ZAPSTAR was the largest space structure ever conceived by Humans, because it was the size of three moons and just like Earth's natural moon, this artificial moon was spherical, however it had no craters nor rocks,  just lots of lights and plenty of docking bays.

The ZAPSTAR AI computer core was so complicated, that it took 10,000 computer scientists to maintain it. ZAPSTAR's power core was so powerful, it took another 10,000 absorbonite engineers just to control it. There were 300,000 robomen onboard ZAPSTAR for cleaning, repairing, and heavy lifting duties. 

The expense of running such a costly operation forced Dr. Zembunga, a now debt ridden entrepreneur, to merge with two competitive corporations.

First, there was Ograf Mineral Extractors (OME), which held a monopoly over all absorbonite mining, refining, and distributing of absorbonite, the new oil. 

Second, there was Travel Star Transport (TST), which held a monopoly over all construction, supervision, and operation of Earth's entire space galleon fleet and starcity outposts.

Zembunga Travel Technologies (ZTT) had received finance from OME and TBT to build ZAPSTAR and would soon merge with them to form Zemgraf Travel Systems (ZTS), but only if ZAPSTAR worked!

Dr. Zembunga was staying at a starcity just 240,000 miles away from Earth and just 2,000 miles away from ZAPSTAR, so he was constantly zapping to the starcity for business meetings and needed sleep, then back to ZAPSTAR for final computer calculations.

On July 12th, 2071, Dr. Zembunga, against all protests from his business partners, became the first Human to be zapped safely and unharmed to another planet in another solar system, the planet NeWorld in the Farstar System.
