Hey dudes,  this fic actually isn't sad this time! Be proud of me!!!!

Gil swam around the shallow water,  trying to get a slight glimpse of the surface. If anyone knew he came here he'd be in so much trouble.... 'dammit Gilbert- your gonna get your self banned for coming here... Or worse' he thought. He spotted a rock in shallow enough water he could sit on that wasn't to close to the shore and decided to swim there. Before attempting to climb up,  he scanned the seas for boats or any signs of any ground dwellers. He thought it was clear and jumped on the rock to get a good view of the beach. It's beautiful to see the sun setting and the rocks of the Sandy shore glistening through the last strands of day. "wow-" was all he could mutter.

Suddenly,  a little yellow ball of fluff flew from the sky and landed right into front of gil. He immediately jumped back into the ocean in fear "FUCK-" he watched carefully but it did nothing. It kinda must sat there,  eating a bit of the growing plants on the rock. Gil peeked out of the water only the see the little fluff ball had eyes and a beak. He climbed back on and poked it. The creature jumped a bit,  bit wasn't to scared as to just run away. Gil glanced at its wings and feet "what type of fans and flippers are those...? " he poked it once more and then began to pet it. The bird barely moved,  it was still alive but it wasn't terrified like most things are. "where are these things gils?" he ruffled a few feathers and looked around its head "this thing is.... Is kinda cute-" he smiled at the creature as he took out a small note book,  made to withstand water,  and a matching pen.

I came to see the shore again. Ugh,  it's so beautiful! I don't understand why we have to hide from these so called ground walkers.... Whatever they are. I heard there are different species of them and I think I just found one-

Its weird and fluffy and yellow,  and it's scales feel different then ours.... Not to mention it's weird fins. I wish to study such a creature and tell the whole ocean about it! But in doing they I'd probably getting some big trouble.

As for now,  I'll take notes in you. This thing seems to like me. (it's probably attracted to my awesomeness) I think I'll name it.... Gilbird.mnamed  After me! Gilbert! I think I found something quite as awesome as I am.
