In the year 2041, all of planet Earth's national space programs combined into one central space exploration organization called the United Nations Space Authority.  In that same year, the nations of the World combined into one unified government under the United Nations. With no more resources dedicated to defense programs and no need for armies, the World focused on the conquest of Space and not on the conquest of each other. Nine billion humans eagerly worked together as one to explore and colonize the stars.

In the 21st Century, from 2041 to 2071, Humanity outdid itself many times over than in the same time period of the 20th Century from 1941 to 1971, which had created radar, sonar, satellites, television, computers, jets, rockets, atomic power, and of course, space exploration, culminating in man walking on the Moon for the first time, however from 2041 to 2071, Humanity invented absorbonite, robomen, space galleons, mindphones, protraction speed, starcities, microputers,  and of course zaps, which led to zapstar.

In 2042, deep under the surface of the ground in the middle of the North American Continent a new mineral was discovered called Absorbonite, which produced a safe, clean, long lasting, and abundant power source. 

In early 2044, with the aid of Absorbonite, a revolutionary new technology  called Protraction Speed gave Humanity the means of traveling great distances in space within a short period of time. 

In 2046, the ultimate multipurpose labor robomen were created to build massive construction projects. 

Then in 2047, the first Space Galleon, measuring 2,000 meters in length was launched and later that same year the first artificial space city was completed, called a Starcity.  

In late 2048, microputers were developed for the medical services to travel the Human body's veins, arteries, and blood vessels to eliminate disease, clean out blockages, and repair internal damage. 

Then in 2049, mindphones were developed with microputer technology to eliminate external communication devices and to give Humans a simple, instant, and reliable communication system straight from their brains. 

Finally in 2051, the ZAPS (Zembunga Air Portal System) Travel Arch was created, which lead to the greatest creation ever, ZAPSTAR in 2071.

All of these great inventions brought 21st Century Humanity ever so closer to its goal of setting up large new colonies outside of Earth's solar system and branching out it's new homes into far away solar systems, which hopefully would be done with ZAPSTAR.
