Issei Hyoudou, dressed in casual clothes hummed as he tinkered with his wrist-mounted computer.

"Oh, you're a new one," Looking up, Issei blinked as he saw a mop of blue hair and a cute face. A young woman his age or around a year younger at least.

"Oh, hey," Issei greeted.

"That's a new one," The young woman said, looking at his PIP-boy.

"Like it? It's a PIP-boy, basically a wrist-mounted computer," He said with a smile, showing her the screen. As the Lieutenant of Mr. House, he has access to a lot of things and one of them is the numerous robotics products of Robco, the ones well-known to the public like PIP-boys, Mr. Handys, and more.

"PIP?"

"Personal Information Processor," Issei said with a smile. It's not able to connect to the Internet, but it's a good radio source," he said with a smile.

"It's good for exploring, right?"

"You know your stuff..."

"Issei, Issei Hyoudou," He said with a smile, extending his right hand covered in callouses and scars.

"Nice to meet you, can you tell me more about your PIP-boy?"

Nearby, the Cunning hares paused as they saw their manager/proxy talking with a young man her age.

"Oh my?" Nicole said, looking at the two.

"It's the cowboy," Anby said.

"So, any recommendations, mister Survivalist?" Belle asked, looking at some movie cases in her hands.

"Well, when you're out in the desert or somewhere else, always bring knives," He said with a small smile. "I usually bring around three," he said, patting a small knife in his pocket.

"Isn't one enough?"

"Well, better to be safe than sorry," He said with a shrug. "Full-tang knives are the best, don't buy those cool or fancy-looking ones, get the durable ones and the ones with a saw back,"

"Bro!" Belle called out to her twin. "Issei, I want you to meet Wise. Wise, this is Issei, he's a survivalist from the outer ring!"

"Nice to meet you," Issei said with a smile. "You guys have quite the selection,"

"Hello everyone, this is Mr. New Vegas," Blinking, Issei held his left hand and looked at his PIP-boy at the sound of his notification alarm. "Well, sorry about this, but I have to go," Issei said with an apologetic smile. "I forgot I have a meeting with a small robotics company," he said with a smile.

"Well, take care Issei," Wise said with a smile.

Dressed in a trench coat, Issei Hyoudou held a helmet under his arm connected with a gas mask with green lenses. Armor plates underneath covered his torso.

"Ah, Issei!" Yanagi, a beautiful mature woman with pink hair greeted with a smile. "we need your help,"

"You want me to rescue some soldiers inside?" Issei asked gently preparing some magazines and hiding them on his plate carriers and a rifle that looked worse for wear. To finish his attire, the helmet contained a pair of green lenses on it.

"Yes, Shouhaku is keeping the soldiers with her safe.,"

"Got it, I expect payment," He said with a smile before slipping the helmet on his face.

Whirr

The green lenses of the helmet he wore, whirred to life. New ethereal based technology breathed life to the helmet once worn by the survivalist, Randall Clark.

"Good luck, Dealer."

Zhu Yuan gritted her teeth as she looked at the hollows surrounding her, her squad, and other teammates. They were sitting ducks out her.

Seth tanked a blow with his shield before cutting down an ethereal.

"Zhu Yuan! How's our reinforcement status!"

"CAN YOU HEAR ME?"

"Yanagi!" Soukaku called out with a grin as she heard the voice from a radio.

"I'm sending some reinforcement on your way!"

"Copy that!" Zhu Yuan replied.

The public security and other Hollow investigators looked up at a building and saw a figure with a gas mask on with green lenses on the eyes.



With a nod, the figure pulled out a detonator that sent a powerful explosion nearby.

Zhu Yuan blinked, noticing the device on his left arm that looked so familiar to her.

"Are you the reinforcement?!" Soukaku asked as the young man slung the anti-material rifle on his back and holstered his revolver.

"Yes," a reply came from the radio Zhu Yuan had. "Head east, there is an exit there, I'll cover your back."

"Who are you?"

"Dealer," static echoed in the air as the figure disappeared from the rooftops.

"We have incoming transmission!" Qingyi called out as all of their devices received a map of the area.

Issei hummed as he took a drag from his cigar at a nearby tree branch. His helmet on his lap, he took a sip from trusty vault 13 canteen and smiled at how the members of the HIA regroup outside the hollow.

"Hmm, it never ceases to surprise me how you can easily survive in a hollow," Yanagi said, leaning on the tree branch.

"It's a gift. Want some?"

"No thanks, I don't drink on duty," Yanagi said with a smile. "You're payment will be given to you via a courier."

"I'm a courier," Issei said as Yanagi chuckled.

"True," pushing herself off the tree, Yanagi walked away, Issei just grinned, watching her walk away.

"hey, Belle! can I get these?!" Issei asked, lowering stacks of movies on the counter before turning to the side as Ed-E floated beside Issei.

"Sure! Let me just scan them!" Belle said with a smile. "What kind of robot is Ed-E?"

"Ed-e is an Eyebot," Issei said with a smile. "And my best friend." ED-E whirred and beeped happily, dancing as it looked at Issei.

"Well that's good to hear!" Belle said with a smile.

"You know, one of my former companions, Veronica, would love this shop." He said with a smile.

"Courier six!" Nicole shouted angrily as she glared at Issei. "You took another one of our contracts!"

"You snooze, you lose, pinky." Issei said with a grin as he stored the movies on a bag, handing them to the Eyebot.

"Why you?!"

"Belle, is Wise here? We found some tapes and we need... You! You're that guy!" Zhu Yuan said, looking at Issei.

"Oh shit! Ed-E! Let's-_-_-"

"BEEP!"

The floating Eyebot tackled Zhu Yuan on the head, knocking her out and pulling out a welding arm, showing dangerous sparks of lightning and pointed it at Nicole.

"Watch your mouth!" billy shouted as he heard the beeps and noises from the Eyebot.
