Gemini murmured sleepily. Aries was awake, and looked at Gemini. She stared at him for a few moments, then bursted out laughing, accidentally kicking Virgo on her shoulder. She squeaked, but did not get up. Gemini was up once Aries started laughing, and opened his eyes to look at her. "What?" He asked, "What happened?"
"Your face! You look like a person from a movie!" Aries answered, still chuckling.
Gemini was still confused, so he dug around in his area and pulled out a mirror. He chucked, and stood up, dancing around, "Look at me, I am a movie star in the most popular movie around!" He announced.
Virgo was up, and saw Gemini dancing around like a twit, "What movie, great and powerful Gemini?" She asked, sarcastic.
Gemini smiled at her and winked, "The Amazing Stars!" He answered.
Aries rolled her eyes, "So you are the creepy and crazy man who tries to jump off a cliff with a little girl?"
Gemini smirked, "Yup! Lemme show you!" He said and picked up Aries and started to run around.
Aries squeaked, and kicked her legs, "You twit, let me go!" She demanded. Gemini grasped her tighter, but tripped over a branch. They landed on the ground, and Aries tumbled away from Gemini. She stood back up and brushed herself off, "You are an idiot." She stated.
