Due to Vineet's prank, Ruhana gets upset with him and doesn't have her food. Dushyant and Vineet have a talk wherein the former asks the latter to ask for forgiveness from her. Dushyant also has a talk with his beloved wife and she forgives Dushyant. She looks at him and asks him to not repeat all these pranks.

Pranks are important, she believes. Fun is very important in life as per Priyanka. If someone is hurt by your prank, it doesn't go well with Priyanka. And today, the boys - Dushyant and Vineet have hurt them. Especially Ruhana. These four are a family in this beautiful city. They have left their families back but now they are one family and the other members of the CID are their extended family.

Today, they've come to know that Ruhana is pregnant and she wanted to share this good news with her husband first. But things didn't go as per her will. Even Priyanka is hurt because the men didn't give them a chance to speak, and as a result of which, Ruhana fell unconscious. Vineet and Ruhana have a trifle and she asks Vineet to leave the room. Vineet almost pleaded with Priyanka to convince her best friend, but it didn't help him. He has to leave his wife alone in the room.

Priyanka sighs as Vineet sits on the couch with a long, sad face. She treats him like a brother and ever since she joined CID, Vineet has been her first friend and her saviour too. Yeah, they may not be real siblings but Priyanka ties Rakhi to Vineet while Ruhana does the same to Dushyant. Adding to it, Dushyant and Ruhana have been childhood friends. Now, they are one happy family where caring for others comes first. She keeps her hand on Vineet's shoulder.

"Don't be sad, Vineet. Tumhe pata hain, pichle 2 din se wo bahut khush thi. Maine usse pucha bhi par usne mujhe kuch nahi bataya. She was waiting for you eagerly. And you played a prank on her. Usko bura laga hain." Priyanka says, trying to convincer her brother.

"But I apologised. She didn't listen to me." Vineet says sadly and seeing him sad, Priyanka's heart sinks.

"She will listen to you, Vineet. Tum please ab ye pranks khelna band kar do. I know it was fun but she wanted to share this good news with you and you did a good drama and scared her. Something else could've happened." Priyanka says, looking at both Vineet and Dushyant.

"Agar Ruu pareshan hogi toh iska effect aane wale baby pe bhi padega, Vinu. Please! Do something to make her happy. And do not treat her like a baby. She doesn't need to be cradled, she just needs someone by her side. And all of us have to take care of it." Priyanka says, like every responsible friend cum sister would do.

Vineet nods in agreement and looks at Priyanka. Well, she's been his saviour. Okay, Ruhana is still mad at him but if Priyanka is by his side, his best friend is by his side, he can win her back. Vineet begins to speak but Dushyant cuts him settling his hands on his shoulders.

"Tu zyada baat mat kar, kuch aisa kar jisse teri biwi khush ho jaye. Khana main aur Pri bana lenge." Dushyant says.

"Haan Vineet. I know she's hurt lekin tumhe kuch toh karna padega. You've got to make her believe ki ab tum uske sath rahoge. She'll need you more than she will need us." Priyanka says, being a lady, she understands her friend well.

There are times when even Priyanka craves for Dushyant to be by her side. With him by her side, she feels beautiful and loved. Moreover, even though, you're a family, you cannot share everything with everyone. Some things are to share with your partners only. Priyanka understands this feeling and she knows that Ruhana feels the same way. She asks Vineet to plan something while she pulls Dushyant with herself into the kitchen. They ought to make their best friend's favourite foods.

Vineet is determined to uplift his wife's mood. Life has been good until a few hours ago when she got angry at him. He enters the room and finds her sleeping soundly. He smears her hair softly and then gets busy with his work.

Vineet decorates the room with fairy lights and colourful balloons. He knows that Ruhana loves balloons and can play with them like a little child. During their courtship period, only candies and balloons could cheer her. He's an exception though, only he can make her feel better. He always finds ways to cheer her, and he'll do it right away. He has to cheer her up, he can't let her stay mad and keep herself in pain. He makes all the arrangements and smiles satisfactorily. She will surely like it.

Vineet has to say thanks to his best friends -Dushyant and Priyanka. They've worked very hard for him.

