In his younger years, when he was a child, he was a pretty sweet kid. Unfortunately, being an only child, he was spoiled rotten. His parents both grew up poor, very, very poor, so when they had their own child after their jobs had made them rich, they spoiled their little Xing rotten. Due to health complications, they could only have one, otherwise they would have had at least one or two more. But, they only had their little Xing.

Xing got whatever he wanted when he was a baby, he got whatever he wanted when he was a toddler. And he quickly learned that if he cried or threw a fit, then he got what he wanted. When it came to his parents, however. Once, when he was six years old, he threw a temper tantrum at his grandparents' house, so his grandpa grabbed ahold of his arm, stood him up, and gave him a good spanking before sitting him down in time out. Xing never threw a tantrum around his grandparents after that.

He was able to figure out many times how to get what he wanted, though. Unfortunately, this made him a spoiled brat. He was a picky eater, he was choosy on the clothes he wore, and he came across as stuck up some of the time. He decided that he wanted to be an idol when he was eight, so his parents paid for his singing and dancing lessons, and he was accepted by the time he was ten. Being an idol actually taught him some discipline and straightened him out somewhat. He became much kinder to his girlfriend after that, too, and became the man that she deserved.

Despite being better trained, he still had his many moments where he pouted if he was told no. Which is actually how his girlfriend got pregnant. His history with all his many women show that he didn't like the word 'no', and that he was used to getting what he wanted. He could be a rather charming and seductive man, even.

After his breakup with his girlfriend of five years, the thirteenth woman he had been with, he actually changed his whole life around, and it even changed his personality somewhat. He learned to tell himself no, and he learned that he couldn't always get what he wanted. He became less of a 'bad boy' and became an almost goody two shoes— he's as gentlemanly as an old guy, now.

He is kind, caring, and sweet, and he doesn't have a whole lot of trust in himself sometimes because of his past. He is gentlemanly, and he is still charming. Unfortunately, old habits die hard, so he does still have plenty of his selfish moments when he just wants what he wants when he wants it. He is still picky about some things, too, but he is much better than he once was, and he does his very best to be a gentleman.
