Zayn's Pov:

My heart was racing, Everything was happening so fast I didn't have time to worry about blinking or even breathing. Tears were pouring down my face like a leaking tap. Niall my Niall was hurt, He wouldn't let you touch his arm he was in agony and there was nothing I could do. I was supposed to protect him, This is all my fault. I wanted nothing more then to hold Niall tell him the pain would stop, But I couldn't, If I did I'd hurt him I didn't want that. More tears streamed down my face as I watched Niall being loaded into the ambulance, People were staring at him like this was some kind of entertainment, I wanted to yell at them all, Tell them to fuck off and mind there own business, But right now Niall was more important, I quickly jumped into the ambulance and sat beside Niall desperately trying to calm his screams. This isin't how it's supposed to be, Were supposed to be on the way to my parents, Not in this ambulance, Niall's supposed to be singing along to whatever songs on the radio, Not screaming out in pain. I can't think straight all I want is for Niall to be ok. I know it's not broken, I've broken my bones before so I can just tell, But that doesn't mean that serious damage hasn't been done, I need to know, I need to know what's happened to his arm.

We arrived at the hospital only minutes later, The second we were inside the reception I was being pushed back by various doctors, They were telling me to stay back, That the best thing I can do for Niall right now is to be calm. I kept screaming at them telling them they had to tell me what was wrong, All I could get out of them was they would tell me when there was news, All I could do was wait. Once I'd calmed down a little I knew I'd have to tell the boys, I decided to call Liam stating I would tell him what happened when they arrived, I then sat down in the waiting room waiting for news on Niall.

"Zayn what happened to him? Is he ok?" Liam asked as he rushed in with Harry and Louis right behind him, I shrugged my shoulders desperately trying to keep my tears in.

"I don't know, I just don't know" I whispered as a single tear fell, Liam sighed before pulling me into a hug.

"Zi what happened to him?" Louis asked, I took a deep breath.

"We went to the shop, Niall said he was thirsty and that he wanted a drink, So we went to get him one, Andy and Sean were there, I stayed close to him, I swear I did, But Sean he pushed my buttons, He knows just what buttons to push, We ended up fighting, I was to busy dealing with Sean to realize Niall needed me, By the time I realized it was too late, Niall he was on the floor screaming in pain holding his arm, Andy was near him he hurt Niall" I exclaimed.

"What did you do?" Louis asked.

"Nothing, I wanted to rip Andy apart, I wanna make him suffer, But Niall was my first concern" I stated, Louis nodded.

"We'll take care of Andy" He replied, I shook my head.

"No, He's mine" I said.

"Listen right now Niall is the main concern, What damage was done to his arm?" Liam asked.

"I don't know, It's not broken as far as I know" I whispered, Liam nodded before leaning back into the chair, All we could do now is wait.

"How is he?" A strange voice filled the air, I looked up to see Sean standing there and my blood began to boil.

"Get the hell out of here!" I spat.

"I just want to know how my cousin is! You can't deny me that!" Sean yelled.

"He's in hospital no thanks to you!" I stated.

"I didn't do this to him!" Sean argued.

"You didn't do anything to stop it, All you had to do was accept there relationship but you couldn't even do that!" Louis stated.

"He's no good for Niall" Sean replied.

"Like your any better, Niall's in hospital because of you, Does he look like somebody who doesn't care about Niall?" Harry exclaimed as he pointed to me, Sean sighed.

"I wanted Niall to be happy, I wanted him to be happy with somebody who wasn't you" Sean whispered.

"Don't you see Sean, You were so obsessed with hating Zayn you couldn't see how much Niall loved him and how happy he made Niall, Shouldn't Niall's happiness be the only thing that matters?" Liam asked, Sean sighed.

"Can I wait with you guys? Please?" Sean asked, I sighed before nodding my head, Right now my problem wasn't with Sean it's with Andy.

Bruising to the inside of Niall's arm, That's what he did to him, That's what Andy did to Niall, I want nothing more then to beat the life out of him, Get revenge for what he did to Niall, But as much as I want to Liam won't let me, He keeps reminding me that right now it's Niall who needs me, I wanted to listen to him, I really did but I had to teach Andy a lesson, I couldn't let him get away with this.

"Niall's going to want to see you Zayn" Liam stated.

"I know that, But I promised him I'd protect him, I can't just let Andy get away with this, I have to teach him a lesson" I exclaimed, Liam rolled his eyes.

"Liam's right Zi, Niall won't care about revenge right now the only thing he will want is to see you" Harry said.

"And what about Andy? I'm just supposed to let him get away with what he's done?" I replied.

"No let me deal with him" Sean whispered, My eyes shot to him, He's fucking kidding me right.

"You taking the piss or something?" I asked.

"No, Niall's my cousin and your right it's my fault he's here, If I hadn't let my hatred blind me this would have never happened, Niall's not hurt because of you it's because of me, This whole time I thought you were the one hurting Niall but it was me, I was trying to keep him away from the one thing he really loved, I ain't happy about it and I don't think I ever will be, But Niall's my cousin he's happiness means more to me, So let me deal with Andy, Let me do something right for once" Sean exclaimed, I glared at him as Liam placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Let him do it Zi, You can get revenge on Andy at any time, But right now it's Niall who needs you" He stated, I sighed.

"Fine, But if this is a set up you will pay for it, And I will get Andy for what he's done" I stated, Sean nodded in understanding.

"Tell Niall I'm sorry and you better look after him Zayn" Sean replied before leaving the room, I didn't bother shouting after him all I cared for was going to see Niall.

Seeing Niall bandaged up hurt me, His arm may not be broken but it's still damaged the bruising will cause him pain whenever he tries to move it, The doctors were going to prescribe him pain killers that would help. I sighed as I watched the doctor explain the X-Ray to Niall, He looked like he couldn't care less, The only words he cared to hear was 'It's not broken'. The moment the doctor left the room to get the pain killers Niall's eyes locked with mine.

"I'm so sorry Ni" I whispered, Niall shook his head before extending his good arm, I quickly rushed over and took him into my arms, I inhaled his scent before allowing a few tears to fall.

"It wasn't your fault" Niall exclaimed.

"I was meant to protect you, I didn't do that" I replied.

"I don't care, You stayed with me that's all I wanted" Niall stated, I sighed before kissing the top of Niall's head.

"Sean said he's sorry" I whispered.

"He's here?" Niall asked as he pulled away from the hug, I shook my head.

"No, Well he was, He's gone to deal with Andy, Liam said you needed me here" I replied.

"He's accepted us?" Niall asked.

"Not really, But if your happy then so is he" I stated, Niall nodded his head.

"Looks like things are working out" Niall exclaimed, I smiled slightly.

"Ni, I was gonna give you this tonight when we got to my parents but it didn't really work out, Now seems like the perfect time to do it, I erm I got you this, I thought you could wear it" I stated as I pulled out a small box, Niall's eyes widened, I then opened the box to revel a small ring, Niall gasped.

"Zayn what is this?" Niall chocked out.

"It's a promise ring, This is my promise to you that I'll always be here for you, And I'll love you until the day I die" I whispered, A tear fell from Niall's eyes.

"You going to put it on me then?" Niall asked with a cheeky grin, I chuckled before taking the ring out the box, I then slid it on Niall's finger.

"I'll never regret falling inlove with you Ni" I whispered.

"Neither will I" Niall replied before pulling me into a passionate kiss.
