Tamashi grinned widely as the beats walked around, all of them crowding Kakashi ask him multiple questions, kinda creeping the Jounin out
"Tama, can you make them stop" he whispered to her, Tamashi giggled
"Nope! You gotta deal with it!" She exclaimed smiling widely at Kakashi and the beasts as she finally began to fall asleep, leaving he beasts out and awake with Kakashi, the team had managed to get some sleep too, kurama had managed to creep away and lay down beside tamashi, the fox feeling a little protective of the girl.
Kakashi watched as the normally angered and grumpy fox slept.
"I thought he wasn't the type to do that" Kakashi muttered, goku smiled at this
"Kurama has a soft spot for tamashi, even though he tormented her when she was younger"
Kokuo nodded in agreement
"I think we all have a soft spot for her, Jubi does too"
"Jubi?" Kakashi asked, looking to the tailed beasts curiously.
"Jubi is still sealed in tamashi, she needs to use a bigger amount of chakra to release him, even then he is a monster" Chomei whispered shining slightly.  Kakashi looked over them, they all seemed relatively nervous about this Jubi person.
"Jubi is created fully when all of us are sealed into one, due to tamashi having all of us a fragment of our chakra was used to create Jubi. A large creature that does nothing but kill and sleep" kurama's voice suddenly spoke up. The others nodding
"Tamashi says that she is on good terms with all of us, even the demons"
"Demons?" Kakashi once again asked, he never knew he'd come to learn so much about the tailed beasts and their abilities in his whole lifetime but here he was, discussing and learning things about the beasts that were supposed to be deadly killing machines that desolated villages for decades. But right now? They seemed so much different.
"There's a demon for each of the countries; fire, earth, wind and lighting, each demon is corresponded to each country and village" Matatabi stated sighing, shukaku had fallen asleep again, along with Gyuki. Kakashi could now see the tiredness in their eyes as they each began to fall asleep. Leaving him the only one awake,
"Tamashi really looks up to you" Kakashi heard kurama  say, "she's always telling us how awesome and kind you are, how much she'd like it to stay like that forever" Kakashi smiled at this
"She's a sweet girl" kurama sighed me sitting up.
"I hated her parents for abandoning her, the moment they left I released himself and killed them.." Kakashi looked to kurama a little disturbed "no one should abandon a child that young, especially one that had no home to go to" kurama then sighed "I don't regret tormenting her when she was younger, she need to toughen up if she was going to deal with all the hatred and animosity that was directed to her" Kakashi sighed
"I can understand that, but why like that? It was heartbreaking to see how much you scared her" Kakashi whispered "she may be a strong girl now but she's still as sweet and as kind hearted as she was when she was little"
"I'm aware of that" kurama stated, "at least she knows to keep her guard up when alone or with other people" kurama muttered stroking the girl's hair gently, he was almost like a fatherly figure to the girl. Both Kakashi and the tailed beasts were protective of the girl, they'd both get annoyed when people treat her rudely, or when the hokage or higher ups belittle her. All of them got angry when people targeted her, it was becoming more and more noticeable that Naruto wasn't getting any anger towards him, it was all focused on the ever growing stronger girl that had a heart of gold and never belittled anyone. The girl that wasn't liked around the village at all times except when she was with the ones she called family, it broke their hearts to know the effect the constant insults and mean gestures did to their loving little girl.

"Kakashi?" Kurama spoke up getting the Jounin out of his trance,
"Hm?" The man looked up to the fix with a confused look.
"You were in deep thought again, you should get some sleep, I'll keep watch" Kakashi looked to kurama, nodding his head in thanks as he laid down on his sleeping back, the tailed beasts surrounding him making him feel just a tad bit safer. Glancing to tamashi one last time he closed his eyes and sighed, slowly drifting off into a peaceful slumber. Not even knowing that tamashi was awake.
"Your so mean telling nii-San about everything" Tamashi tiredly grumbled, kurama chuckled at her and brought her close
"Don't worry about what he knows kit, just get some sleep, got a long day ahead of you tomorrow" pouting at him she turned onto her side and got comfortable.
"Night foxy" she stated smirking making his roll his eyes.
"Night princess"
