Yep.
Just make a funny picture that gives this picture of Liam a face.
And example of this would be  the picture of Liam with a Lenny face on it. Just make it something like that... Hell, I wouldn't even care if you gave Liam one gold eye and an eyepatch. (That's funny for one reason and very few get that reason)
