"I can hear you guys arguing from outside." Esme told them as she entered back in the room.

"Did you know about the world ending?"  Luther questioned Esme and she nodded.

"Yeah. But I just found something out."  Her eyes moved to Five.

"Five."  She crossed her arms over her chest and gave him a look as he fiddled with his hands a bit and he sighed.

"Damn evil spirits."  Five hissed.

"What is she talking about?"  Luther questioned.

"When I said that I found your bodies at the academy. I mean I found everyone's but Esme."  Five explained.

"So she survives somehow?" 

"No. She dies before it starts."  Five stood up and paced around a bit.

"So not only is the world in danger. Esme is too."  Luther groaned.

"Esme do you have any idea who would want to kill you?"  Luther asked and she gaped at him.

"Why do you assume someone is going to kill me?  I could die tragically like in a car crash."  She shrugged.

"I highly doubt that's going to happen.  I'm pretty sure someone plans on killing you."  Five looked to his sister. 

"I don't know. I don't have any friends."  She shrugged.

"Ok. Well now on don't go out by yourself. Have at least one of us with you."  Luther told her and she nodded.

Diego bursted in making everyone look over to them.

"Piece of shit."  He grumbled as he made his way down.

"Do you have any idea what you just did?"  He made his way to Five where Esme immediately stepped in front of him and Luther held him back.

"Nope.  Let me...get your ape hands off me!"  Diego growled.

"I can do this as long as it takes for you to calm down."  Luther told him calmly and Diego slowly calmed down.

"Fine."

Luther let him go and looked at him.

"Now, wanna tell us what you're talking about?"  Luther asked while Esme stepped away knowing Five would be alright.

"Our brother has been pretty busy since he got back. He was in the middle of the shootout at Griddy's and than at Gimble brothers."  Diego looked down at Five.

"After the guys in masks attacked he Academy, shooting Esme in the process looking for him He yelled a bit, pointing to his sister than to Five.

"None of which is your concern."  Five told him calmly.

"It is now. They just killed my friend."  No one said anything and Luther turned to Five.

"Who are they Five?" 

"They work for my former employer.  A woman called the Handler.  She sent them to stop me.  Then, soon as Diego's friend got in the way, Well fair game."  Five shrugged a bit.

"And now they're my fair game and I'm gonna make sure they pay Diego gave him a look and turned away, heading to the door.

"Diego."  Esme called to him.

"That would be a mistake Diego.  They kill people far more dangerous than you."

"Yeah. We'll see about that."  Diego walked out the door, closing it making Esme sigh.

No one said anything for a bit and Esme made her way to the door.

"Where are you going?"  Five questioned.

"Well unlike all of you I'm worried about Klaus."

"We told you not to go by yourself."  Luther looked at her.

"I'll catch up with Diego. It'll be fine."  She waves him off and headed out making her way to Diego's car. Or where it was.

"Shit."  She mumbled.

"Guess I'll find him myself."

Five knocked on Klaus' door making him turn around.

"Oh hey."  Klaus looked at him, sniffing a bit.

"You Okay?"

"Uh. Yeah. Long night."

"More than one from the looks of it."  Five stuffed his hands in his pocket while Klaus put his shirt on.

"Yeah." 

"Don't remember the dog tags."

"Yeah. They uh belonged to a friend."

Five cocked his head to the side a bit.

"How about that tattoo?"

"You know I don't remember totally even getting it. It was a long night."  Klaus let out a small laugh.

"You did it didn't you?"  Five walked into his room.

"What?"  Klaus gave him a look.

"The time traveling.  The symptoms you're having. I had that.  So. You going to tell me about it?"  Five questioned while Klaus sat on the couch.

"Your pals. When they broke into the house looking for you, they took me hostage instead."

"Oh you stole their briefcase."  Five shook his head.

"Yeah. I thought there was money in it or I could pawn it or something." 

Five shook his head pacing around the room a bit.

"You know this is why I don't tell any of you guys anything only Esme."  Klaus pointed out as Five stopped, looking at him.

"Instead of getting mad at me she would listen to what I have to say and ask if I'm alright.  Where is she?  I'd rather tell her this."  He fiddled with his hands.

