Zayn's Pov:

"Stay behind us alright?" Liam stated as we heard footsteps thundering down the stairs. 

"Zayn" Niall whispered, I held his body even closer to mine. 

"Nothings gonna happen to you. I wasn't there to protect you before but I am now" I assured him, Niall's head dropped to my shoulder. 

"Well well you came after all. I knew you would, Remember Niall I told you he would" Evan's smug voice filled my ears, I looked up to see him standing there with a firm grip on Will's arm. "Thought you'd get my brother involved did you? Thought I'd fall for your stupid little plan?" He mocked.

"Well you are pretty stupid" Louis commented, Evan's head shot towards him.

"Listen let's all just calm down. Evan there's more of us then there is you. If you try anything we'll put you straight on your ass. So be smart about this, Let go of your brother and let us leave with Niall" Liam said, Evan chuckled.

"Evan please. Niall needs to see a doctor" Will pleaded. 

"There's no use pleading with him. The sick bastard won't listen" I spat. 

"I wondered when you'd finally speak. How were the past few months Zayn? Pretty painful judging by the state of you" Evan stated with a smirk plastered on his face. 

"If you think I'm gonna sit here and play your twisted game you couldn't be more wrong" I spat, Evan's smirk grew. 

"Games? I'm not playing games Zayn, And if I am precious Niall's running out of lives. Look at his fragile body Zayn, It's just about ready to collapse. How about I put him out his misery now?" Louis and Liam stepped forward as Evan moved towards us. 

"Stay away from him! If you think I'm gonna let you touch him your highly mistaken! If you want him you go through me and that won't ever happen!" I spat through gritted teeth, Evan chuckled.

"I admire your protection over him. Reminds me of my protection over her. You remember her don't you Zayn? You remember how beautiful she was? How full of life she was? How bright her eyes shone? Until you started pumping that shit inside her body" Evan stated, I shook my head. "Until you took her life away!" He yelled.

"No! I didn't kill your sister! She killed herself!" 

"An eye for an eye! That's what they say Zayn. You took my sister away, So that gives me the right to take his away" I held Niall closer to me. 

"Your mental" Liam said. 

"Losing a life dosen't give you the right to take another" Louis stood right infront of Evan. "Your sister knew what those drugs would do. She knew what could happen. She's the reason she's not here" Louis spat. 

"Evan this has nothing to do with Niall. Your hatred is towards me. You wanted to make me suffer you've done it. You wanted to rip my heart from my chest, You did that. You wanted me to hold Niall in my arms with barely any life in his body, I'm doing that now! But I'm not gonna let you take him away from me. Let him go and me and you'll settle this once and for all" I stated.

"No" Niall chocked out, His eyes were becoming heavy. "Zayn please" He coughed out, I looked down at him, Tears were filling my eyes. 

"Evan please just let him go! She wouldn't want this" Will pleaded, I could see Josh creeping down the stairs. 

"Let him go? So he can call the police? I don't think so" Evan said. 

"It's between us Evan. No police. Just us" I stated, Evan smirked as I slowly got to my feet, Niall clung onto me with a weak grip. "Louis take Niall" Louis looked at me for a moment before nodding his head, He moved towards Niall and took him in his arms. After that everything happened so fast, Josh jumped on Evan's back, Both there bodies collided with the floor. "Get him out now!" I screamed, Louis picked Niall up bridal style and moved out the room, The sound of Niall screaming my name shattering my heart as he went. Josh attempted to get to his feet but was pulled back down by Evan, I rushed forward my foot coming into contact with Evan's face, Evan groaned out in pain. "Get out! All of you get out this is between me and him!" I pulled Josh to his feet and pushed him towards to the door. 

"Zayn" Josh exclaimed. 

"Get Niall as far away as you can and call an ambulance!" I stated, Evan grabbed my leg and yanked me to the floor, Josh and Liam moved forward to help me. "No! Just get out! Protect Niall!" I screamed, Josh and Liam hesitated before exiting the room. A groan fell from my lips as Evan punched me directly in the face. I quickly punched him in the stomach. Before I knew what was happening Will had jumped on Evan's back and was clawing at his eyes. I quickly stood up and began repeatedly kicking Evan in the ribs. The sound of ambulance sirens filled my ears. Will took a few steps back and I looked down at Evan's body. "This is for Niall" I spat before kicking him straight in the face as hard as I could, Blood began pouring out his mouth. "I hope you rot in hell you son of a bitch!" I spat, I then walked towards the door, Will was frozen on the spot, I held out my hand to him "Come on" I said, Will shakily walked over to me. 

"I thought, I thought you were gonna kill him" Will exclaimed, I shook my head. 

"He needs professional help, And he's not worth a lifetime in prison" 

I exited the house with Will closely behind me. I took a deep breath, People were standing around outside the house trying to figure out what was going on. Before I knew what was happening Harry had jumped straight into my arms hugging me tightly. 

"Where is he? Where's Niall?" I questioned, Harry signalled towards the ambulance, I smiled slightly before rushing towards it. Niall was already loaded inside of it. "I wanna go with him" I stated, The paramedics looked at me. "Please, I love him, Please" I pleaded, They nodded there heads. 

"Zayn, Were gonna have to call the police, They'll want a statement from you" Liam said.

"They can come to the hospital, I'm not leaving him. Ring Maura tell her he's safe" I stated before climbing into the ambulance, The doors were closed behind me. I took hold of Niall's hand giving it a gentle squeeze. Niall looked over at me with heavy eyes. "It's alright, It's all ok now" I kissed his forehead gently. "Keep those eyes open for me beautiful, Don't close them" I pleaded, Tears were falling down my face. "I thought I'd never see you again" I chocked out. "I might not get the chance to tell you this, Your mums not my biggest fan right now, But whatever happens I want you to know that I love you" I exclaimed. "I love you so much" I cried out as Niall's eyes slipped closed.
