"Sumo. .."

   " sumo. .."  shravan whispered softly once again, as suman fail to respond him. ..

" mmm. .." 

This time, her fragile mumble came out huskily. ..

  Shravan pressed her to him hardly as though he read her heart. ..He made her to face him by cupping her cheeks. ..

  " sumo. ..we need some strong evidences to prove your innocence. .already, I am working on it. ..I leave Ranjith here to take care of you. ..I will see you at enquiry commission. .."

Suman shut her eyes, " I ve been a trouble to you now. .."

  Her eyes trembled as she really mean it. ..

 
  Shravan held her face close to him, touching her forehead with his. ..

" suman. ..don't say like that. ..you are the only one I have now. .without you, I am  incomplete. .."

  Suman looked up firmly, to his eyes which were serenely smiling at her. ..

" shravan. ..you're the finest man I ever met. ..thank you for being with me. ..no one would dare to be with me in this situation. .."

Shravan sat down without breaking his gaze on her. ..

" suman. ..are you going to spend this whole day to thank me. .?let me go yaar. .."

   His smile curled into a naughty grin. ..

Suman shook her head ...

" shravan. ..smile like this forever. ..it suits you well. .."

  She spoke as though she was mesmerised by his seductive smile. ..

" Acha. ..commando. ..now, time to work. ..chalo. ..chalo. .." 

She dragged shravan to the door. ..

" take care sumo. ..i will be back. .."

He replied by tapping her nose tip...

" I will be waiting shravan. ..best of luck. .."

  Shravan nodded subsequently. ..He stood at the door step and turned to see her. ..

" by the way sumo. ..henceforth, don't say thanks to me. .."

Suman shrunk her brows and gestured why. ..

" because. ..we're not separate anymore. ..I love you sweet heart. ."

He enjoyed her blushed cheeks and  turned to leave. ..

 
   Suman prayed god to be with him. ..

    The day seemed to be long ....Suman couldn't stay calm as the minutes froze, adament to pass quickly. .

  Daisy went for some important work and Ranjith was the one soul who's available at reach. ..

   Ranjith went to meet the doctor to check with the legal formalities. ...

  At present, suman was alone. ..being alone ,her insecurity hightened as she threw back  memories to the day when she got arrested. ..

'What if  I am proved to be an offender. .? '

Though she had faith on shravan, the degree of accusations threatened her peace. ..

She sat on the chair with an audible huff. ...

" hello madam. ..."

Suman looked up to find Ranjith, holding files at his either hands. ..

Suman continued to sit stable, without paying attention to Ranjith. ..

" oye. .madam ji. ..can't you help me to hold this files. .?"

  " Ranjith. ..you're an irritating idiot. .."

Suman said annoyed and helped Ranjith to hold the files. ..

" What. .?Am I an irritating idiot. ?now, I will show you who am l. .."

 
  " Miss. Suman Tiwari. ..how dare you to talk like this to an in charge officer. .?"

  Ranjith pretended theatrically. ..

Suman's face turned gloomy all of a sudden. her eyes down casted with hurt. ..

  Ranjith felt bad for hurting her. .He reached her in a wink and  knelt beside her. ..

" suman. ..so sorry. ..I was just kidding. ..I didn't mean it. ..so sorry. .."

He pleaded ...

   Suman sat still ,unresponsive to Ranjith. ..

  " suman. ..here are  your favourite  chocolates. ..you won't forgive me. .?"

Ranjith was holding chocolate bars, his eyes eagerly anticipated her apology. ..

  Now, Suman's eyes filled with wonder ...how a  commando could turn this much kiddy. .

" no. ..then, I would order some ice creams for you. ..is the deal okay now. .?"  Ranjith arched his brows. ..

  Suman laughed out loud at his kiddish behaviour. ..

" Ranjith. ..how could you be this much kind to me. .?"

She asked surprised. .

" because we are friends. .."

He simply jerked. ..

" and, I am honoured to have your friendship. ..thankyou Ranjith. .."

She said overwhelmed. ..

" suman. ..it doesn't suit you. ..come on. ..let's order some ice cream. ..behave like a foodie. .."

He demanded her to high five. ..

" bhukhad. .."  suman nodded with a smile. ...

  Ranjith though unsure  with the impending enquiry commission, didn't grimaced it infront of suman to feel her comfortable. .He put forth all his  efforts to make suman happy. .He wanted her to stay away from the lament. ..

    " Ranjith. ..will you tell me the truth, if I ask you something. .? "

Suman's calm approach scared Ranjith. ..

" ofcourse, I will. ..but, don't ask me how am I looking handsome. .I won't let the secret out. .."

He funnily  told though he's not. ..

  " tell me suman. .."

He encouraged her, after noticing the  awkward silence. ..

"Will they send me behind the bars. .? What will happen if I am  proved to be an offender. .? "

  She seriously asked, expecting a true reply. ..

    Ranjith crisscrossed the room silently. ..

" suman. ..the accusations are too strong to a  lifetime imprisonment. ..yet, today shravan would obtain bail for you hopefully. ..don't think negatively. .."

  Suman didn't answered. ..she closed her eyes and pleaded god to give her an opportunity to live with shravan. ..

  By evening, suman was guarded to the enquiry commission. ..

   Suman entered the room which was large and almost vacant. ..at the centre, there was a chair .

    Infront of the chair, the officers sat in a row. ..

    Mr. sukla was seated in the centre chair as he's the commandor in chief. ..there's a lady officer and another two officers more or less at Mr. sukla 's age. ..

   Ranjith asked suman to sit in the chair . He stood behind her ..

   Just before the session began, shravan entered the hall with daisy. ..

  He saluted the panel of officers and handed over some documents to them. ..

   While they were going through it, shravan reassuringly looked at suman. ..

  " yes. ..commando 1576 shravan malhothra. ..what you wanted to prove with miss. Suman Tiwari 's  case. ? "

" sir. .."

Shravan came forward, gathering all the good omens to prove Suman's innocence. ..