"Good innocent Esme went looking for you."  Five rolled his eyes.

"She's so sweet."  Klaus smiled widely.

"She has a fricken target on her back. It's a good thing she's with Diego." 

"What?"  Diego questioned from the doorway.

"Oh you guys are back."  Five nodded.

"She was never with me."  Diego looked between the two.

"What?"  Five hissed a bit uncrossing his arms.

"Dammit."  Five rolled his eyes.

"You shouldn't be out here alone." 

Esme turned her head seeing The Devil, disappointment clearly written on her face.

"Oh come on now Esme. Don't be upset that I'm not your little buddy Iyla." He grinned as he walked next to her.

"What? You're not going to talk to me now?" He got frustrated as she continued to walk without saying anything. He got pissed off and pushed her hard, her back slamming against a wall.

Some people giving her odd looks as they passed by.

She glared at The Devil.   

"Come on pay attention to me. I'm bored."  He whined as she finally made it to the front door of the academy.

"Esme What the hell?  Why are you ignoring me?"

He asked from the bottom of the stairs. She didn't know why she was ignoring him.  Maybe she just wanted to actually be by herself for once.

She placed her hand on the door handle and closed her eyes.

"Go away."  She spoke to him and breathed out. When she turned around he wasn't there anymore.

She made her way in the academy, throwing her coat on a chair.

"Where have you been?" Five walked up to her, his hands turning to fists by his side.

"You could have been killed." He gave her a look and followed her into another room.

"I'm not. Five I'm not really in the mood right now." She told him slowly as she took a seat in a chair and let out a deep breath.

"You Alright?" He questioned, as he calmed down a bit.

"Hm?" She asked as she closed her eyes.

"I'll leave you be." That was the last thing she heard before her mind went somewhere else.

"Oh my god. I've been kidnapped!" Esme shouted as she sat up in the backseat of the car.

"Relax. You haven't been kidnapped." Five rolled his eyes.

"What are we doing?"  She questioned as Five explained the whole thing as they saw a car coming their way.

"Here we go."  Five said in a low voice as the three got out of the car.

"If those goes sideways. Tell Dolores I'm sorry."  Five looked to Luther before walking to the two, leaving Luther and Esme at the car.

They talked for a bit before Five came back to the car and leaned on the trunk while Cha-Cha went to the phone.

"What happens now?"  Luther questioned.

"Now we wait." 

Esme fidgeted with her hands a bit as she bit her lip.

"I have a feeling it's not going to go well."  She told them and Five turned his head towards her.

"It'll Be Fine."  He reassured her and that's when they heard something in the distance.

They all looked towards the noise and saw an ice cream truck coming their way.

Once it passed them. You could see Diego in the far seat and Klaus looking at his siblings, a huge grin on his face and waving to them as he passed by.

Luther and Five were giving him a look while Esme just shook her head.

"What the hell is he doing here?"  Five grumbled.

"It's a set up!"  They heard Cha-Cha shout as bullets quickly started to shoot at the truck and them.

Luther put his arms up shielding his siblings. The truck went and hit the side of Cha-Cha and Hazel and than everything froze.

"One thing."  Five told the Handler as he went over and picked up the gun, taking the bullets out and flinging it in two different directions.

He then went where Luther was shielding Esme and pushed the bullet over so it wouldn't hit them.

He than looked to the Handler, shaking her hand, the two disappearing as time began again.

Esme let out a small scream and looked around.

"Where's Five?"  She looked to Luther as Cha-Cha and Hazel stood up.

"Come on get up!"  Luther told them and chucked the case to the side.

"I'm driving!"  Esme told him as she quickly got in the drivers seat as Luther went to help Klaus and Diego.

Klaus and Diego quickly got in the back, Luther squeezing in beside them as well, deciding they didn't have enough time for him to get in the passenger seat.

"Esme, Go. Go!" Klaus shouted as Ben had a smile on his face from the passenger seat.

"Let's go." He patted the dashboard and Esme slammed on the gas.

"Shit." Klaus let out a laugh from the sudden force.

Klaus turned to Cha-Cha and Hazel, flipping them off as they made their way away from them.