An hour later, Ruhana wakes up from her slumber. She grimaces as her head still hurts. Maybe, that's because of the pain and stress she took a couple of hours ago. She looks around when she finds everything around her is decorated beautifully.

She chuckles when she finds some colourful balloons spread on the bed. She holds one balloon and she realised that the whole room is decorated with the same. Her eyes turn wide and she finds an envelope beside the pillow. Moreover, there's a gift box sitting beside it.

Ruhana smiles, she knows, it's Vineet who has done all of it. She opens the envelope from which a cute card slips out. That's a "Sorry" card. She finds a handwritten note on the card by Vineet where he has written that he will never prank her like this. She smiles, she can't stay angry with Vineet for a long time. She wants to hug him and wants him to feel what she's been feeling all this month.

She opens the gift box and it unboxes into a white teddy bear. It's holding a heart on which it's written: "I Love You". Ruhana giggles at the moment and she hugs it close, and a voice echoes in her ears. It's all in his deep, crisp voice, all he says is that he loves her.

Ruhana finally smiles, maybe, she's not mad at him anymore. Vineet's been watching her standing near the door.

"I'm sorry, Ruu! Aaj se main aisa kuch nahi karunga jisse tumhe takleef hogi. I promise. Please aise gussa mat karo. Tumhare liye aur hamare baby ke liye acha nahi hai." Vineet says cutely.

"Okay, only on one condition!" Ruhana rolls her eyes at her beloved hubby.

"What is it? Main sab baat maanunga tumhari, bas abhi gussa mat ho." Vineet instantly agrees with her.

"Hmm! Let me think. Tum na ab meri har baat maanoge. Aur han, ACP sir ko bol do no mission ab! Samjhe! Nahi toh main hi nahi, baby bhi tumse gussa hojayega." Ruhana says childishly.

"Okay okay! I'll do something. Tum chinta mat karo." Vineet assures her softly.

" Promise!" Ruhana rolls her eyes at him.

"I promise you on his behalf. Main bhi dekhta hoon ye kaise kisi mission pe jaata hain." Dushyant says knocking on the door.

"Nai, tum rehne do. Tum pata nahi kab apne dost ke sath mil jaaoge prank karne ke liye." Ruhana makes a face.

"Arey, maine kuch nahi kiya, Main tumhari team mein hi hoon." Dushyant reasons at an instant.

"Tumhara koi bharosa nahi. Abhi koi call aayega toh tum log bureau chale jaaoge." Ruhana makes a face.

"You can trust me, Ruu. Main teri team mein hoon. Chalo, ab jaldi se fresh ho jao. Dinner is almost ready." Dushyant says.

"Han please. Mujhe bahut bhook lagi hain." Vineet makes a face.

"Tum dono usey akele chhodoge tab wo change karegi na! Chalo niklo idhar se, meri help karo" Priyanka chides both her husband and brother.

"Han han, jab dekho hukum chalati rehti ho dono." Vineet and Dushyant murmur and make a face.

"Tum dono sunte nahi toh hukum toh chalana padega na." The ladies reply in unison.

Vineet and Dushyant turn back, well, how can they forget, their ladies love them but also know that they can tease them too. They shake their heads and a short while after, they sit for dinner.

Things seem better. Ruhana looks fine and she has also forgiven Vineet, thanks to his surprise skills. The balloons have done the magic and now, there's no stopping. After dinner, Vineet decides to treat his family to coffee and they sit in the garden of the bungalow. The weather is rainy and its a little cool. Ruhana and Priyanka occupy their space on the swing while Dushyant occupies one of the chairs in the garden. They are talking about usual things and how they have to get back to work the next day.

Meanwhile, Vineet joins them and he's sad that they'll report to work tomorrow. Maybe, he wants to spend more time with his wife, but duty calls are most important. These four are ardent cops and nothing can change their love for their country. All of them are engrossed in their talks when Vineet's phone rings. He picks up the call and suddenly gets alert at the moment. Priyanka and Ruhana share a glance, there must be a new case.

Vineet assures the person who happens to be their senior cop, he acknowledges his family that there's a case and they need to report to the bureau.

Each one of them sigh deeply. Their merry-making time is over. It's time to work now.

A new case & a new avatar of these ardent cops.
